Coron Bluewave Hotel

its okay. lots of ants and if you are in room 101 its quite noisy since thats where the staff talk. Lots of tea there tho haha. Anyways, first room we had had a malfunctioning shower (201) so we transferred. All is well, love the customer service. What I didn't like was on the last day, the girl that took my order for the breakfast messed it up and forgot to inform Sip & Savor about my order. So it came out late. She was the girl with a shift from 8pm onwards at April 16. Just pissed me off that the receptionist forgot to inform them of my order and it was obvious she was a new hire or didnt know what she was doing in the reception. As for the rooms, AC is so hot. Coming from Weston Resort, this is a very disappointing room. But food in weston is sooo bad.

Do only stay here if you don't mind the following: - Hundreds of ants in the room - Dirty pillows - Stained sheets - Dirty towels - Super Extra loud aircon - Courtains that let the light pass - Random bright green light in the room - Shower courtain falling everytime - Hammering at the wall at 20:30pm Also, not quite sure why the room is called a Suite... it's a normal room. We had breakfast once, did not like it either. Staff was nice and pool was clean. Location was nice, too. Wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were big enough and clean enough. AC not strong enough to cool room properly. Got food poisoning from breakfast on one day which left me in bed for 2 days (my own fault for getting ice in my drink) On the last day, we booked a boat tour at the reception but the staff forgot to book it with the company. At 830am we went to reception to check why we hadn't been picked up yet which is normal for the tours and they panicked, instantly called us a car, took us to the port and organised us onto a boat tour on the spot. Location is 2 roads away from all the "noise" of the city (so it's quiet and within walking distance) and having seen other hotels in the area, it's probably the nicest there is. The pool is really good too.

Initially reception couldn’t find our reservation. The staff were friendly and helpful booking us a tuk tuk for departure the next day. On first inspection the room seemed spacious and pretty good but we couldn’t shut the door without pushing on it and the chain latch was broken. There were ants crawling along the wall, a few bugs on the bed and mould on the bathroom ceiling. The airconditioner was too loud to leave on through the night. The hotel is located a little further out of town but pretty quiet.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Staff are rude to be specific the manager name Let. They cannot handle a simple problem. First time to encounter a hotel like this. And also food is not great. Beddings are not clean. Please don’t book on this hotel. Expectation vs. Reality kind of!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Worst hotel and service I have ever visited. Room.was wet. Walls, floor, counters. MOULD everywhere in room.and bathroom. Was moved to a different room ... same thing but worse. Downgraded to a higher level room and hotel refused to compensate for cheaper room. Dangerous exposed wiring and appliances in bathroom and other wet areas. Electrocution will happen one day! Housekeeping didn't take breakfast plate, came back to room full of ants. Staff refused to come and clean so had to do it myself. Staff unfriendly and spent most time hiding in corners playing on phones. Pool is advertised with nice sun lounges. Arrived to hard and dangerous, broken wooden benches with splinters. All walkways and steps are gloss painted concrete making everything slippery after they hose it all down every morning. My last day they were painting the two rooms with severe mould. Only covers up the moisture problem this old hotel has. I messaged hotel many times but no response. Owners need a long hard look. THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. To Owners... please reply to this review. Your staff refused almost everything. They said "The Owners Refused all Requests".

Staffs are kind and nice but the pictures look better and the bedroom 201 was kinda old.. the broken hairdryer gave loud noise and weird smell.. there are several ants in the bathroom. The tissue holder kept dropping..and the toilet flush wasn't strong enough. We arranged the car pick up for 11am but it delayed for 30mins. It's quite dispointing for the staying but the breakfast was quite nice. (Filipino breakfast)
