Beautiful retail interior design. It’s an experience walking through it, and there’s multiple sections. Truly work of art. The designs are also amazing, and the best of materials are used. The staff were really helpful as well.

I fell in love with Cortana Bridal collection as soon as I came across it. I'm from Ireland and I just knew I had to travel to Madrid. From the minute I called them to make an appointment right up until today I have had the most wonderful experience. I dealt with Bea all the way through. I am getting married in two weeks and I almost wish she was going to be there because she has been so amazing. It is a little harder when you are ordering something from a different country but she made the whole process so easy. I am absolutely in love with my wedding dress from Cortana, I can't wait to wear it. I am wearing the Jara skirt and Bea even sent me numerous videos of different ways to tie the bow at the back. I have nothing but good things to say about their collection, their store in Madrid and of course the wonderful Bea. I highly recommend.

I wanted to order a dress, but i live in another country, and they gave me bank details instead of a link to payment or online payment on the website. When I tried to explain that I could not pay in this way - they recorded a voice message for a minute and a half, of course I did not listen to it, because this is a matter of ethics of communication and correspondence with the client. Reviews in Google are obviously written, in other sources there are also complaints about the attitude towards customers. With a price tag of $2,000, your target audience will not tolerate such an attitude

Quería agradecer con todo mi corazón a Barbara y Sofia, todos sus consejos y como de bien me han tratado. Fui a Cortana buscando mi vestido de novia y efectivamente ahí lo encontré. Desde la primera cita para probarme vestidos, las pruebas con la modista, cada consejo y detalle hasta que lo recogí ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que recordaré con mucho cariño para siempre. Ir a Cortana es una experiencia increíble en todos no los sentidos.
