Corfu Hotel Bella Mare

A very pretty but expensive B&B in north east Corfu. Ideally positioned for trips into Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos. Lovely position on a pebble beach (you will need sea shoes) plus the hotel has a pool with a reasonably priced snack bar.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location This was my first stay in a Simpson Travel property and boy, did it exceed expectations. The setting, overlooking Avlaki Bay, northeast on the quieter part of Corfu - is so tranquil. The staff are mostly Greek, but the Hotel Manager, Concierge and front desk are British. The service from Gayle , Gaynor and Jo is brilliant. Wonderful breakfasts with local produce and one of the best omelettes I've ever had - cooked by ex private Chef, Caroline. Will be back - thoroughly recommended.

Sensational two week holiday, the hotel and Simpson staff looked after us extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble from arranging excursions, taxis, boat hire, restaurant bookings. Hotel is of a very high standard, impressive terraced setting with views across the bay. Spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning and all with private terrace. Choice of swimming pools, an excellent poolside bar serving food with efficient and attentive staff - all set on the edge of the mediterranean sea, perfect for snorkelling. Throughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back !

We have recently returned from a five night stay at the Bella Mare Hotel, it was wonderful. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and they pulled out all the stops to ensure we came home with fabulous memories. The hotel has 31 bedrooms and is situated on Avlaki Bay, its quietly understated and did not disappoint at all. It is the staff that make this Simpson Travel hotel a real gem. An assortment of delicious options are available at breakfast and between 11-7pm a lovely pool side bar is open for drinks and light meals. The hotel does not have a restaurant of an evening but there are two taverna's in walking distance and within a short drive you can explore nearby local villages with excellent restaurants and amazing sea views. If you are looking for a hotel with traditional values and genuine friendly service in the most beautiful bay then the Bella Mare will not disappoint.

Beautiful property in the most amazing setting ||This Simpson Travel property is fab. Stayed in a suite on the 4th floor with wonderful views across Avlaki Bay. ||The staff are absolutely brilliant - Gayle, Gaynor, and Jo. Divine breakfasts, decent coffee and some of the best omelettes I’ve had, cooked by Caroline (an ex private chef). ||Would definitely return again

Truly enjoyed this hotel. Simpsons and the staff are very good at making sure all your needs are met both before and during the stay. The location is perfect for a quiet, restful holiday. All the staff at the hotel are excellent. We have already booked again for next year

Stunning location, with sublime views, especially the sunset and sunrise as our room overlooked the bay. The beach felt very safe, with a jetty to jump off. Followed with a great pool and a pool side bar. We had lunch and by the pool everyday. Staff were extremely friendly , even letting me charge my phone by the pool. Plus our good sized room , the exclusive suite was great with 2 bathrooms and fully kitted out. Along with an exclusive separate infinity pool. Weather was still very sunny and warm even in October. |Kassiopi the local town is about 5 minute drive with many waterfront restaurants and we also made the journey to the old town of corfu, worth a day out. |Would definitely return to Bella Mare in the summer months, on our return list!||

We visited 2 years ago and enjoyed our lunch so much we asked if we could book a table for a birthday lunch this year. The team were so accommodating and on request provided a birthday cake. All the staff gave 100% and made the day so special. Thank you Gayle and all the team.
