Called in earlier for their relaxed twill trousers and they had it in stock! So I asked for them to put it on hold for me until my lunch break Ran to the store, they had my name attached to the trousers, easy and quick to retrieve Tried them on and was sold! Brandon was at the fits and I found his service and conversation accommodating and wholesome. The women at the till were kind too! Clean store, incredible layout, good use of space didn’t have a time to properly shop, but will be back ! Staff were incredibly stylish

Great clothes dreadful customer service. If the assistants downstairs spent more time talking to their customers rather than each other it would have been a different experience. Real shame & the other branches are much better. Avoid

The amount of time you have to wait for a change room is ridiculous as they only have 4 changerooms for a large store. Also the till is so slow as they only have 1-2 workers processing sales. They need more staff and better systems

COS consistently delivers great quality ahead of most high-street brands at a similar price. I usually come here just for autumn and winter pieces only.

Went shopping today at cos! Was very disappointed with the staff! One no one wanted to help we kept asking for sizes they get is the wrong one no one smiled and everyone was in a bad mood. Two I’ve been a cos fan since the year it launched in 2007 in regent street! Haven’t stopped shopping since then and remember my first dress I got from Selferdiges! Every time I buy from it staff is friendly and when we pay they close the shirts fold them well and then wrap them with paper and give it to me! And I mean I buy cos from all around the world this is the first time the staff throws the tangling clothes in the bag! It seems like I got it from a cheap store! And if this is the way it’s always been I understand but it’s the first time! I’m frustrated with the behavior and the way they lowered the brand. The items are new collection not even on sale! Even sale in cos they don’t do that! You need to fix your staff ! SA is 1004315! Till 03 store Gb0524! This is unacceptable behavior

Thorough disappointed with staff at COS Duke of York Square.I am a customer since the launch of COS and never ever have been disappointed and treated like this. The shop assistant Sophia, was unacceptably rude, difficult and disrespectful even in front of her manager Rachel who handled my complaint incompetently, and in front of other customers shouted at me ‘You are Rude’ Needles to say I am shocked and has made it clear that customers should be treated with courtesy and respect!! Clearly Sophia does not have any public relations skills and is a very bad mannered person destroying shoppers experience. I was wondering whether it had to do with my accent as as always I was nice and polite and certainly didn’t deserve such treatment. So unfortunately my experience aligns with several other customers who have given 1 Star. For me is one BIG ZERO!

So a few reviews say that staff are rude, this isn’t the case and speaks a lot on the character on those complaining. All staff have been super helpful and so accommodating. It was a lovely experience to shop here and everyone moved mountains to check stock and make sure I had a good experience. Big ups to the Cos staff on Kings Road.

This store for some reason is the only COS branch that is womenswear only. It’s very annoying to have travelled here for menswear to find it doesn’t exist. The store should be rebranded as ‘COS Women’ to make it clear that this store is a completely different format to the rest of the brand.
