Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa

We did not stay at the hot, we simply went for lunch. What a beautiful place we stumbled upon. From the lobby to the restaurant the hotel looked wonderful. My wife and I had great lunch. Christina our server was excellent meal. We will definitely return and stay at the hotel. The pool and pool bar looked very inviting. Everyone looks so relaxed and happy.

This was probably my seventh or eighth visit to Costa D'Este. We live about two hours away and it is a wonderful get-away for a few days of rest and relaxation on the beach. The staff is always, without exception, so friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing and the beach is literally steps away from the pool area. We love that they provide chaise lounges and umbrellas at the beach. The location is perfect. It is on a quiet street, with cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will continue to return over and over again!

Couples trip with my sister and brother-in-law. We love this hotel, our second time booking. We have stayed in the ocean front rooms and the poolside rooms and enjoy them both equally. The service and staff are amazing. We LOVE the pool! Great hotel with little shops and resturants right outside the front of the hotel. Perfect getaway! We will be back soon!

Overall an enjoyable stay. Pros: Great bathroom/large shower. Ocean views were fantastic. If you're getting a massage, Beth at the spa was an excellent masseuse! All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The wreck about 1000 feet off the beach is an amazing selling point to make me possibly visit again when the visibility is a little better. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, ice cream shops, are all pretty good and within very near walking distance. That's nice for early mornings and evenings or when the weather cools a bit. Cons: Beds were a bit lumpy and the sheets weren't very soft. The pool is a bit small, but the beach has plenty of seating and space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family getaway for the last weekend of summer before school started. It was our first time staying at Costa d'Este, and we will definitely be returning. All the hotel staff was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations. A perfect way to end the summer!

From the moment you pull into the parking lot at at Costa d'Este you know you are in for a treat. Amazing landscaping, gorgeous waterfall, and smiling and attentive staff to great you. We happened to arrive on the day of their Summer Solstice Luau and what a compliment that was to the overall tropical ambiance of the resort. Every staff person we encountered was smiling and helpful. For the event they were wearing Hawaiian shirts and passing out leis to guests, and these touches were everything, although the property is so gorgeous and tropical, you already know you're somewhere special that has you quickly unwinding. While we were there for business, my husband can't wait to return for a vacation. While only an hour from home it's like being transported to paradise! Don't hesitate to stay here and make time to relax, enjoy the pool, the beach view, the lovely breeze, the poolside bar and the amazing food. And, if you're lucky like we were, the live music and entertainment! I understand they frequently host events on Friday evenings and it's clear from every guest and staff person we encountered that the vibe is real -- this is a place to decompress, celebrate life and enjoy.

We had dinner here and it was an excellent experience. The food was excellent and Mike our server was also very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything came to the table promptly and at the right temperature. The Skirt steak was great as were the appetizers especially the Ahi Tuna. The atmosphere is very nice and the view of the ocean is a wonderful treat while you're dining. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room had a beautiful view. The pool was a great temp and very relaxing. Having beach chairs and umbrellas that we didn't have to set up ourselves was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with a bunch of little shops and plenty of restaurants nearby. We never had to get back in our car during our stay. You have free access to the kayaks and paddle boards which we used to go see the ship wreck from 1894. Everything was so relaxing. We'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I absolutely love coming to stay at Costa d'Este. As Vero locals, it's the best place around to be for a lovely local staycation when you don't have the time to venture out of town. As we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles by the valet staff, Kevin and Tyler who were all too happy to help us with our things. We were too early to check in, so I gave the front desk staff my information and we were given arm bands to go enjoy the property while we waited. We went to the beach and the helpful beach staff saw us to a chair/umbrella (free of charge, included in the resort fee) set up with a view of the ocean that I've come to love so much in my years living here. We relaxed, ordered some drinks, and before we knew it, one of the kind beach staff brought us our room keys. After we went to our room, we came out and enjoyed the pool, read our books, and the front desk manager came out and asked us how our room was and if there was anything that she could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was so nice and relaxing with a high floor view of the ocean that we didn't want to leave. We went out for dinner at one of the walkable local establishments and just enjoyed strolling Ocean Drive. Later that night after dark we were blessed to see turtles hatching on the beach. We didn't take pictures because we didn't want to disturb the little fellas making their journey to the ocean. We just watched and enjoyed. The next day, we took out some paddleboards and made went out to the Breconshire (local shipwreck that has been parked offshore for over 120 years) and my girlfriend hopped off the board with her mask and saw some fish and a sea turtle. We want back to the pool deck for the second half of the day and Jojo (so friendly!) by the pool got us set up for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. We ordered some Pina Coladas... probably the best I've had! After we were sun-roasted enough for the day, we headed back to the room to change for the evening and on our way out, we saw a Salsa dancing instructor teaching a group of guests how to salsa dance. Luckily, my girlfriend spared me from dancing in public this time, but everyone looked like they were having a lot of fun! After coming back, we soaked in the hot tub and just reflected on our all-too-short two night stay before checking out the next morning. Maribel and Greg at the front desk bid us farewell with smiles and asked us to come back and see them again soon. As a local Veroite, I can totally understand why people come from the surrounding cities to get away here. You get all of the style of Miami with all of the quiet of our charming little coastal town of Vero Beach. Many thanks to all the staff who helped make our stay so special. (note: I do not live in San Fransisco lol. Not sure how to change that)

