@cosme STORE LUMINE EST Shinjuku Store

Went here looking for a few things. One they didn't have but was needing a hair oil and lip balm for my specific needs. Spoke with one of the employees, who was a shorter lady with dyed brown hair and she was sooo accommodating and helpful. I had limited Japanese and she had limited English so we mostly communicated through Google translate but was super patient with me. Highly recommend this spot and all the staff I interacted with were very patient despite my bad Japanese!!

A very good variety of goodies to buy.The prices for the same products could be different.I gained as I checked the clothes I liked at other shops.

Tiiiiiny store for such a busy location, it was crazy in there! The staff wandering the floor helping customers were fantastic, but the checkout operators weren’t very friendly.

This could be your one stop cosmetic shopping in Japan. The staffs can speak a little English and they are all very nice and helpful. If you are a foreigner traveling in Japan make you you bring your passport and get tax free.

A wide range of skincare, hair care & cosmetics. Not as hectic as Harajuku. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

inside LuminEST basement. Super crowded and long queue for cashier. But there are many products that you may cannot find from other drug stores. Like a small counter from all cosmatic brands. I can buy this cream only here.

Came here to look for some products and it was a fun experience but crowded!! I like how things are categorized and you can try on different products. It's a well organized make-up, skincare store. Some helpful employees offered me a basket when they saw my hands were holding some things. The line seemed long but moved fairly quickly because they had multiple registers open. I also really appreciated the person helping me check-out. She said I could get a 300 yen discount if I followed Cosme...but I rarely use WeChat or WhatsApp. I forgot which one it was but it was offloaded and I needed to download it again. I felt bad about the line and was going to forgo the discount because the internet was taking awhile. She was very patient and reassured me that it was ok. Just offload it. They also gave a small free sample of something at the end as well. It was daunting at first with such a big crowd but I still left with a smile on my face. I did notice though prices overall are a little higher than the same products at a drug store or convenience store (if they are there). This at least is a one stop shop for all makeup.

I really love the Cosme store, it is such a fun place to shop for makeup. We stumbled upon a pop up for Banila, and it was such a nice surprise. The products were great, the prices were reasonable, and it felt exciting to discover something new. The store has a good vibe, the layout makes it easy to browse, and everyone there was really friendly. Even though we spent a majority at a pop up, I would definitely go back again because the whole experience was so enjoyable.
