There is something magical about this place. The quiet, the beauty, I felt so at ease. The accomodation is superb and so comfortable. The pub food actually blew us away. We had low expectations but were so impressed with the quality. We loved the boat trip up the Pieman river even in the rain. The forest walks were magical. I recommend everyone take time out of their busy lives and the detour to experience it!

Had an amazing day out with our skipper Tegan ably assisted by Habiba. Tegan was very knowledgeable and her love of the waterway shone through. Nothing was a problem for either of them. The tour is well organised. An unforgettable way to experience the area. Allow time for one of the walks at Corinna and the hotel has a great variety of drinks if you are not the designated driver!

What a great stay! Great little cabins, super clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and lounge furnishings, a toasty gas fire, well equiped mini-kitchens and a little back verandah facing the Tarkine forest (complete with visiting wallaby). Extra friendly and accommodating staff and a truly wonderful restaurant on site. The drive there through the forest on a pot-holed unsealed road was hair-raising at times, but so worth it. The 1.5 hour Whyte River walk that leaves from the front of the pub was magical.

We stayed at the Corinna Wilderness Village overnight and did a cruise on the Pieman River the following day. In hindsight, we should have booked for 2 nights and also taken the Sweetwater Cruise. The crew on the boat were very hospitable and knowledgeable of the area and its environment. They took the time to point out birds and scenery that the untrained eye would have missed.|Our accommodation was the Roadman’s Cottage which was well appointed. It was clean, warm and cozy with good bedding.|The Tannin Restaurant was superb. Good quality food, caringly prepared and beautifully presented. We could not fault our meals and wished we were staying another night to partake of further dishes from the menu.|All the staff where extremely engaging and accommodating and they should be congratulated on their contribution to a wilderness experience.

Such a beautiful, unique place. Loved my couple of days there. The staff are just wonderful, and as a solo woman I appreciated how they all remembered my name. The boat trip to Lovers Falls was a highlight. I had a motorhome in the camping area, and although a little pricy for one, it really is worth being there in the middle of everything. Easy to do the walks and enjoy the village. Ate in the restaurant and the food was great.

We had an amazing 2 day stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the food would not be out of place in any top restaurant. A lovely ambience here too, driven by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. All in all a wonderful and special escape with a warm homely feel.

A unique experience. The accommodation was more than comfortable, very clean and worm. As advised on the website, you are off grid with no mobile phone or internet connectivity. Being off grid allowed us to be very present in the environment. For example at dinner, no one was on their phone but communicating!

Stayed at a campsite with my Dad and had the most wonderful experience all around. From Skipper Matthew, our Hostess and Server in the Restaurant, Ash and the wonderful meals from the chef. The barge operators, and bar staff were all such lovely people and it made for a truly delightful experience. After spending 2 weeks Travelling Tasmania, Corinna definitely was high on our list for best hospitality and food and we'd visit again in a heartbeat. A credit to everyone here.
