Costa Coffee

I like this branch, in a good area. You can enjoy the best coffee here with peace of mind. The space is bug enough and it's not crowded all the time, so social distancing won't be an issue. Also Christmas vibes are ON with their menu. And you can use the door next to visit the art gallery as well

Costa Coffee Stopped here to pick up some coffee and a chocolate muffin. Nice spacious seating area. Friendly staff. Parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.

Place is great! Very aesthetic and instagram worthy, also the vibes is very cool, staffs are friendly, great coffee. 💓

A quieter, more welcoming coffee place for those who prefer a comfortable place to relax, grab a bite, and/or get some work done. Services is great and food is very good. More savory options for those who want lunch would make it a better place.

This is a nice quiet place to go if you want to read, work, or chat with friends...I bring my laptop and books. The service is quick and the coffee hot. The tables and seating area are clean...you don't get that "sticky" feeling on the table surfaces that you do in some other place. The only downside is that there is only one unisex bathroom...it's clean, but you may have to wait if it's busy.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience ever. I like to try new places and so I go to so many coffee places in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This manager (Sittie) was the worst I have seen. I called to ask if I could place an order for pickup, the person on the phone took my order. When I arrived, I called and nobody picked up the phone (I can see many complaints about them not answering the phone here as well). So, Sittie came to my car and yelled at me for about 10 mins that she will not give me my coffee because she cannot leave the shop because she’s “alone” in the shop. Why angry at me if you are alone? Two problems here: 1) if she really couldn’t leave the shop to give me my coffee in the car, what was she doing there for many minutes outside the shop at my car yelling at me? Shouldn’t she be in the shop since she cannot leave it? 2) since she could leave the shop for that much time, it would have been much more efficient time-wise and a much better experience if she just gave me the coffee in the car. To add to the frustration, there was actually someone inside as well helping her and she wasn’t actually alone as she falsely claims. Overall, Sittie was RUDE and nobody should accept such disrespect. Anyway why would you need to go here if there’s more amazing coffee in the city and also in the same area?! :)
