Five stars cuz COS is great but no men’s items here unfortunately 😔#genderEquality

I had the most wonderful experience of superb customer service and care from Amelia who was downstairs in the fitting room. She was welcoming, kind, attentive and honest when I asked for her advice on an item. Bravo King’s Rd team. Oh, and an excellent manager to boot! He was so happy to hear my feedback! Merry Christmas to a great team.

Treated like garbage from the store manager. Customer service at cos is appauling. Will not shop here again. Tried to return an item and the manager was super agressive and accused me of lying! Cos is way too overpriced for the sub standard quality of items on sale but then, to top it off they have shoddy customer service.

Least to say I’m very disappointed with the way we were treated in store today. We were in a group of four browsing and minding our own business. After a while we were approached by the in store security guard and asked to leave the store, when asked to provide a valid reason we were told that “sometimes you don’t need one”. I can’t help it but feel that we were racially profiled, I have never been treated like this in a store before and made to feel uncomfortable. Being a regular customer at Cos I’m very disappointed by how the situation was dealt with. I suggest that you teach your staff and especially your security guard on how to handle these situations better.

I was doing a personal shop on 4.8.21 marcio approached me, he was super helpful and had great product knowledge - credit to the store! All staff were friendly and helpful

Quality clothing with unique fashion surprises. The fabric selections feel great and wear well. There is something novel, playful and architectural about some of the designs.
