Once a family residence, this is now an elegant hotel with a large outdoor pool, well-tended gardens and a lovely sun terrace. The wellness centre includes a sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub for 2. The relaxation area offers fruit, tea and mineral water. Quiet and private, Corte Gondina has a reading room and a café inside and offers free on site parking. The residence is also home to a 19th-century cellar which has recently been made into a characteristic lounge bar. Centrally located, Corte Gondina is just a short stroll from La Morra’s excellent restaurants and wine shops. There are also more than 60 different wine cellars to visit in the surrounding area. I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B/boutique hotel. The property is on the main street in La Morra. The concentration of shops and small restaurants are a short walk away.||My superior room on the second level faced the courtyard/garden and pool area. The room had a nice traditional decor in green and white with ample space for the bed and a round table and chairs. The bathroom was modern and updated, the bed and bedding comfortable. My room had a narrow outdoor terrace with two chairs. (There are several ground floor rooms that open directly onto the courtyard.)||I stayed for 3 nights. The area was quiet, so I had a nice rest. There is a gated car park on site.||The breakfast was bountiful and very good. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a light lunch menu available, but there is no restaurant at the hotel. This is not a problem because there are many small restaurants within walking distance.||I thought the price in relation to the accommodation was good. Upon request, the hotel provided me with contact information for a local driver whom I booked for two wine tastings nearby.

Very nice, friendly and serviceminded people. The breakfast is just excellent and you are longing for that next one. Pool and sorrounding areas are just incredible, the flowers, the olive tree and grapes that are parts of this lovely, in village, but still cosy part of the hotel. The rooms are out of this world and Bruno and his incredible people are always at hand and service minded. Go here, you will have an extraordinary stay!

Amazing hotel! Everyone there is super friendly and focused on maximizing your stay. The hotel grounds are amazing and very well appointed. It was exactly what I envisioned for an Italian country side getaway. If you love Barolo and Nebbiolo wines in general I would highly suggest making this your home base for visiting the Piedmont region. Thank you to everyone at hotel Corte Gondina for making a part of our honeymoon a magical experience. I will be sure to visit again. Also the breakfast there is unmatched and exceptional!

Best place to stay in La Morra. The rooms are beautifully designed—elegant, spacious, and spotless. The service is exceptional from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. And the pool area is great —relaxing, stylish, and with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is the second timr we stayed at this lovely charming luxe hotel in La Morra. Bruno and Elena have created a welcoming atmosphere that feels like your dream home away from home, with a dedicated and friendly staff. We would definitely again many more times.

Delightful small hotel with well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, crisp sheets and amazing staff. They serve a delish breakfast too. Out back is a gorgeous garden with a pool ajd plenty of places to sit and read, or sip. They also have bicycle storage! Only a few floors with stairs, no elevator but my bags were deposited in my room by staff, how nice!

We have stayed here previously. Fabulous boutique hotel in La Morra. An ideal base to explore La Morra & the surrounding Barolo wine country. Elena, Bruno, Mira et al are exceptional hosts. Large light & quiet room with balcony. Large modern bathroom with quality toiletries. Large smart TV & secure wifi. Exceptional breakfast provided served also in the garden as weather hot. Lovely outdoor area including pool for relaxing.

The hotel is located in the middle of La Morra, there is a parking slot, pool, very nice yard. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is reach and tasty. The little problem is that the room was at the second floor without elevator or bellboy who helps you with the baggage. Also, don’t take regular room with the street view. It’s not really view. And also the room with balcony upgrades to experience a lot!
