Cosmopolitan Suites

I don’t know where to start to write a review for the hotel; everything was beyond perfect and exceeded our expectations. We are a couple from San Francisco celebrating our 8-year anniversary.||||The check-in process began with a nice bellboy helping us carry all our luggage from downstairs at the taxi station. We met Anastasia, who checked us in with a warm welcome. During check-in, we were able to choose our welcome drink, and Joy brought us an ice-cold, delicious coffee.||||The room was super clean and spotless, even though everything was white. We had our own terrace where we could enjoy our meals and see the cliff view, as well as views of the volcano and sunset.||||The male staff at the restaurant was attentive; he served us dinner for two nights. The food was incredible and reasonably priced. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious as well. It was a bit humid and wet in the morning, but Joy made sure our seats were comfortable by placing towels before we sat down (it’s all about the details).||||Anastasia was amazing; she arranged a restaurant reservation, a haircut, and transportation professionally. The night shift staff was thoughtful and asked if we would like a cup of coffee or a breakfast box to go since we had to check out at 4 AM. We refused breakfast, but we received a cup of coffee in the morning while we waited for our taxi to pick us up at 4 AM. It was such a caring gesture.||||We highly recommend this hotel, and we want to come back as soon as our schedule permits.

This Hotel is AMAZING! The view, quality, cleanliness is superb. The service is ABOVE Superb! George, Anastasia, Joy, Giota are beyond amazing. The chef is the best. The breakfasts and lunches were unbelievable. All the workers were such hard workers and attentive to all the details. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for such an incredible and memorable experience in Santorini.

I’ve been to so many hotels in the world but I have to say this is one of the top experiences. Perfect location so close to all the restaurants and bars. Homemade lemonade on arrival, the staff all make sure that you’re looked after and happy - they all remember your name. 6pm chocolate delivery to your room. A massive jacuzzi in the room which is always heated and ready to use. Fruit, cheese and champagne platter in the room ready for you on arrival. Was so easy to make friends with the other guests staying here. Magical view of the sunset by the pool. Honestly this has so far been one of the highlights of my trips. You won’t regret booking this. And I never make google reviews - this deserves a review!!!

My husband & I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing amenities, and the friendliest staff we've ever met...and we travel A LOT! Thank you George, Anastasia, Joy and everyone else! It was a true pleasure to meet you and know you! You gave us such awesome recommendations to tour the island and experience beach clubs!|The car service this hotel uses is fantastic! We used them to and from the airport and several times during the week stay.|The infinity pool was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and the caldera. The property was quaint and very, very clean. The complimentary breakfasts each morning are made to order with many selections, are gourmet and delicious. It is centrally located but is still quiet. |Would definitely return again and again!

Most amazing staff, views and room staying in the cosmopolitan! We had such a great time and highly recommend. One thing to note is the location was in the hustle and bustle of the city, so as soon as you wake up and step outside the hotel you are right in the thick of ongoing city tourism.

This was such an unbelievable experience. The hotel with the best service I have ever experienced! Joy and Costa has been amazing in taking care of every need. From reception to cleaning staff I can only say they it was outstanding. The view, pool and patios was so clean and well taken cared of… I will definitely be bank again. Well done on keeping your guests satisfied 😊

Excellent hotel with a superb location near the tram. The staff were absolutely amazing and very hospitable. Good breakfast; we got the Greek omelet which was delicious. Very well maintained with a lovely view of Thera.

Absolutely love everything about this hotel. We stayed in the villa which is beautiful. Our terrace with fabulous breakfast each morning… |The pool perfect. Views breathtaking. The best thing about this hotel however is their staff. Each and every one of them have customer service down to a fine art. So attentive, helpful and cheerful. I think many hotels could learn from them….