Beautiful location and so close to the beach! I loved every second I was there. Definitely recommend!!

The pool bar and outdoor area are amazing. Tables right along the edge of the beach and you can get full service there. No matter where you sit, whether inside the restaurant, or just outside by the pool, you have access to all of the menus. Make sure you check out the Estefan menu because it is delicious. I've had the Ropa Vieja multiple times and it definitely beats out all others. It's also a dog friendly hotel which makes it even better. Your pet will not be allowed to roam the hotel or go to the pool area, but if you would like to eat dinner with your pet there is a patio area in front of the hotel for you to enjoy together.

This hotel is super nice and exactly as advertised. I had a wonderful time staying here. It's beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The on-site restaurants are the best in the area. We dined at both The Wave and had lunch at the pool bar. since rhey don't have thwir own Yelp page I have to pur the review here. The pool area is very nice and you can access and walk out to the beach easily. We dined at the Pool Bar, where I had a delicious frozen cocktail. The shrimp Sautee with white rice was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that it was just thrown in the bowl, and sauce was everywhere when it was given to me. My husband had roast pork, which equally was well made, tasty, but thrown in the bowl that all the pool orders are placed in. Anyhow, I loved the restaurant, and service at The Wave was also great. I would return. The hotel is so nice it looks like you are in the Caribbean.

On a day trip with my girlfriend, we decided to stop by the restaurant located outside by the pool and have lunch. I understand that this is a beach resort and of course it's going to be over price.. I'm always fine with paying a bit more for excellent food or just the experience but this was ridiculous. My salmon and tuna was 90% avocado. I literally just paid for a few pieces of fish and a whole avocado for $20. Can you be any more cheap and stingy with the fish!?!?! we also ordered a side of fritters that my girlfriend enjoyed, a Coke and two glasses of sparkling wine for $80. Definitely way overpriced and not worth it.. You would think I was eating at a five star restaurant. Your hotel on the outside definitely seems outdated and the inside just looks basic. Overall, the outside bar is convenient if staying there but I'm sure the surrounding restaurants would be a better alternative.

Great beach resort with wonderful staff and pool/beach area. From the moment we checked in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel location is obviously choice, being right on the beach, and the view from our room was wonderful. The pool has plenty of loungers to accommodate many guests, or you could also head out to the beach instead. The poolside bar has a great atmosphere, but the service could definitely be a bit faster. We waited for quite a while for drinks. Overall, this is a beautiful resort, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I have eaten dinner here in the past and have had good experiences. We decided to give Brunch a try. I don't regret it. Everyone in my party of 6 was very pleased with their selections.. there were Cuban and American breakfast items. There was something for everyone and the prices were very reasonable. If you're in the area stop by. You won't be sorry!

The greatest service in Vero!!! Hands down David was as amazing as the food. Paella was on point and so was the scallops . I especially enjoyed the black beans.

We ate at the main restaurant on Saturday night, June 29th, at 5:45pm. Our party of six was served by the most delightful and personable waitress, Cheyanne! I wish she was our daughter, or at least our daughter-out-law! My wife had the Skirt Steak, which was excellent; I had the BEST Short Ribs in VB since moving here in 2019. Everyone raved about the food, and with good reason. We were quite disappointed in the loudness of the dining room. You could barely hear the person next to you, and conversation was useless. Unfortunately, when the female keyboard entertainment began, it was just too loud except for raising our voices to extreme. The keyboard performer was not the level of entertainment I'd expect at a top shelf restaurant like this; She basically played arpeggios with her left hand and a single note melody with her right hand. It became pretty boring after a few simple songs like Over the Rainbow; Danny Boy; and the usual elevator type music. The fact that she only played arpeggios (broken chords), rather than shifting styles, chordal patterns, etc... left us wanting to escape. We will return for dinner; However, it won't be inside or on a Saturday night. Dr. Brian R. Bennett

This is our favorite resort ever, and I must give a HUGE shout out to Paul at the Pool. This gentleman, Paul, goes above and beyond to take care of the guests and make sure everyone is happy and has everything that they need. Congratulations to Costa for having such an outstanding employee. Every single time we go to this exceptional resort, we see Paul working his butt off and giving 110% to his job- so very impressed with his work ethic!

