Corte San Luca Apartments

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is so close to all the amenities in the beautiful old town and to the lake- perfect for an evening stroll or catching the boat. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We loved the courtyard atmosphere- music from 6.30-10.30pm. You have to pay if you want to use the pool at the hotel and pay a small resort fee before you leave.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Corte San Luca Apartments as a family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment across the street from reception. The apartment itself was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen doesn’t have lots of equipment but has plenty for making light meals and there are items such as a toaster available if you ask. Beds were really comfortable. Linen and towels were changed after 2 nights. We arrived by car having emailed our car registration beforehand. As the apartment is in a ZTL zone (restricted driving zone) do this to avoid a fine. We followed instructions given to park it in the reserved spaces in the underground car park. As other have noted it isn’t easiest place to find and it took a few attempts to find the entrance just off the main road near a public car park just by the underpass. From there it’s about a 5 minute walk to the apartment. Not easiest if you have lots of luggage so definitely recommend driving to the apartments to pick up keys and drop off bags before parking. Reception is only manned for a short time during the day so arriving at 4pm we collected the keys and information pack left for us and check in was the following morning. The apartments are in a great central location, lots of shops and a variety of restaurants on the doorstep and less than a minute to lake. There’s some live music in the evenings but for us this was enjoyable and no problem. It stopped about 11pm and couldn’t really be heard inside the apartment. We really enjoyed our first stay in Bardolino and would definitely recommend these apartments.

We arrived early in the season just before Easter. It was still could outside, but the place was well heated. Our studio, #4 on the first floor facing the court yard, was very pleasant, clean, spacious, and was well equipped for two. We got fresh towels after two of our three nights. This specific studio faces the courtyard, has a small balcony. Wooden shutters for the two glass doors and enough window treatment for added privacy. The courtyard was very quite in the mornings, no noise from shoppers, or cars. A part of the courtyard is used as outdoor seating area by a restaurant with live music in the evening until about 10 p.m. We enjoyed it. The location could not have been more convenient, centrally located in the heart of Bardolino. Everything you need is nearby, a little grocery store, a butcher shop, and a vast variety of restaurants, bars, activities. We enjoyed renting a bicycle in town and taking the bike/pedestrian-only path to Garda and on to (nearly) San Vigilio. Due to the parking garage being a 6 min walk away from the apartments, when getting here, we had troubles finding a nearby parking to unload our luggage. We found it best to park near the school (google Scuola Materna De Gianfilippi) at their 1 hour parking. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Staff was professional too.

This is our 4th time staying here at we simply LOVE it.... It is amazing to come back year after year to see that everything looks like new and is super well maintained.|The rooms are very clean and fitted to the highest standards.|The location is superb and the friendlyness of staff is awesome.|I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a place in Bardolino to stay at Corte San Luca.||It is a GREAT plus that you as a guest in Corte San Luca can us the pool at Ca Mura which is a hotel close by owned by them as well. We found the pool very nice. Again super well maintained pool area and no issue of getting a sunbed ... enough for every one, but still not crowed. You had the boutique hotel feeling which is very nice.||Thank you for taking so good care of our family ... we love being your guests ... and yes we will be back for more. It is highly addictive.

Ok, we stayed before the official season start, so nice & quiet. The negatives first... the parking faculties are difficult, the kitchen has no extraction fan so all windows open when cooking. The sat tv is also not much chop with bad reception 😜 besides the negatives the apartment is tasteful & is well equipped, would come again😁

Fantastic location right on the lake, the appartment clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Still there could be improvements made on the communiction with their guests. The discription on how to find it, check in and get the car to the garage was not only unclear but at times rather intimidating. There was nobody at check in/out ( which is fine during pandemic + we had payed up in advance) but later on we got confusing calls of why we have not payed for the visitor's tax and did not check out orderly. Above all that the lake is enchanting and we'll come back to another place at another time

Originally myself and my partner were due to stay at Mariposa Apartments but were upgrade to Corte San Luca Apartments which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was stylish, modern and a great location by the Lake in Bardolino. We stayed for 3 nights and slept amazingly on our first night. Unfortunately, on our second night we were kept awake all night long by a couple of idiots staying below us, blaring music and shouting into the early hours, which put a downer on our last night as we were so tired from a lack of sleep we had to go to bed early. When reception arrived at 9am they dealt with the issue straight away and were very apologetic. Although it could not have been prevented, I would only suggest a better security or a way for guests to contact somebody when issues like this arise. There was a contact number for out of hours but stated that only to be used in an emergency and would be charged 200 euros. ||||I would recommend staying here if visiting Bardolino. Great location and modern and clean, stylish apartments.

The entrance of the apartment is that of a restaurant and the reception is on the right after entry. My room is in the first floor outside the building. It's of simple and modern design, and decent size. The pier is located 3 mins away. Souvenir shops and restaurants are ubiquitous. Cooking and coffee facilities are available. The stay was a pleasant one.

Stayed in the apartment for two nights. When we arrived the gate was closed, we needed to call to get the entrance code. Unfortunately the reception is open only for a few hours each day. Our key we have found in an envelope at the reception desk. For the parking an employee had to come to show us how it works. She couldn't really operate it so it took a while to get into the garage. You get there by driving into a box / lift that is operated hydraulically. The lift is located in the middle of the outside restaurant which must be kind of disturbing when you're having dinner. The staff wasn't very friendly except for the cleaning ladies. The apartment itself was nice and clean.
