$1500 per person, and they don't open till 11am, we have to wait! Service is rude (feels like a shake-down / police investigation when they talk to you!) I won't come back. $600 at Encanto Beach Club (3 blocks down). Anywhere is better than this.

I had a disappointing experience at this beach club. The beach was covered in seaweed, and there were very few guests around, both on the beach and at the bars. While the host was very welcoming and kindly invited us to the Carolina Beach Club, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of one of the security staff. Upon entering, I was met with an unfriendly look from a female security guard, which made me feel uncomfortable right away. A friend of mine had an even worse encounter, she stopped him to inspect his bag and treated him with clear hostility, as if we weren’t welcome there. While I appreciated the invitation, the atmosphere made it clear this wasn’t a place I felt comfortable spending my time or money.

Tourist trap once again in Playa del Carmen. Super cute service but in the end they are asking for so much more money and tipping themselves with 15% in advance. Such a pity, b/c staff and location is so cool. They were not able to provide me with the receipt and all details on it, did it handwritten in the end and just added Softdrinks and 5 shots (each shot 10$). Left with a big disappointment, such a shame.

Cool day club situated directly on the beach with table service from beautiful waitresses and views of beautiful girls dancing to the club music. The prices are reasonable for bottles. About $160 for a bottle of Ketel One. The service from Sandra was great. The captains were all very nice and willing to help us get the table we wanted.

Very fun atmosphere, the waiter of Sebastian was amazing! Highly recommend for food and fun vibes if you’re in your 20s and 30s! Will definitely be coming back!

The DJ's are terrible, the Playlist sounded like it was for my 70 year old mother, it was non stop 90's pop no one was dancing, the DJ went on to tell me how he's being doing this for 20 years (no kidding dude, and that's why you never made it bigger and turned into a traveling DJ because your music is trash). Worst DJs I've heard at a beach club in Mexico. They didn't play 1 song that was made within the last 10 years besides "They not like us" Dude probably updates his USB once a year at best. Trash.

•Very fun and cool day club. Nice hip-hop and rap beats playing. It's a bit pricey compared to other beach clubs with pool services. •The security is on point and will thoroughly search bags! •They have beach access along with a clean and beautiful pool. •Don't get anything with shrimp. I had the Ceviche and some of the shrimps were cooked some were raw. •After its all said and done, the music and location made a great experience.

Cost 1150 pp to enter but you get 1000 for food and drinks Really awesome place with good vibes Great service as well

Super mamones que son, parece q les estás rogando, cuando estas pagando por un servicio que además es SUPER CARO, todo súper mal, mega elitistas, primera vez q vengo y última !!!!!! No estas permitido de hacer nada porque los de seguridad se la pasan regañándote. They are rude and had super bad attitude, it seems that you are begging them, when you are paying A LOT OF MONEY, everything is wrong, the first time I come here and the last time !!!!!! You're not allowed to do anything, because the "security staff" will go for you to say don't do that.

Worst management everrrrrrrrr. We booked a week ahead to have the new year last beach party. We paid the money on the gate, and before we went in, they told us we have no space for you inside, we will refund your yr card!!! We flied along way for this day, and some stupid asshole didn't care enough to book a space for the guests who reserved, and probably gave our spot to some group who bribed them. The manager was beyond rude telling us the only space we have is back on the bar next to the entrance and he didn't even allow us to check it before we get in. Shame on you coralina staff. You're a disgrace to the Mexican hospitality.

This place was nice and all. The service was good however, the crew guard is racist as fuck. He kept following my friends and I. Watching us like hawk, we were so uncomfortable. Even on the pool he kept on telling us we can sit on the edge. I enjoy the food and music, he mad every uncomfortable. I don't recommended colored folks to come here at all. Horrible horrible horrible!!! I asked to get the check before they served me the food because all the waiters were gawking at my daughter in front of me. It was very uncomfortable! I asked for the check in they charged me for the food they never served. I was fine with paying for our 2 drinks. Then the bouncers came and stood in front of me to say that I'm not allowed to leave unless I pay for the full balance. I ended up having to pay over a 1000 pesos for some food that they never even served me. Beyond rude staff. If you're a woman considering going, be prepared to have all eyes on you as you try to dip into an empty pool. SO CREEPY!

Food was good. Our waitress was great. However the cabana was overpriced for the size and the management was very rude and did not aid their customers appropriately when necessary . Would never go back here as there are much better options in the area.

The service is so great, Ana was our waitress and she was amazing. We got a bed facing the beach. The attention to detail in Mexico is always superb. They never once let me serve myself or add ice to my drink as soon as I needed something they took care of it. They would not let me lift a finger. Had some sushi that was excellent, a salad and the arrachera nachos were amazing. One bottle of don Julio, food is the excellent music

Wow is this place a joke. I have visited pool parties all over from Mykonos to Miami and Vegas and was expecting to have a great time at Corolina's with my husband. We visited during October which is slow season in Mexico and while we read other reviewers saying this place was pricey no one gave specifics on what they were charging so we figured it would not be too bad since it was slow season. Wow were we wrong! It was $100 USD per person to get in and that goes for women too! Our hotel told us after that cover was actually cheap as during high season it goes up to $150-$200 per person. Not even at the best pool parties in Vegas with famous DJs do they charge these fees to get in. They want to be a Vegas pool party so bad but they are in Mexico and will never be a Vegas or Miami pool party, just a sorry imitation!! The door area was completely empty but they still would not budge on the price and would not let us at least go in and make sure there were people and good music. We paid and it was non-refundable and walked into an empty pool with the most annoying deep techno music. For the prices they charge I was expecting to see classy beautiful people but instead the crowd looked like something out of Jersey Shore. Pool is small, ugly, and completely in the shade. I give this place a few months before they drastically reduce their cover charges or shut down. In the meantime save your money and avoid this place!!

We were a group of 9 and were told we had to spend $1,600 usd to have one of the beds. We agreed and noticed that there were several people all around us using the beds and just ordering beers. We could have just ordered drinks and saved our money. It's not fair, it's not exclusive. Save your $

Hahaha should have read these reviews before I got kicked out for no reason after spending $1,200+ on their tiny overpriced pool. Prepare yourself to get extorted and beware of the bouncers targeting their prey from the second you enter.

Really bad experience, extremely overpriced and insulting to customers
