Beautiful beach front resort, love the beach front suites. We squeezed 3 kids under the mosquito netting utilising a roll out bed and there was not a mosquito to be found. Snorkeling was superb, massages from Madie and other ladies on loungers at beach front amazing, manager delightful, junkung trip great and helped us locate the turtles. Pool refreshing and lovely, outdoor bathrooms huge. Breakfast and meals at restaurant delicious. Grounds so well maintained. Staff so kind and welcoming.|❤️ ❤️❤️

I love CVV, this was my second stay here. I chose the villa closest the gate to the beach and was not disappointed. The resort itself is lovely and comfortable, beautifully kept gardens and spacious rooms. Perfect place for lounging about on the porch, in the ocean, or in the pool. Swings for the kids, good food, nice bar.|The location is amazing (absolute beachfront with a view of Lombok) and the big bonus is the local fishing guys who have hereditary rights to use the beach and pull their tiny outrigger boats "jukung" up on the beach right outside the resort., and, they told me, in case of a cyclone, in the garden of the resort itself. They fish at dawn every day, and for a small fee will happily take you along to fish or to watch, and will also take you to fabulous coral reef snorkelling or diving spots by boat or "by swim" . They are all mostly family with each other, are exceptionally courteous and helpful, can speak a bunch of languages, and will keep you safe at sea. They care a lot about the environment and spend a lot of time cleaning up the endless tide of plastic rubbish that flows in on the tides after the rains.|We caught fish most days, snorkelled for most of every day and got to kind of be included in local stuff in the gracious manner that all Balinese welcome their visitors. There is dive shop/school right next door and a restaurant on the beachfront of the resort. Easy place to hang out for a short or long stay, and a great place to be with family, friends or on your own. There is a Hindu temple on the beach right next door so some days you will hear and see ceremonies as they unfold.

Loved this place, laid back and friendly, we had a great time! Epic sun rises, snorkeling with turtles, sailing, and brilliant food. Rooms are nice with the typical Bali flare and maintenance needs, we enjoyed that too. Liam runs the place and is the most chill manager alive, loved yarning at breakfasts and learning more about the area. Go here, it’s cool!

We are very satisfied to stay in this hotel. Very quite, calming. We can see hill , beach, nice view. Stars at clear night sky. Perfect for people who wants a quite holiday. We can do snorkeling, at the beach. Fishes very colorful. Just swim for meters only, we can see colorful fishes .... We really recommend you to stay here.

We stayed here 10 years ago, and not much has changed with the rooms from back then. To the owners, the rooms need updating to reflect your nightly price, I would suggest the traditional doors be replaced, as they let in the mozzies. The safe needs replacing, as they are very old, and didn’t seem to work in our room (28). Some flannels in the bathroom would be a nice addition, along with a hair dryer. The beach towels we had were faded & frayed. Overall a bit of a freshen up would make the difference and then the price per night would be more suited. But at $140 (AUD) was a tad high in my opinion. Although was able to secure at $100(AUD) on booking.com. |That said, the hotel is well located, amazing gardens & pool. Staff are very helpful, and friendly. A good stay again

The perfect place to relax in Amed. I endlessly admired the magnificent garden with a view of the sea and the wall of high hills. Delightful snorkeling. In this bay, swimming with a mask every day I saw turtles and a beautiful coral reef with inhabitants. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Perfect cleanliness. No mold! For me it was essential! I will return at the first opportunity! Thank you!

A very good location. Green nice territory with a swimming pool with different depth and clean water. Cottages old fashioned with old furniture. No tv in cottages. There is WiFi. In rooms not very clean, dusty, dirty windows and toilet and baldachin on bed. Bad smelling towels.

The villas are visually stunning, but unfortunately, the bedding was noticeably stained. If you're a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs - dogs bark all night, and roosters start crowing around 3 AM. It was far from the tranquil beach getaway we had hoped for. When we mentioned the noise to staff, they told us the dogs were likely drunk! 😯 On the plus side, the beach is stunning, and you can snorkel straight off the shore - if you're lucky, you’ll even spot some turtles! Just be prepared for very pushy vendors renting gear and offering massages at much higher prices than places just a few minutes away. Amed and Coral View have a lot of potential but could use some TLC. The roads are in bad shape, and we didn’t feel particularly welcomed by some of the locals. In the end, we cut our stay short and moved on to Ubud early just to get some proper sleep.
