I ordered food on door dashing. The restaurant handed it out to the wrong person and the driver could not pick it up. Four drivers arrived at the restaurant and the restaurant refused to remake the meal. I was robbed of my money, four door dash drivers were inconvenienced, and I'm never eating here again. Way to treat a regular btw!

Walked in, sat down at a booth. For almost 15 minutes no one came to us, so I went to the bar to order. A guy finally walked out to us. We ordered greek wings and mushroom and swiss burger and basket of fries. Mushroom swiss burger and the fries came out. FRies were edible but not hot and old tasting, like they sat out a long time. Burger: definitely a frozen patty they got somewhere, and instead of sautéed mushrroms and onions, they were raw and cold… 11 dollars for the burger alone without fries. I was pissed and we left before I got my wings. These reviews are inflated. TRASH

Cool spot for drinks. Only issue was the male bartender waited in everyone around us, and never spoke until we accused him of throwing a bottle at us while trying to throw it in the trash under the bar. Pizza was good. Chill atmosphere.

Was over there at 12:47 this afternoon. I wanted to buy a T-shirt and watch a game. The lady bartender came over. I asked if I could see a t-Shirt, she showed me one, threw it back where she got it, and walked away. I can't tell you how incredibly rude I thought she was. Not only did I not buy a t-shirt, I did not buy anything to drink or stay to watch the game. I left and went over to Winking Lizard. I will not be back.

Great food.. the staff was very friendly... Cozy atmosphere will go again.

Greek wings are excellent. Perfect crispy skin and mild Mediterranean flavor. The included lemon kicks it up a notch.

This place is older than me but doesn't look it. I figured it was a hospital crowd but no it wasn't. Super impressed by the modern yet comfortable pub feel.

Cork N Bottle was recommended by a nurse at the hospital (its right next to it). It's a dark, small, bar with food. I had a meatballs appetizer and he had poppers. The meatballs were very salty. The poppers were ok. It was a nice day outside....sunny and upper 60s low 70s. But the A.C. was blasting cold air on us. The bartender/server was attentive and polite.

Came for the wings and will be back. The Greek wings are great. Great service and seemed like a perfect place to watch a game.

One of my favorite after work spots! Nice neighborhood bar. Safe. Great bartenders and some of the best pizza and wings around.

Cork-N-Bottle never disappoints. They have the best pizza! The wings were delicious and my espresso martini was excellent. The service is always great and the bar environment is perfect.

I was looking for corned beef sandwiches that I was getting for dinner for my wife and I. I had just finished my job ubering and was about 30 miles from home. I was going to pick up corned beef near my home but, instead I looked at Yelp. This place was nearby so I decided to stop get the corned beef now before I travel home. I go in to the bar area and server greeted me. I asked for two sandwiches. She replied no don't carry. I said that yelp showed corned beef. In fact , many reviews said positive feedback. The server said yelp was outdated and didn't think much of my disappointment. So, although a nice place, I left and drove home and ended up buying the corned Beef at Slyman's where I was headed in the first place. Shouldn't the restaurant update the Yelp site? I won't stop there again.

I get take out about twice a month...I usually call in my order, and stop in and have a drink while I wait.. The bartenders and the person who usually takes your order are all very nice. it's loud, but friendly. They are pretty busy and the wait time is appropriate... Drinks are good. Greek wings (I get less rub) are wonderful. We often order wings, salads, pizza and or sandwiches. I can say all salads(chef, Caesar, Greek) , are very good - as are meatball subs, chicken sandwiches and calzones. Can't go wrong.. the parking lot can get crowded and sometimes my husband will wait while I pick up the food to avoid tight parking... I ate here A LOT during Covid and they were a life saver when ordering out often...

The Cork-N-Bottle is the perfect getaway spot. The ambiance is nice. The drinks are great and the food is excellent. Not to mention the prices are affordable. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong to hang out and catch a game with good friends, good food and good drink!

Great place to grab some tasty bar food and a few cocktails. Good spacing of booths, tables, and a long bar. Friendly staff. Burger had great flavor and prepared well. Delicious fries. Tasty pizza. Wings were fabulous.

This restaurant on the outside is very unassuming but don't let that steer you away! The wings are dynamite!! We also ordered some pizza, mozzarella sticks, and salad which were good, but the wings were the stars of the night! The service was nice, our server was friendly and attentive - overall a great experience!

