Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg

The room is good the location is good, BUT the AC is so hot and we paid extra for the room and still the service was not the best! I was expecting something better and they said they sent someone to the room, but they didn’t, they just waisted my time from the trip! ALSO the room is dusty and a bit smelly, I’m not sure if it’s from the furniture it self or the cleaning.

The hotel is very clean and perfectly located — close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the central train station. A great bonus is that several staff members speak both Arabic and English fluently, and their service was kind and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and roomy as well. Excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The property is very beautiful with nice pictures and statues around. The room was spacious and nicely arranged. Breakfasts were sufficient. The location is absolutely great. The staff is polite and very responsive.

Management is not turning on the AC but keeping the control on fan. The room has a bit smelly but not that bad. Cleaning service not the best. The location is perfect and the staff are helpful.

Because this time it was a great convenience for us to choose Corinthia Hotel because of its location in the city center. Especially the friendly and professionalism of the Turkish staff, Mr. Tolga, made our days unforgettable with his valuable information about the rooms, hotel facilities and places to visit in the vicinity. The quality of the breakfast room and food was also above our expectations. This hotel is a scam they gave us rooms are totally different than pictures. Old damaged furniture. Smelly rooms. Very very bad. Stay away from this hotel

Outstanding location, lots of landmarks around Best breakfast ever Hotel service is ran by Azerbaijani, this is not what I expected when entered the main hall. When I come to 5 star hotel in Russia I want to be served not by gastarbaiters. They hardly speak Russian. Rooms are dated, linens are synthetic, air supply system is noisy, stains on carpets. You feel like you are back to Soviet times.
