I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never experienced such a terrible shopping experience in my life.
Let’s start with the staff – rude, impatient, and clearly just wanted to close the store and get rid of the customers.
They banged on the fitting room door like crazy and tried every possible way to push me out of the store.
When I got to the checkout, they decided I was a thief and conducted a full search of my bags and personal belongings.
When they found nothing – no apology, no explanation. They just carried on like nothing happened.
They spoke disrespectfully and made a scene in front of the entire street, publicly shaming me as if I was some kind of criminal.
My brother saw what was happening and tried to come in to support me, but the staff blocked him from entering, cursed at him in Greek and English, and escalated the whole situation even further.
After I paid and walked toward the exit, the security alarm went off, and the shift manager once again turned it into a show, accusing me of theft in front of everyone.
Of course, it turned out the cashier simply forgot to remove a security tag.
Overall – disgusting, borderline antisemitic behavior, completely disproportionate towards paying customers.
Not only will I never recommend this store – I’ll actively warn people to stay away from it.
This store desperately needs to take a long hard look at itself and fix the absolutely awful shopping experience.
