Costa Coffee

The place was very quiet when I visited and the girl behind the counter immediately greeted me, hence the stars. Apart from that the place needs upkeep. Dirty cups were lying around and coffee was mediocre for the price. Also, the pain au raisin was served cold and dry.

Very high standard, quick and efficient. 2 Indian guys Woking together very polite and helpful. Clean also. It's rare to find standards being high so I have to leave a great review for these two guys.

The guy upsold me to a large latte for an extra 20p then made me a medium. I asked where the large was as you upsold me and he poured the medium into a large cup and plonked it on the table and said I only charged you for a medium. None of it made sense. I said I won't be back and he said good. Be careful who you employ as not everyone has the same idea of customer service due to their backgrounds. It will ruin what is already a brand under immense pressure.

The two men who were working here today were unhygienic and very rude!! Trying to rush me to make my order when there is no queue, only me! And did not make my drink how I asked even after I asked them twice and I paid for it! 😡 Would give 0 stars if I could.

Want a cup of milk with some light coffee flavour, come here. A flat white is some kind fo milkshake to these baristas

4 stars for food only because I'd like to see more nutritious options. Service always very good and efficient

Just been in toCosta in Clapham Junction train station. I ordered a medium coffee with oat milk. I got a large barely warm coffee I ask the man serving me if he could make it hotter..he replied do you want more milk in it???he just kept talking to his pal in his language & ignoring me. Sooo rude! £3.40 I had to pay for that rubbish tasting coffee!
