Beautiful cork products. You can tell that there is a difference in quality between this store and what you find in the souvenirs stores. It’s definitely higher in price from everywhere else due to quality. If you don’t have time to visit the, you can find very nice cork products at the airport as well. I’m giving it 4 starts due to the attitude from one of the employees which negatively impacted my experience at the store and discouraged me from purchasing more items.

I came across this store when exploring Lisbon and it really surprised me. The products are gorgeous and feel genuine, not typical souvenirs. I ended up buying a cork clutch and honestly wish I had bought a few things more

Beautiful pieces and amazing customer service. I have bought two bags from Cork & Co, one while I was traveling in Portugal, and one that I ordered online. Their bags are gorgeous and really special. I had a small issue with the bag I purchased when I visited, and the manager, Alexandra, was absolutely wonderful. She took care of it right away. I have never gotten customer service as good as that. She's won a customer for life.

Bought a few items from them. All felt really good at the time of purchase. They do not last. I started using their wallet for two months and you can see the condition now. Material feel was really good. But not worth the amount we pay

After my initial purchases months ago, I lost a treasured bracelet and needed a replacement. Manager Vania went the extra mile and had several made for me to ensure the right size. I live in the U.S. and we emailed back & forth many times during this process. I was very pleased with the results and each time I look at my bracelet, the fond memories of my Lisboa trip returns and the magical afternoon spent at Cork & Co. The quality of cork products is good but the shop is small, so there were not enough choices on display. I found better options of the same quality elsewhere.
