Cornerstone Park

Cornerstone Sports Park in Englewood, CO, is a fantastic community hub for sports and family fun. The 65-acre park offers a wide variety of amenities, including well-maintained soccer fields, baseball fields, batting cages, pickleball courts, and a skatepark. The splash pad and three playgrounds are a hit with kids, and the paved trails are great for a quick walk or bike ride with scenic mountain views. Accessibility is a plus, with ample parking and van-accessible spaces. The park is clean and lively, with plenty of space for everyone. However, it can get crowded during peak times, and some transitions in the skatepark have raised gaps that might trip up beginners. The batting cages are a highlight, with variable-speed machines for all skill levels, though occasional machine malfunctions can be a minor annoyance. Overall, it’s a great spot for athletes and families alike, with something for everyone to enjoy. The good thing is they have a cricket ground, basket ball court , childrens park, pickleball court, tennis court besides the soccer grounds

There's not enough shade. Love the open space for yard games and what ever comes to mind. But truly for fmaily events if multiple families are there your gonna need blankets and stuff and try to cuddle under a tree and hope that tje bugs dont get to your food or consumables.

We usually love this park, but the splash pad has been taken out and with the amount of construction you’ll have to trek across multiple fields to even get over to the park. So disappointing, I understand improvements but the entire parking lot has been ripped up and the best feature “splash pad” is now gone..

Visited my first time here for the Fourth of July. Beautiful panoramic views of city. Enjoyed the spaciousness and love the liberty of being able to walk across to another park and also love the creek.

My favorite part of this park is the Sprayground. This feature is so cool and allows for a great cool down while playing at the playground! One can activate the sprayground (water feature) by touching the silver sensors located on the red posts and the daisy! This feature operates from 10AM to 8PM daily and is an available for play from Memorial Day to Labor Day! Two other cool features I like are the “Learning Braille” board and the sandbox! Check out this park! It’s located right across the street from Pirates Cove!

They finally completed the work to pave the dirt parking lot. It's good BUT whoever designed it seems to have only looked at it on paper. Some elderly people often use walkers and other people who are pulling wagons with chairs, blankets, kids, or equipment have to make large journeys around to access the fields. Or they have to struggle over curbs and over the grass with their walkers and strollers. There should be at least 3 or 4 more handicap walks from the new parking lots to the fields. Elderly people and women pushing baby strollers should have been given more consideration.

I remember when I was a kid and this place was built and i loved it so much. Now my kid loves going here to play and even though its older now eberything is still fun and safe. Next time i go im bringing my roller blades to use the hockey rink

Decent kids. Parents and all age kids allowed. Just remember to ride north and south. If you ride west towards the mountains you or your child are likely to be hit by people who go with the flow of the ramps. Not smart to cut across.