Have been coming to the Cork and Bottle for years with friends. Always a nice spot to grab a brew and bite to eat. Nice local dive bar. My go to is the Chrissy pizza with a side of marinara, breaded mushrooms or a Greek salad. My friends love the Greek wings. They do have a pizza night but I can't quite remember what day it's on. Bartenders Caitlyn and Kat are amazing!! I do find if they aren't there many of the bar staff is quite moody though. Def stop in if in the mood for dive bar atmosphere and food!!

Terrible rude service from the Caucasian bartender working this early afternoon, I've been coming here for years, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN! It was appalling, my pizza was made incorrectly, me and my 4 year old grandchild came for lunch, ate a bite and I went to the bar to check out, because she never came back to my table, she slammed down an empty box and you can clearly hear being slammed, a customer next to me said "damn that was aggressive" her response was that's how she does things, bad business, watching her movement with other customers it was clearly colorism I was dealing with! I've never experienced it before at the establishment, but its 1st time for everything!

Been there a few times now. Buffalo hot wings are very tasty and the beer is cold. Barmaids are friendly as well. Good spot!

As many have said the bartenders suck; typically dismissive, rude, inattentive (unless you are a "regular") and potentially racist however the kitchen staff's the total opposite. Most of the food is meh but the Greek wings are really good. Get those, order to go and you'll be happy.

Met up with some friends for drinks and snacks. The food if good and the service as well. Will visit again next time I'm in town.

We arrived with a large gathering with no reservation. Sorry! Most sat outside. The waitress, yes, the one and only waitress was doing fantastic. Then, a young man came and started helping. We learned it was her son. Both did phenomenal, considering our surprise drop-in. No complaints by anyone with the food. I had their meat lovers pizza. Was very good. Would go again. I'd say they can handle large groups like our hockey team and parents, but for their sake, call ahead. Once again sorry we did that to you. Very limited parking.

Four generations of our family have come to this place, making it a truly timeless and enduring destination. The Greek chicken wings delicious. Comfortable atmosphere and when the weather is nice the patio is a perfect place to sit and enjoy a nice lunch. Cheers to Amy our server for the great hospitality!

Good is sooo good and filling ! I love coming here when I can , it's 60 mile drive one way .

Every restaurant starts out at 5 stars and it's up to them to keep it. The Cork & bottle has been around for as long as I can remember and I went to high school in the 80s. Ironically, many people went there to drink underage LOL It was a Saturday night and we decided to try the Cork & bottle to get something to eat and we had a challenge of 11 people and it's more or less see yourself however a nice fellow moved so we could have two tables next to each other. we put the adults at one table and the kids at the next table. our server was very quick with the drinks but when the bar is three steps away that's a good thing I guess haha. We ordered some sandwiches I got a chicken Philly but we started out with some wings beforehand. my wife ordered a Caesar salad out beforehand and it took him a whopping 2 minutes to bring it out it was almost too fast! they had four different sizes of pizza and I got to tell you it's probably some of the best pizza I've had in awhile. The kids were able to get six inch pizzas which is just the right size for a kid. My wife got an 8-inch Pizza. there's a joke in there somewhere about not getting 8 inch very often. While I understand that this is a bar 1st the food was actually really good. My chicken Philly was served on a nice soft roll nobody had to send anything back and everything was eaten and enjoyed. this is one of those hidden gems that people will gladly drive by because it's not flashy but these are the kind of places that I like. I'll be going back to the Cork & bottle.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my girlfriend. The food was just ok. Standard frozen burger and onion rings. My biggest problem is that there was not a mask in site on the staff. Bartenders, barback and cook. No masks. Customers allowed to walk around with no masks. We'd have left if we hadn't already ordered. Covid is a huge problem. Restaurants need to follow these guidelines if they want to remain open.

A great local watering hole. We loved our boneless chicken wings and we each ordered a burger that we all loved. It wasn't crowded so the service was good!

It was fine. Nothing spectacular. Drinks are good. I didn't have any food and the game was on. Basically a run-of-the-mill sports bar. Bartenders are quick with finding you and getting you a drink which is always nice.

Decent food and wings, but no one wearing masks (not even the bartender/waitress), wasn't quite worth the risk.

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would! Ordered small big boy & splured for onion rings, at $3 an order. See picture. I called to speak with a manager, was put on hold for 5 minutes, then was told to call back the following day. NOPE. I will stop ordering from them AND stop referring people there. There are plenty of joints to eat at that WANT to take care of the customer.

Pretty much your typical pizza joint. Pizza was a little doughy for my taste. Apps were good but not great. Cheese fries, cheese sticks and deep fried mushrooms. Nothing to really help make this place stand out amongst the crowd though. Service was average. My dad has something in his drink.. and had to have them replace his beer.

