Coron Bluewave Hotel

Hotel bit tired and definitely lot more attention needs to be paid to the housekeeping,cleanliness and maintanance of existing facilities.Some rooms had ants in the bathroom. Swimming pool has no lounger beds only some flat benches which are not the most comfortable if you want to lie down. Although staff was lovely and helpful, will advise and get you a tricycle around town or van to the airport at your request. Location was good close to main street so easy to get some food or organise trips or get a massage in town. Coron max 2 nights 3 days unless you are diving as not much to do there. Breakfast very basic but eatable, restaurant upstairs with some food options if you can't be bothered to go out to eat.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Coron! The staff were incredibly helpful, available and happy to assist with anything! I would definitely stay here again next time!

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Staff are rude to be specific the manager name Let. They cannot handle a simple problem. First time to encounter a hotel like this. And also food is not great. Beddings are not clean. Please don’t book on this hotel. Expectation vs. Reality kind of!!!

Okay hotel although cleanliness and maintanance of the facilities could be improved. Staff helpful and friendly will help you.No sun beds by the pool. Restaurant upstairs if you can't be bother to go out to get something to eat. Good location walking distance to main street with all restaurants,bars,massage parlour and convenient to sort a trip.

I like the room in a poolside. It’s easy to have quick dive to the pool anytime. Friendly staff and accommodating. Clean around the area.

Rooms were big enough and clean enough. AC not strong enough to cool room properly. Got food poisoning from breakfast on one day which left me in bed for 2 days (my own fault for getting ice in my drink) On the last day, we booked a boat tour at the reception but the staff forgot to book it with the company. At 830am we went to reception to check why we hadn't been picked up yet which is normal for the tours and they panicked, instantly called us a car, took us to the port and organised us onto a boat tour on the spot. Location is 2 roads away from all the "noise" of the city (so it's quiet and within walking distance) and having seen other hotels in the area, it's probably the nicest there is. The pool is really good too.

its okay. lots of ants and if you are in room 101 its quite noisy since thats where the staff talk. Lots of tea there tho haha. Anyways, first room we had had a malfunctioning shower (201) so we transferred. All is well, love the customer service. What I didn't like was on the last day, the girl that took my order for the breakfast messed it up and forgot to inform Sip & Savor about my order. So it came out late. She was the girl with a shift from 8pm onwards at April 16. Just pissed me off that the receptionist forgot to inform them of my order and it was obvious she was a new hire or didnt know what she was doing in the reception. As for the rooms, AC is so hot. Coming from Weston Resort, this is a very disappointing room. But food in weston is sooo bad.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Worst hotel and service I have ever visited. Room.was wet. Walls, floor, counters. MOULD everywhere in room.and bathroom. Was moved to a different room ... same thing but worse. Downgraded to a higher level room and hotel refused to compensate for cheaper room. Dangerous exposed wiring and appliances in bathroom and other wet areas. Electrocution will happen one day! Housekeeping didn't take breakfast plate, came back to room full of ants. Staff refused to come and clean so had to do it myself. Staff unfriendly and spent most time hiding in corners playing on phones. Pool is advertised with nice sun lounges. Arrived to hard and dangerous, broken wooden benches with splinters. All walkways and steps are gloss painted concrete making everything slippery after they hose it all down every morning. My last day they were painting the two rooms with severe mould. Only covers up the moisture problem this old hotel has. I messaged hotel many times but no response. Owners need a long hard look. THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. To Owners... please reply to this review. Your staff refused almost everything. They said "The Owners Refused all Requests".
