I recently visited Corralco with my family, including our children aged 7, 5, and 3. ||Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly with regards to the hotel and ski center's coordination. The hotel itself was average, but poorly maintained. Issues included overheating rooms without individual temperature control, leaks in the reception area, and malfunctioning lights. The swimming pool floor was also extremely slippery, causing several children to fall, and required constant attention from staff.||While the food and services were acceptable, they were inefficient. The most frustrating aspect was the hotel staff's lack of knowledge about the ski center's activities. With better guidance, our stay could have been greatly improved.||The ski center had its positives, including functional lifts and knowledgeable instructors. However, the systems and processes were disorganized, leading to malfunctions, long queues, and inefficiencies in ski rentals and class scheduling.||I wrote to Corralco management 20 days ago to express my disappointment but have yet to receive a response, despite an initial acknowledgement from the VP of Sales. Given Corralco's stunning natural beauty, I recommend visiting the ski center but suggest alternative accommodations due to the subpar service at the hotel
