Cordis Foshan Lingnan Tiandi

I had a truly outstanding stay at Cordis Foshan, it genuinely felt like being at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, quiet, and perfect for rest, sleep quality was top level. The staff were wonderful throughout my stay, and the food was excellent. A special mention goes to the breakfast and kitchen team, I have a very severe allergy and every day they took incredible care of me, preparing my meals with great attention, kindness, and a warm, human approach that I will not forget.||||There were a couple of administrative misunderstandings at check in regarding my early check in, which had already been approved and paid for, and the same at check out, plus some confusion about breakfast being included in my package. It made the process longer than it should have been, but everything was resolved and handled well in the end.||||The only area that needs improvement is Wi Fi, it worked but was not consistent and often stopped without reason. For a hotel that is clearly business oriented, a more stable connection would make the experience perfect, as I almost always had to rely on my personal 5G.||||Overall, without a doubt the best hotel in Foshan, and one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Excellent hotel experience, I will definitely booked this hotel when I visit Foshan again and strongly recommend to friends and families. This is my first time visiting China alone and it is the first time booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is in centre of tourist attractions. Convenient and affordable. All staffs are so friendly, , breakfast has so much variety, good quality food, tea and coffee. Some items are made to order. Every individual staff made me feel so welcome , as a solo traveller, I feel like home away from home.Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and affordable. Housekeepers are so friendly and professional. Concierge: Winnie, Vivian, Leona and Cheryl are all so friendly, helpful, they are always available for assistance and never hesitate to help me with whatever questions I have or anything I asked for. General Manager, Brian is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All staffs seem happy to work there and they all remember me and greet me by my name. I feel so pampered, spoiled and welcomed. I even received a special souvenir from the hotel to bring back to Canada.

This hotel is spacious. We had our own mini kitchen in our room. The lobby gives off a very luxurious vibe. They have a robot cleaning the lobby floor, which a quite cool to see. It’s super close to a mall and shopping district. There’s also a food “street” nearby for foodies!

Great stay at this hotel, especially for its unbeatable location right next to Lingnan Tiandi and Zu Miao. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area, with plenty of food options, heritage spots, and shops just steps away. The hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Foshan.

Excellent service - Shirley helped us with our check in. Was full of smiles, helpful and polite throughout. Gave us a free upgrade, offered us directions and suggestions on places to dine.Daniel processed our check out. Service was equally impeccable, polite and cheerful. Helped us with luggage storage and transport. Best location you could get as a tourist in Foshan, right across Lingnan Tiandi and ancestral hall. Highly recommend.

We have an enjoyable stay - we requested for connecting rooms and they gave us based on thatThey have moved us to another room which has no bathtub to accommodate my elderly dad’s easier usage. Thank you for prompt assistance too when we informed that the hair dryer is not working well, it was replaced pretty fast. Overall, the stay was comfortable and friendly staff.

Did not expect to have this beautiful old quaint shopping and dining area lwalking distance from the hotel. This was a business trip so it was a treat to walk to this are every night after work. Large trees all lit up with the festive Christmas spirit. We enjoyed culture and dining every evening . The place was open till 10pm.

5 stars hotel, but reception could be improved, i think you need a manager to coordinate the check in process, as the hotel is popular. The receptionist was professional and handle the check in well, just the waits maybe long and not systematic.Location was strategic, room and bed is comfy. Clean and everything is good.
