Cosmopolitan Suites

This hotel is located in a wonderful spot since it is close to everything in Fira. The view from the hotel of the caldera is amazing. The room we stayed in (#10) had a balcony which was nice since we could see the water and could also see the donkeys going up and down each day. The special things about this hotel are:|1. The breakfast that you can order to your room (wonderful choices from eggs, bread basket, rice pudding, fresh juice, coffee, French toast, etc.)|2. Staff like Joy and Theo make you feel special and welcomed|3. High-quality toiletries|The cons of this hotel are:|1. There are narrow spiral steps that you have to handle if you stay in room 9 or 10. If you have issues with your legs it can be challenging|2. Given the price of this hotel I would have expected the areas surrounding the hotel to be in tip top shape. The property had litter strewn below our balcony (in its property) and the view of the water was obstructed due to overgrown shrubs|3. There was rain the day we got there due to which we could not use the balcony since the cushions were wet. The hotel can make an effort to provide guests with dry cushions|For the price it charges I feel that I did not get my money's worth.

Location and views are incredible. I’ve traveled to some of the prettiest places in the world like tiny islands in the Maldives, Hawaii, New Zealand to name a few and this island and boutique hotel views rival any view in the world. The staff are beyond accommodating and extremely delightful. The food is incredible with many options. Rooms are beautiful and kept with the soft white dome architecture of the island. HIGHLY recommend coming in the off season as I was able to avoid the dense crowds of the summer.

The "Suites" had been recommended by our daughter who stayed the previous year. ||The rooms have amazing views and you can spend the day watching the cruise ships and activity out at sea.||The room was very comfortable and had a small balcony which enjoyed full sun most of the day. You had to climb down a tight spiral staircase to room 10, but I think this is the only downside of being on a cliffside location.||Breakfast choices were really good and you could have it delivered to your room or eat by the pool. ||The pool looks amazing. It is small but adequate. ||The location was perfect and we could escape from the cruise liner tourists whenever we wanted.||We would certainly go back there again.

This is the most amazing boutique hotel with an incredible view, beautiful, clean, well appointed rooms and the most passionate, enthusiastic staff. It is very close to Fira but there is no foot traffic past your room or the pool which is such a bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a great experience in this Hotel. I was there with my fiance for 4 nights and we will recommend Cosmopolitan Suites to any of our friends or family. The size of the rooms are perfect, the jacuzzi at the rooms, the bathrooms, the design of the rooms and decoration, the AC works great, nespresso machine, etc. The place is close to Restaurants and shoppings. The view from the pool is gorgeous and last but not least, the service from every single team member was fantastic. They were quick, responsive, they have nice recommendations for restaurants and excursions. They organize for the guests whatever you need.

Wow what an amazing hotel! We had the best time and wonderful service from all staff we encountered. The location is very central to some amazing restaurants but feels so peaceful when you enter through the doors. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The view from the pool area is unbeatable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back to the Cosmopolitan. We fell in love with the hotel so much so we didn't want to walk around Santorini. True luxury, we felt so special the entire experience. You feel the quiet intimacy and luxury of the hotel and the little details and attention made us feel so special. A huge shout out to Joy who we also fell in love with! She made our stay feel warm and welcoming. We won't stay anywhere else next time we're in Santorini. Also can you say UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW??

Anastasia is my girl. From the moment I booked she was offering (amazing) restaurant recommendations and offering to make reservations, scheduling our in room massages (I’m a massage snob and they were INCREDIBLE), and coordinating our airport transfer (highly recommend, so comfy and they carry your bags for you). We arrived and were greeted with cheers and homemade lemonade plus great local tips on making the most of our experience, taken on a tour of the beautiful hotel, and set up in our room. The minibar is very reasonably priced. Our room had an AMAZING jacuzzi tub that was great for soaking after spending the day at the pool. The in room breakfast was phenomenal. Plus, I booked an outside sailing cruise and Anastasia and the staff coordinated with them on my behalf for the pickup. Major bonus that there’s a child age restriction. Half the reason my trip to Santorini was so incredible was because of the hospitality and beauty here!
