Costa Coffee

Beata has great customer skills and always a smile on, such pleasant interaction every time I get my coffee from her

This is a review for the Costa inside the platform 9-10 waiting room (there didn’t seem to be a separate place to review), I was served by Slyvia, she made my coffee swiftly & exactly right. The place was cleanly & there’s plenty of seating. Out of Costa’s whipped range I wouldn’t recommend the white chocolate one, the sauce is really grainy in your mouth & the other options are much better. Of course this is out of the employee’s control & is just how the drink is made.

The male manager white man medium build is very rude. I have complained to get him fired but they still employ him. Thr woman working beside him is very rude aswell. Wouldn't give tissues to someone who really needed it and made a massive argument about it.

The servers are so lovely and remember my order (one shot caramel latte)! It is so nice seeing a friendly face every morning. I am starting a new job and probably won't be coming for a while, I will miss it brightening morning!

Despite it being incredibly late, vansh and Shaneel were very delightful, energetic and ready to help. A pleasant surprise!

I've had a few coffea from this branch and they always taste weird and makes me feel sick. Will not use again

I just want to say ‘ Thank you’ to the lovely manager & her amazing team who are always friendly and super efficient! 👍🙌🙏 No matter how cold is or how early in the morning they are always smiling and nothing seems to be a bother for them. Delicious macchiato served with a smile…such a great start of the day! 🙏🙌🫶 Thank you! 🙏

Ordered a flat white and it was cold, I asked the lady if she could just reheat it but she threw it down the sink and moaned that it was the correct temperature. She then made another and was talking about me to another customer saying that I would now sue them as it would be to hot. Amazing on how poor the customer service was especially as I’m staff at the railway.
