Corso Hotel Pécs

Our corner room was bright and spacious and Pèçs was a very pleasant surprise for us. Breakfast was just OK. Not much to choose from àn̈d we felt like we were intruding if we stayed past 9:30. Worst of all, the front desk staff, while finding and helpful, failed to share vital information that would have been very helpful. For instance, we were not told that are room key needed to be inserted with the hotel logo facing out. Instead, we were given a key card without a logo. Clèaning on demand only. On ðay two our key was taken àway. No explanation ..were then given bad directions to the hotel parking lot which sent us the wrong way up a one way street and then not told to refuse the ticket at the barrier which resulted in a large cash payment from us in ex̌act change of small denominations. We won't be back.

We only spent 24h in Pecs, but really enjoyed the city and our staying in Corso hotel! Must admit that the hotel even exceeded our expectations. Everyone was nice, helpful and polite, the breakfast was good and included fresh fruit and vegetables. Not to mention that we got an enormously spacious room on the 4th floor (it’s a Deluxe room), which was equipped with a special kit for our dog (bowls, bed, poop bags and an eatable treat). We had zero trouble with parking, there were a few free parking spaces right around the corner. And I fount the location of the hotel literally perfect, it’s 12 minutes on foot either to the city centre or to the Zsolnay Cultural Quater, which is a must visit if you find yourself in Pecs. Taking all that into account, I consider Corso hotel to be absolutely worth staying)

Great room I had, the service was fast and helpful, location is perfect, you can go up towards Mecsek, turn left towards the centrum and you'll be there in max of 8 minutes (walking distance), or you can go right to see the country side(recommend a car or bus). I had only breakfast, great selection of food and drinks (vegetarian and vegan options available). I've checked their a la c'arte menu, it seemed good and appetizing on a fair price.

Nice place! Good service. Reasonably priced. Good location. Even got a pretty decent restaurant. Recommended.

Very clean, high quality accommodation. Kind and helpful receptionists and waiters. ​Breakfast is good. ​Close to the city center.

Nice hotel, very well located, nice big rooms, good service, excellent breakfast. Food in the restaurant is otherwise just OK.

Nice and clean hotel within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was that the beds were really hard.

I spent one night in the hotel and I have to say I am fully satisfied with the service and the room. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location. It only takes 5-10 minutes walking to be in the city centre or in the shopping center ARKAD. It is easy to find and beside the fact that it is near to one of the main streets it is very quiet in the room and the traffic is not hearable. I would recommend the Hotel and if I need one again I will choose this one again in Pécs.