Today at 2 pm only one bartender/ waitress......no personality very bad service...never go back there....I quess if you have a good location you don't need to have friendly service Ie. Being so close to Hillcrest Hospital........the Pizza was good.....would be better to have more parking at Hillcrest then some bad bar

Cork-N-Bottle has been around for decades and is one of the best food options if you are visiting Hillcrest hospital. Great prices, a tasty bar-food menu, and Keno if you want to test your luck! Walking into CNB you see a great patio outside and a large bar inside, with some high tops, booths and a side room for more restaurant style seating. I would consider more of a bar than a restaurant but don't let that fool you into thinking the food isn't good. My co-workers and I come here for lunch a couple times a month and between the group of us we have seen/had just about everything on the menu. People rave about their pizza, and I can attest that it is well worth the price, but I prefer their burgers or their wraps. I am a basic burger guy and CNB makes them just how i want them. The buffalo chicken or chicken cesar wraps are my go-to's if I'm not in the burger mood. The creamy-ness of the cesar dressing or the spice of the buffalo sauce really make them both. The wings have been hit or miss the few times I have got them but when they hit they are a home run, especially the Greek wings. The side salad is also huge, if you want a somewhat healthy side. My co-workers usually get the fish fry because the portion is large and the coke slaw is good but they also love the Roman burger sub and the Cork bigger boy. The Roman burger sub comes with grilled salami and capicola that just add a ton of flavor to each bite and the Cork bigger boy is a double cheese burger with cork sauce that reminds me of the old big boy burgers. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu from what I have seen. We also love to throw a couple bucks down on Keno and watch our numbers while we eat. The most glaring negative about Cork-N-Bottle are the parking lot, which you notice right away. The location is convenient but the parking lot is congested and very difficult to pull out of with traffic. If you are at the hospital, walk over. The only other area of improvement is service at lunchtime. Sometimes they just seem understaffed with the bartender being the only server on the floor.

I'm glad this bar /restaurant is still open during COVID. Great pizza especially on Mondays - discount day- no delivery, pick-up only. Parking stinks but the food is well worth it.

Ordered food to go from here this afternoon. Wings and onion rings. Got home and opened the box to find only 4 onion rings. They charged me $4 for only 4 fucking onion rings... definitely won't be ordering from this place anytime soon. What a rip off!

Ok. This place is a dump. I ordered take out for hubby and me on a Monday because everywhere else was closed and we live around the corner. Had never been here before and read the food was great. If you don't even want decent bar food, stop in. The whole vibe is basement beer and a shot and a strange desolate vibe. No not smiles. Not the servers nor the patrons. Just a depressing place.

It's a bar. Was a great group holiday meeting place. Played the Juke box for some tunes. Not much of a wine menu but I didn't expect that they would have one!! Enjoyed the event. Friendly bar tenders. Nice crowd as well.

My husband and I have been here three times. This place has pizza that was highly recommended by friends and completely lived up to the hype. The first time here we were completely ignored by the bartender for the initial ten minutes we were at the bar to the point that a regular customer actually commented on it and called her out on it... that really didn't help but we did get drinks and with a pissy attitude she took our food order. The pizza pizza was fresh, hot with melting cheese & delicious nuggets of sausage. Absolute perfection. We had to be at Hillcrest the next day and decided to roll the dice & give the place another try... darned if that witch wasn't there again. We got the pizza to go. Today we tried AGAIN... pleasantly surprised. Our bartender Ashley was fantastic she was attentive and completely made up for the last two visits. We stayed at the bar for well over an hour for pizza & two rounds of drinks. The entire time we were there she was hustling around the entire bar with a great attitude. She took care of us like we we her best customers. Thanks Ashley for a great lunch at the Cork-N-Bottle!!!

This is a good place to go for a quick drink to a dinner with the family to watching the game. Not real huge inside. So seating may be limited. Parking lot is tight too. Sometimes hard to get in and out of as well. Food is pretty good. Pizzas are good. Salads are good-nice portions. Sandwiches like the burgers are good too. Cannot complain about the food. And you get a good portion for your money. Drinks are not expensive either. Good bar. Here is what makes this place less than 5 stars. It's the service. It's not that the wait staff is not nice or accommodating. It's that I've been here on more than 1 occasion and been at a table, and no one has come to the table at all. To get drinks or anything. We've had to go to the bar and ask for menus and drinks. Then we've been left along for the majority of the meal. No refills or to take away plates or get napkins. Nothing. And it's happened multiple times. Even when they aren't that busy. So my family and I do go back. But it's a roll of the dice. We going to get service today or no?

