The main strength of this hotel is definitely its location. The rooms were clean and the staff was always kind. When we arrived in our room, we couldn't adjust the temperature, the phone wasn't working, and neither was the TV—nothing major, though.
The first night, we reported the issue with the TV and were told it would be fixed. When we came back, it still wasn't working.
On the second day, in the morning before leaving the hotel, we reported the TV issue again and were told it would be fixed. When we came back, it still wasn't working. That evening, before going out, we reported it again and were once again told it would be resolved. When we returned, the TV still wasn't working.
On the third day, in the morning, we reported the problem again. Same response. That evening, we mentioned it once more, and a staff member said she would go check immediately and left the desk almost running. When we came back, it still wasn't working.
I guess the TV was completely broken and couldn’t be repaired—in that case, they could’ve just told us, and it wouldn’t have been a problem.
The second night, at 2 a.m., the fire alarm went off—we all ran downstairs, and after 15 minutes they told us it was a false alarm. The following day, there was no explanation, no note of apology, nothing. Maybe they consider a middle-of-the-night panic wake-up a bonus experience included with the stay.
We don’t really care about the TV not working, but being treated like fools for three days is another story.
