"The bay side is much calmer for wading, swimming, looking for shells and hermit crabs, and watching the sunset. For that, I like to go to Corn Hill Beach. You can park and walk right onto the beach."

Moderately wide and very long beach with fine clean sand. Large parking area but you need to buy a day or week pass. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Porta potties. There are no steep sand embankments to traverse, everything is flat. Water is much calmer than the ocean side. No life guard. Dogs allowed.

One of the clean sand and clear water Beach. It's a very long (more than a mile) and around 30 meter wide beach. Very less crowded in early summer. Best place to go with your chair to sit and relax. Go with your loved ones to have very good time. There is a car parking to park your car. No bath or wash room. You have to find a portable one otherwise have to travel till any near by public toilet. Other than that it's excellent beach and free! See the photos to get inspired. Sunset and scenic place!

It's very beautiful and spacious there. Fresh wind in your face if you stand on the breakwater. I tried to fish there, and it didn't even bite once. My bald head got sunburned. If you don't have a hat with you, feel free to put a fish bucket on your head, it won't be useful anyway :)

We love this beach. Great place to watch the sunset which frames the Pilgrim monument in early summer as it appears to light P-Town on fire every evening. The old rail trail is off to the side of the boat house and leads to Pamet harbor. The dunes and tidal flows of the Pamet river are fun to explore.

Great beach for finding shells, swimming and just laying around. Short walk from the parking lot. But has cool trails of around the sides and a great oyster cove

We are very fortunate to be staying close to the Corn Hill Beach in Truro. They have added extra precautions as a result of the Coronavirus to make it safer to enter and exit the beach. There are signs urging everyone to wear masks and have provided a Washing Station that is situated between two outdoor bathrooms. There is a large parking lot and a parking attendant on duty. The beach is beautiful and is a popular area for swimmers.

Great beach! Not secluded but not overly busy. Portable toilets are available and always clean. Stunning sunsets. Only downside is that stoms have changed the way water flows into the backside of the beach. In years past there were great tidal pools to walk around in with the kids.

This small park sits at the foot of Corn Hill. This is where Europeans committed their first crime against the Native Americans. The dried ears of corn presented before the monument was a nice touch. Site of Pilgrims pilfering.

Yelp
Our favorite beach on the cape. If you arrive before 11am, you get your pick of spots. By mid afternoon it fills up but it's never super packed. The water is refreshing and warm enough to swim in. There's a great food truck in the parking lots that has awesome tacos. The bathrooms are serviced daily and it was super nice to have them available. I'd definitely recommend water shoes if you want to be in the water. This is also a beautiful spot to watch the sun set.