Yessssss, another Mayfield dive bar. I went there with a female friend for some pre partying and something to put in my stomach before going to hang in Beachwood. Beachwood is kind of growing on me, yeah it can be snobbish and some people really take themselves way too seriously, but I still have fun. One thing that really disappointed me was, no nurses. How the fcuk do you have bar pretty much in the middle of a hospital and there are no F'n nurses. Dive not as much as it used to be but still a dive bar attached to a pizza joint. Good happy hour. Xmas ale on draft in January Lots of smokers outside Good Jukebox Not too much riff-raff Open on Sundays Very large bar 2 dollar beer specials Did not see too many Chachis Ahh yes the makings of another dive bar! Lets get serious now. The weeding soup was fantastic, lots of meatballs, shredded chicken and greens. This is the way it's supposed to be. My guest and I for sure thought it was going to be from Sysco, nope it was homemade. Saw a pizza come out and it looked really good. Did not eat any, but If had to bet, I would bet it was pretty good! Next, the hot wings, They were standard bar wings, crispy, plump and your typical Franks Red Hot Sauce flavor. Not greasy sauce. Guess what? That is the way I like them. The service was a bit slow at 1st and they were changing shifts, but once they caught up it was all good! The bathroom sink had just broken so they had some hand sanitizer Sorry I can't do that stuff, period. So they let me use one of the sinks where they wash the dishes. I was completely OK with that. But I'll tell you what, I was forshizzle not going to shake one dudes hand in that place. I'm not a germ-a-phobe but I prefer good old soap and water.

LISTEN! I like the atmosphere MOST of the time but TONIGHT, I had the pleasure of listening to the 2 regulars at the end of the bar WITH an employee talking about either an employee and/or another customer and DANG it, I doesn't care! (Yeah, I meant the bad grammar) I want to come here to unwind, forget my crummy day, not listen to someone else's issues cuz ya know what? I got 99 problems and you ain't one of 'em. Zippy. Quiet. Stop. Enough. Really? No banging on the bar. No gossiping. Please. Eeeenough.

Stopped in twice while we were at the hospital having are son, very conveniently located when you are sick of hospital food. I would say it is your typical bar food, all of which is very reasonable priced for the portion size and the drinks are also not going to break the bank. The pizza and burgers were very good and will definitely try again if we are near by. Apps are mostly fried with a few fresh options. We tried the greek wings which were not bad but really nothing special and the greek seasoning was not even noticed all they tasted like was lemon. Service was good and bad. The good bar tenders are very attentive and i never had an empty glass, the bad is that both times i went and ordered take out they forgot one of the things i ordered. Order #1 they forgot my greek wings which i was not charged for and really did not miss because we ordered to much food. Order #2 they draught my food out and i double checked it this time because of the prior nights issue and low and behold my cheese anf bacon fries were missing. I told the bar tender who quickly remedied the problem and did not charge me for the fries that were out in less then 5 min. All in all for the first 2 times i have been to Cork & Bottle it was a good experience and a very pleasant change from hospital food that costs more with not drinks at all.

What can I say, the cork is a neighborhood institution. This place is busy everyday of the week. They serve typical bar food but have outstanding pizza and wings. The greek wings are some of the best I ever had. There is usually a special every night. The bar staff is friendly and the crowd is always interesting.

No words for how bad my experience tonight was from the staff, being a non-regular. I asked for change for a twenty for golden tee, instead bartender gives me tab snatches 20 and cashes me out. So then, I needed more change. 10 minutes later, after foolishly tipping her like 40% she... #1: completely ignored me when I attempted to politely grab her attention when she was free.. #2: then on her own asked ME if I closed out my previous tab. Wtf? I ordered one more thing. After a series of more almost surreal rude interactions I will be addressing to ownership, I cashed out on a $8 tab. A random person comes up in my grill, one that showed no obvious signs of being an employee, and questions me if I paid. Btw, again I over tipped giving $2 on the$8. I put in $35 in jukebox, all the songs were bypassed, by people associated with the place. A whole other thing I'll save for ownership...

