Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa

We stayed here recently, and overall the service was okay, but definitely not as accommodating as we expected for the price. We paid extra for a room with a hot tub, but the first one leaked and the jets didn’t work. We were moved to another room where the tub water was literally boiling with no way to cool it down since there are only two buttons: one for the jets and one for the lights. Maintenance came several times, and while they were polite, it meant having workers in our room for hours during our vacation. Be aware that the balcony tubs fill with bugs daily. The rooftop pool offers an amazing view, but it was also full of bugs (that fly into your drinks and face), so we couldn’t use it. When we tried going to the beach club instead, we were told there were no lounge chairs left for the day. So, to be safe you have to go at 7 am to make a reservation. A lot of tourists come in from cruises to this location, and it’s definitely a lively, wild beach area which is fun and interesting for people-watching. The best part was swimming at the beach when lounge chairs or beds are available. The food and drinks were decent, and the beach itself was beautiful with warm, clear water when accessible. The views from the higher rooms are nice, we just wish the overall experience had matched the price and potential of the property. We were never offered an upgrade or any kind of compensation, even after the hot tub issue happened twice.

This has become our go to place. Not for the food it’s good but better off resort but can always find something for everyone! |We go for the staff and of course location!|Ourselves along with other guests we talked to enjoyed beach without the loud speaker music !!!!!!!!||Staff: Beach Club- Benito- Salvador- Julio Angel and Benjamin are our regular servers. Angel is an amazing young man who works so hard is so polite and makes you want to stay longer . We had him almost everyday this time as he was in our section we liked the servers stay daily instead of changing. This allows them to know the guests better. Salvador,Julio, Benito are great!!!||Draque lobby bar: Totto fantastic, friendly, efficient.||Next : Wet Bar: we’ve never spent a lot of time there as usually beach people. But this time we enjoyed| |fantastic service from the wet bar: Benjamin was missed at beach club but an asset to wet bar so efficient, polite ,kind and knows his drinks if you need suggestions!! Can’t wait to be back and see him at beach club. The other servers at wet bar were all good as well friendly:||Front Desk: very efficient check-in and friendly ||Draw Backs: AIl Inclusive: for members should be for ALL Guests in room or booked under membership!! Not different rates. We pay enough to be members and others would come if they got same treatment.|FOOD: As mentioned food is Great… average to high for prices compared to other resorts. Consistency is the thing: Ordered same breakfast 4 days and each day was different no hash browns 3 of 4 days, but partner ordered same and got them. Some days had beans others not was odd. Same with shrimp tacos good but different each time.| Beach/restaurant manager: Leo amazing always a pleasure to see him . Very professional.

We had an incredible time at Corazon. Our room had a perfect view of the ocean and land. The resort is close to everything you could want to do in Cabo San Lucas and feels like a home away from home. ||Everyone at the resort was super helpful and kind but two gentlemen stood out for us- Benjamin and Emmanuel. They were both attentive, personable, and genuine. They made our stay even that much better. The housekeepers were also kind and accommodating, our room was always immaculate. ||We spent time at the main pool and on the beach. Both were great fun, but have some caveats- the main pool does not have full sun all day, which means it’s a bit chilly (as far as that goes in Cabo) in the afternoon. You also have to make reservations for the beach the day before you want to go, you aren’t going to get a spot if you just show up. ||Overall, I would highly recommend Corazon for a trip to Cabo San Lucas, you’ll have a great time!

Amazing location.||Be wary of the Rooftop bar drink prices. As in $100 for 2 drinks ||Look for Benjamin poolside or at the beach, he is amazing and will take good care of you and your family. Always went above and beyond.||Angel was amazing and remembered our names after the first day. Asked about our adventures and acknowledged us. ||Karen in the Cameleon cafe was always happy and made great lattes! Make sure to get a blueberry muffin!||Poolside is the best side but get there early to get your spot. Drinks are best bought during happy hour!||Sunrise from the pool or beach could not have been better||Rooms are nice, hotel is easy to navigate and easy and safe walk to Walmart, shops, the marina, and downtown!

The resort is STUNNING. I got an ocean view and was blown away by the sunset/sunrise everyday. The location is perfect and the staff and hotel were 10/10. The food was good and had variety. The spa was a nice service and access to a beach that is swimmable is worth it. I got the inclusive package and would do it again. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I did not stay at the resort, but we had breakfast one day and lunch another at Aleta. The food was extraordinary. I’m sure we would have returned again if we were staying longer. ||Our server Azucena was wonderful, engaging, and extremely helpful.

can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re visiting Cabo, this is the place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely at home. The front-desk representative, Eliseo, went above and beyond to take care of every detail and made the whole experience feel personal. The views are stunning, the facilities are spotless, and the service is unmatched. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated like family—this is one of them. I’ll definitely be back.

Benjamin (beach club), Monica (manager) + Solana (sales rep) are some of our three favorite people!! This is our fourth time staying here and everyone has always been very accommodating when it comes to room changes and AI. Being members AI is $99 and includes quite a bit of food! Yes, they do give you a different menu but there are so many great things on that menu. During Hurricane Pricilla, everyone works really hard to make it still feel like vacation and everyone was fed with booze + food. Overall I’m so glad we’re members here and can’t wait to come back to see our friends ❤️
