Corte San Mattia

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed in the building closest to the winery - the room was incredibly cozy, authentic and with great view. The pool area was lovely, with panoramic views of Verona. The wine tasting was a great experience! We were somewhat disappointed with the service in the restaurant, and we had expected a better dinner. The breakfast was good, and otherwise the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Our stay at Agriturismo Corte San Mattia were extraordinary and amazing! The location is fantastic with an amazing view and it only takes a few minutes with taxi from the city centre. We are very happy with the room, the breakfast and the the wine tasting. My fiancé and I especially liked the Amorone and we ended up buying 3 bottles to take home. But best of all for us would be the service and the help I got from Camilla to accommodate a special request for a private moment with my then girlfriend, now fiancé. Overlooking the view, with amazing cold cuts and cheeses and a bottle of amarone wine. It's a moment we will never forget and it wouldn't have been this amazing without Camilla, her kids who helped and the rest of the staff, I'm eternally grateful!

We had an amazing experience at Corte San Mattia agroturismo. The view from the terrace was mesmerising. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all the time: reception, restaurant staff, wine tasting guide were always engaged into providing the best service and support to the guests. People are the greatest asset of this place as they made our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. The pool was very refreshing on the hot days. The facilities are clean and well thought through. Wine tasting tour was super interesting and provided a lot of insights about how the wine is made. Not to mention that the local wine from Corte San Mattia and Giovanni Ederle winery is the best wine we tried in Verona. I wish we stayed for more days to enjoy the experience in full. And will definitely book a longer stay next time.

The most beautiful stay ! Gorgeous views and lovely staff. The food was absolutely delicious, variety for breakfast including honeycomb from the hives and so many tasty dinner options. We stayed for our anniversary and took the pasta class which we would highly recommend, such a fun experience. The pool is so calming and the room was so rustic and peaceful with a perfect view and outdoor area to sit in the sun. Perfect for a relaxing, romantic getaway. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more :)

Everything was exceptional: the accommodation featured spacious and immaculate rooms, complemented by a stylish and well-equipped bathroom. The food was of Michelin-star quality, deserving all the praise, and the breathtaking view of the entire city of Verona from the hotel is truly awe-inspiring. The only inconvenience was the socket covers, which were not compatible with UK adapters. Such a beautiful place. The room was excellent, the location and ambiance of the place is amazing. We ate in the restaurant at night and I can only recoomend. Excellent food and great service. Breakfast was beyond :-)||The location is perfect. You feel like you are in the countryside and then with full view over beautiful Verona. 5 Stars all the way

My family and I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it! There’s nothing fancy about the rooms – but they were spacious and met our needs. However, the restaurant, breakfast, pool, wine, property, and views were all incredible! So much so, that we decided to extend our stay by night.

Our stay at San Mattia was simply unforgettable. I was there with my daughter and my little Bolognese dog, Romolo – and all three of us were truly enchanted.||The view over Verona took our breath away, the food was divine, and the peaceful atmosphere among the vineyards felt like a gentle embrace for the soul.||What touched us most was the warmth and authenticity of the people.