This is my first yelp review ever! ***READ THIS*** To start off, My 3 friends and I walked into Cork-N-Bottle a couple Friday nights ago and it was pretty crowded which typically shows that it would be considered a good place. My 1 friend and I walked over to the bar and he ordered 2 beers and gave the lady a 4$ tip. While she was getting the beers he handed me money for a pizza which I asked her for when she got back. Total came out to $20.50. I had handed her 21$ and then she came back and I went to ask for something else and she said "I really hope you're not about to tip me 50¢ and then try to order something else". This had made me feel pressured to take money out of my wallet and hand here an additional tip of $2. Keep in mind already a $4.50 tip for 2 beers and a pizza.. so now it's $6.50. I thought that would make the bartender feel better. After this I had rejoined my friends a little further down the bar, now we have someone else! When the pizza comes out the new girl brought it to us and asked us if there was anything else we needed..at the SAME time she is asking us if we need anything the previous girl who we had tipped $6.50 too said "don't help these guys they don't tip". Meanwhile we are like 2-3 rounds of drinks deeper at this moment (different people paying every time and around 20$ in tips put up now between 4 people). I pulled the 2nd bartender aside before we left and let her know that I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life. Came from out of town, was recommended their bar because of the friendly service and food and then got treated like that. I eat out like 300 times a year and all at decent restaurants and never had someone be a brat over a tip. Conning for tips doesn't work and I suggest you let her go or retrain her on customer service. The pizza and fries were good when we had it but the service from the first woman was off-putting and now you forever lost 4 customers (3 being locals who usually go out and spend good money at the bars). And if management sees this...the bartender girl is like 5 ft 6 to 5ft 8 inches with long dark brown hair and is skinnier build. Had an attitude, probably still does. Sorry I had to write this nonsense over something petty like not getting enough tip per order when we ordered over 5 times lol. Thanks everyone for reading! AND FOR A TRUE RECOMMENDATION I WOULD SUGGEST WILLOUGHBY BREWING COMPANY FOR A WEEKEND! IT SLAPS!

Monday night is 1/2 off large pizzas, so an $18 deluxe is only $9, and its great pizza. Drinks are also very inexpensive. Service comes and goes, but is to be expected when a dive bar like this gets really busy. The men's bathroom feels like a sardine can, the urinals are so close together that you bump the guy next to you. Very uncomfortable and I am curious if that is actually up to code. Four stars for the good food and cheap drinks... but only if you have dive bar expectations. If you want attentive service, you need to go somewhere else.

Great dive bar w. solid food. The parking lot is a bit of a disaster, so good luck getting a spot on a busy night. The place is usually busy in the evening, but it's open aaaallll day. The pizza is very good, especially the Chrissy. Thats a white pizza with garlic butter, artichokes, spinach, tomatoes, and topped with feta cheese over the pie. Very very good. They have everything from breakfast food, to wings and fried apps, to burgers, to sandwiches and even salads. They offer a full bar selection of liquor and beer, with plenty of bar seats, and some booths to sit at. Service can be a bit dodgy, but the place is solid.

This is your typical dive bar with a chill atmosphere which also happens to be very clean. They open at 9 and serve breakfast everyday until noon. They have cheap drink specials and a reasonably priced menu with your typical bar food options. Their bartenders are usually friendly except for one.. she's a little rough around the edges and has a slight attitude but it adds to the "dive bar" vibe. They also have TouchTunes and Keno!

Fantastic food!!!!!! And good service. We ordered a couple pizzas and a calzone and it was all fantastic! The best pizza I've had in a long time!!!!!! Highly recommended

Great pizza shop! Perfect place to stop at after your wife gives birth to your first child! Late night pizza was great. Plan on going back, especially on mondays with half price pizzas.

Ordered from them. They forgot 3 items. How hard is it to check the order. When you order dinner for the family and now people are without food because people are too lazy to check the order is disheartening at best.

Great food and great service. Don't listen to the negative reviews below. Pizza is some of the best in the area. Also, if you're so afraid of Covid...STAY HOME! It's a small place and not much room distance like many other establishments.

Order 4 items to go. A calzone $8, fried green beans $6, wings $9 and breaded mushroom $5. Total came to $29.50 with tax which adds up. I get home and they forgot the breaded mushrooms. I call and the same guy who took my order, his voice is very recognizable, said I never order mushrooms. Then goes back and said he didn't take my order and I was wrong. Then said I could pay and order another batch of mushrooms and drive 10 min to pick up. In my mind that's terrible service, it ruined my afternoon because he was so rude.

My boyfriend and I came here on New Years because we had passed it several times before without going in. I was surprised to find that it was not a dive bar but a nicely put together, local hang out. The people inside seemed like regulars. The bar selection was average and the bartenders were responsive. Probably not a place I'll go back to but a fun, different experience to have.
