Cordis Beijing Capital Airport

I really liked this hotel, super near to the airport and very nicely designed, modern, clean, functional. Shuttle bus is prompt and easy to find, works 24 hours. Staff are super helpful and friendly, great customer service. They even prepared breakfast to go given my early flight. Will choose here again next time on a long layover.

This review is for Ming Court on 26 Oct 2025. It is given 1 star because they need to do better. And not expect their international guests will accept everything that they do. 1. The vegetables in this soup is so over-cooked it became mushy. Surely that cannot be served. 2. The more jarring moment is two chef from the restaurant is allowed to eat in the restaurant. Which may be fine as long as they behave. They had their phones playing their usual videos with the volume on. And it is loud. I have not ever experienced anything anything like this in a proper hotel. They should not be wearing their chef uniforms and eating in the restaurant- no matter the time. If they do, they should not be playing videos on their phone with the volume turned on. This review is posted , perhaps hoping that they the hotel will improve its standard, and not take things for granted. Follow the protocol of an international hotel, don’t let the weakest link in Ming Court spoils it. That said. The manager is good and very personable.

I stayed at this hotel for a short layover. When a taxi driver tried to charge us an unreasonable price, the hotel staff stepped in and helped us. They kindly stayed with us through the whole process and made sure everything was resolved properly. It was my first time visiting China, and thanks to them, I was left with such a wonderful memory. All the staff treated the situation as if it were their own, and I truly appreciate their kindness. I even made a new friend here. Thank you so much!

The service was exceptional here , starting from the shuttle bus picking us up. Really helpful driver who helped us with all the bags , which was very much appreciated as traveling with a baby. Then the hotel staff checked us in so quickly and, again, handled all our agate rite up to the room. Great and speedy check in service , and the pool at hotel was top class . I really enjoyed this hotel . Perfect for a few days stay after a Mont flight to chill and unwind.

We are staying for one night. The staff is amazingly attentive with us. Connecting shuttle bus took us directly from the airport to the hotel. High security standards. The breakfast times are perfectly scheduled to guests leaving the hotel early due to morning flights. Everything is super clean and comfortable. The room is isolated well so that you won’t be hearing the planes departing and arriving. Food was also amazing. There is something there for every type of appetite.

Needed a hotel close to the airport for One night. Didn't expect to Find one This nice so close by. There's a shuttle bus to and from The airport. Restaurant staff were accommodating as I wanted the dim sum buffet arriving just 5 minutes before last orders and they let me order everything upfront - finished everything, no wastage!

Arrived early at 8am and requested for early check in. Fully understand the standard check in time at 2pm but the first Front Desk staff was very helpful and advised me to wait for about 1-1.5hrs and they will help expedite the check in. I then head to take a rest at the hotel lobby. However when I approached the Front Desk again after 1.5hrs, the staff was already off-duty and I was attended with another Front Desk staff - Bard. Bard not only had no smile on his face, he even told me off straight away that check in isn't ready till after 2pm, and if I wanted early check in before 10am (mindful that it was already 9.40am when this took place), I'll need to pay a half day charge for it. I reiterated what was said to me by the previous Front Desk staff on waiting for an hour for the room to Bard and was told off directly that he wasn't aware as the previous colleague has gotten off work. I then requested to be attended by another staff but again was told rudely that he was the only Front Desk staff available at that time when obviously there was another person standing behind the counter then. Being upset repeatedly, I still had to ask Bard to kindly check if there was a room a available for me. And was then told that there were 2 rooms on a renovation floor else I have to wait again. Not sure what I had done to deserve such bad service but this is sure a daunting experience.Cordis is chosen definitely only due to proximity to the airport and not for its service and amenities. The Hotel is so dated and the bathroom is so often not as clean as it should be. I probably should start considering other hotels within the airport's proximity, though not as near but definitely better than suffering bad service.

It's a good experience in general. Firstly, a large space inside out, yet not disturbing noise giving that location so close to Airport. The facility and food service outside the building is nice. The most impressive experience is the room size and view .
