Rooms: The floor is slippery. The Bathroom has roaches. The water smells bad. I was trying to brush my teeth with their water, tasted like saltwater. The bed is really big tho. Service: Staffs are friendly and helpful Location: Perfect location. Town proper area. If you would like to book this hotel, one night stay is good. I wouldn't recommend it for more nights. This comment is just for the room that was given to us. It might be different for other guests. It's a budget hotel , cleanliness is good but they could do more about it.

The location was really good in the center of everything. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work at all in the room. After asking the reception we were told it is just very weak. The rooms are nice and clean with hot water showers and AC. The staff at the reception is very helfpful and friendly and it is possible to book tours, scotter, etc. directly with them. Unfortunately there was a mistake made with our payment of the airport van. It got resolved in the end at the airport through the van company. My advice is to always get a receipt after paying for anything as proof or take a picture of it.

Perfect location to stay in the middle of a large range of shops, restaurants and bars. Although a rather outdated place to stay, the rooms were satisfactory for the price and beds comfy. Air con worked perfect, and shower was warm majority of the time. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, however every morning we were woken up by the staff playing music very loud in the corridors/reception area or somewhere in the building which meant we were awake by 5am every day of our stay which was not great. Can be a bit noisy into the evening until around 10pm from local bars playing music however with air con on, this was very faint noise. Would recommend looking into the tours as there is not a lot nearby to do in terms of beaches to go to etc.

This place is called an eco Lodge for a reason. |Economic on housekeeping, there is none. They don't even provide a brush so that you can clean your own room. |No drinking water in the rooms. |There is never enough cups at breakfast. You have to wait for other guests to finish so that they can wash them up. |Breakfast starts at 6am, but if you arrive at 6am the staff complain in Tagalog thinking that you won't understand. If you go 15 mins later, food is running out. |When our breakfast order eventually got taken, we had to wait for an hour for it to arrive. |They best thing about our stay here is that we are checking out today.

Could be a great place The rooms are clean and normal size, The staff are great, Although its in the middle of coron near the bars (great location) you don’t ear the noise inside the room. Even the breakfast really delicious. But the biggest problem is that all the water from the shower and the sink had a too strong taste and smell of rust, which made it difficult to get wet and wash hands or brush

Friendly staff, cleanliness and prime location make it a solid choice.

The place is old, the rooms are small, bathrooms are also old. Definitely not a luxury hotel. The service at their restaurant is slow and the food was okay. I would most likely not book this place again.

Even in the Phils this joint is virtually not useable. The shower floods the bathroom after each use. The staff is largely indifferent to guests, faulty electrical gear in the room which they refused to fix Lastly, overpriced offering a poor value for a dump. Awful grunge rock blasting from across the street each night until 11:30.
