Find someplace else to stay. Rented 2 rooms. Forced our son and dil to rent an 'apartment" unit because they were traveling with 2 small children, aged 1 and 3. Put them in a 2 story unit with approx 20 concrete stairs in the unit and multi levels with no way to prevent them from falling down the stairs. Clearly not safe for the little ones and they knew the ages when the reservation was made months in advance. Offered a free breakfast for 2. No other options. All their apartments have interior stairs, one with winding metal stairs Our only option was for us to give up our "superior" room for a downgraded standard room that had three glass walls all leading to the hallway, like living in a fish bowl in order to give our son our superior room with no stairs. They downgraded both of our rooms and refused to credit us for the difference in price for the downgraded rates. Not a nice area, all the surrounding buildings on your walk back to hotel at night have roll down metal doors. Have to enter at night through another entrance. Didnt feel safe at all. | Horrible customer service. No manager or anyone with authority to do anything on property. Clearly overcharged us on both rooms and said they were offering breakfast for 2 and preventing us from finding another place to stay.

Location is so good. You can access all touristic centers. We stayed on garden floor. It’s sharing to common enter. Room’s separete but if you don’t close to curtain, everybody can see you. You can choose upstairs, if you want more comfort and privacy. Room’s facilites was enough. They have coffee machine, cooking equipment and hygine kits. Air condition was broke first day but they solved second day. İf they weren’t solved, it could be disappointment.

Loved our stay. The continental breakfast was served at table. The woman that cooked & served it was especially attentive to all our needs. She made for a very pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, well maintained. The hotel was close Walking distance to Il Duomo and many other tourist attractions. It was close to dining, including gluten free options.

The hotel has 10 rooms it's small but cosy and warm. The hotel amenities and facilities are in great condition and the staff are very nice and professional. The group has 4 or 5 hotels in Firenze and are opening a new one in Venice soon. We were upgraded to an apartment because we were a family a four which was a very nice gesture from the management. The sweet breakfast was amazing. The room is comfortable and it looks like it has been just renovated. I would recommend it for the price and location and all the things I mentioned.

Can’t reccomend enough! Super helpful and nice staff that even got us a room upgrade. The location is perfect. Central, but a quiet oasis inside the hotel. Nothing to fault.

The good:-|Excellent location - quiet, surprisingly local area but walking distance to major sites Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and also Carrefour supermarket.|Efficient, helpful and friendly staff.|Spacious suite including small kitchen with good size fridge, kettle and two ring cooker,|Comfortable bed. |Nice little sitting room upstairs, so I could read while my wife was asleep.|Room and bathroom warm - important as November nights were cold!!|Everything spotless and very efficient and friendly housekeeping|Excellent breakfast and staff in breakfast room charming and helpful.||The not so good:-|Virtually zero storage for clothes – just a small hanging rail with a small shelf under it.|Rooms in hotel are all off internal courtyards and in winter that made our room somewhat claustrophobic. Also walking from our room to breakfast in the rain needed and umbrella.|“Designer” features meant impracticality – eg elegant sink in bathroom had an overhanging pout that one bashed one’s head against while trying to wash.|Minimal lighting in bedroom.

We had an amazing stay at Corte Guelfa in May 2022. This is easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We were a bit sceptical because of the few reviews, but this is truly a hidden gem. The room was modern, clean and nicely decorated. We had a studio room, which was perfect. The bathroom was big, and there was a nice little kitchen area. They filled our fridge with waterbottles every day. The rooms are located in a quiet backyard.||The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. The hotel has a good location, right next to the Central Market, and not far away from the train station. Florence is also a very walkable town, so all the sights are in near, walkable distance. Would definitely recommend, and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beds and pillows are comfy. Room is spacious and comes stocked with pop, water potato chips and Mars bars! Breakfast is included with your choice of sweet or savory options. Omg it was filling and delicious. |Location is within walking distance of train station and most attractions. We walked everywhere!! Location is perfect. Staff are super friendly and willing to assist you. I highly recommend this establishment.
