Cosmiques hôtel, bar, coffee-shop - Centre Chamonix

The hotel was easy to find. I took a bus and then used Google Maps and the arrows on the building to find the hotel. The staff was super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming girls and a man. I send you my regards, you are the best. The room was clean but very small, and there was a sink in my room that didn't fit in the bathroom, but the view from the window was simply divine. I would return because I was quite satisfied with the hotel, but I would prefer a larger room and a sink in the room is too much. Breakfast - no. It's delicious but not worth 14 euros. Come on, in any café or bakery in Chamonix, you can get coffee and pastries for 5 euros, and it's 100 times tastier. So keep that in mind. I was willing to pay that much, but I expected to get something warm and tasty, not at that price. BUT after I tried breakfast and realized that it wasn't my style, I refused the next one and they refunded my money without any problems. Maybe the hotel isn't perfect, even for a 2-star, but the staff's attitude is the best it can be. THANK YOU.

Small, clean and welcoming hotel. The rooms are bright and typical European size. The staff really shines brightly. They were kind, helpful and attentive. The bedding was fine- could be better but what do you expect for such reasonable accommodations in the heart of town? I would gladly stay here again.

Let's start with the basics: this is a functional hotel. But we found the staff to be engaged, flexible (they gave us our room 3 hours before check-in time), they allowed us to leave our luggage for several hours before/ after check-in/check-out; the location is excellent. Room was clean and overlooked a nice patio area. Nice coffee shop near reception area.

Excellent location, decent room, reasonable prices, helpful staff. No AC but the room had great insulation and it was fine even in August. The room was dusty and the cleaning could've been better, but overall good.

Came here for a vegan lunch (lunch is served from 12-230) and highly recommend it! Had the plate of day which was incredible (Spinach rolls with beetroot hummus with a delicious vegan sauce) and a great cup of coffee. Cant wait to return and try the whole menu!

Loved the decor! Bright, colourful and the classic eighties ski photos are such a nice touch. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Right in the centre of town so within walking distance of nearly everything. Reasonably priced breakfast with eggs, croissants, cereal, juice and coffee. I had a great stay!

Very kind and polite staff, we had a peaceful and quiet night after the Tour du Mont Blanc. We are also grateful for the luggage storage. Thank you!!

Location was perfect for Chamonix - about 20 metres from the main strip of shops and bars in Chamonix. About 50m to the nearest bus stop for ski lifts. Rooms were quiet and small, and there was no wardrobe just these hooks on the wall which weren’t great to be honest . We had a table in the corner of the room but a small wardrobe would have been better. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the shower was really powerful and always hot water.||There was a ski locker room in the Basement which had plenty of room for all your equipment.||Breakfast was continental style with a great cappuccino and really good for 12 euros and the staff were really friendly and helpful. ||If you want a small, quaint hotel in the centre of Chamonix that is great value for money then I don’t think you will get much better. I would definitely return .