The upscale but relaxed beach/poolside spot for the smooth and cool grown-ups. The Resturant is gorgeous with excellent food and service.

This resort is so amazing! they are super friendly and VERY dog friendly. My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend. They were great! the food is good, the vibe is great, and the location is key!

Delicious, fairly priced food right on the water! Sunday night they have authentic Latin live music out on the patio where you can dance along. The rooms are updated and nicely designed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This place is great to pop into from the beach for lunch or a quick sip. Highly recommend.

Cutting to the chase, this is not a "4 star resort," that the website claims to be. Pro's The location is great, it's right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. View from balcony: if you get an Ocean view room, it is a great spot to hang out. If you're in the interior, the rooms looked cramped and loud from the noisy hotel A/C units. Con's We had a suite, probably the nicest room and it was dirty at check-in, visible grit on the floors, smudges on all glass, and dust bunnies on the TV cord, and elsewhere Check in is a disaster. No one popped out to help with our bags. The lobby was crowded, disorganized, and you have to weave through a drunken bar crowd to enter the hotel (more on that later) Check out is a disaster. Front desk/bell man didn't answer. I went down and the front desk lady had her head in the desk. Picked it up and actually said after hearing my room number "oh sorry, I saw you were calling, there was just too much going on" She then went on to point at luggage cart. So it was so it yourself! No bell man in sight... Training: staff are simply not adequately trained and it shows. Cleaning staff and beach staff copped attitudes with me. For example, I asked for 6 towels and the beach attendant said to me "oh, I grabbed 4, good enough, haha." For the price you pay to stay here, no, not good enough and not funny. The pool: it is a disaster zone. People coming off the beach with dogs, a not so elegant drunk zone, coolers rolling next to the pool. Oh yeah, and you won't get a spot. Towels and crap will be placed on all seating by 10am. No one from the staff checked who was coming in, if they were staying, they didn't promptly clean up leftover towels or check if people left. I think Vero Beach is very nice. This is NOT the place to stay... I cut 3 nights off my reservation and we went back to Disney before heading home...

Well located. The room was clean. Beyond the overinflated room cost was the "Resort Fee" of almost $40.00. This fee is clearly stated on the web site but seemed excessive as we had no interest in using any of the ammenities included. We also had our credit card swiped for $100.00 of incedentials (refundable we were told). We went to this hotel because it was a beachfront hotel. We wanted to hear the ocean, watch the waves, and walk on the beach. Initially we were put in room 226 (second floor directly next to the pool. The music from the pool and the yelling and screeming was overpowering. The only music we wanted to hear was the waves on the beach. I went back to the desk, the gentleman was polite, saying "funny, we never had any complaints about that room before", I thought to myself, how could you not have. We checked back out and waited for a better room. When he called back to tell me a room on a higher floor was available, I again mentioned the music. The response was we 'turn it off at 9 PM". I explained that the music was so loued as to be unpleasant and detracting from the experience of the beach. I asked about live music but thankfully we were not there on a weekend. I can only imagine the decible level of a live musician. The hotel seems not to care about the noise polution it creates for their guests. The front desk put us in 526, top floor, still next to the pool. The music was very noticable from the balcony but from inside the room it could not be heard. Keep in mind, breakfast is not included. Even though the area is nice, the hotel is directly on the beach, and the hotel well maintained, we will not stay there again. I would strongly recommend that those desiring a quiet beach experience look elsewhere.

Came here for lunch inside closed ,sent us outside ..sitting here 15 minutes no one looks at us. Finally see a guy flagged him down actually chased him down he said they r busy first come first serve. I said we see people after us served but no one looks our way. Really the answer is it's season they could care less if you ever come back. Hasn't changed since last time. Hotel is good for dogs my sis let her little pigs run all over the bed as I'm sure everyone does. I guess that's a plus but restaurant well if your food isn't amazing at least try to serve people! It's on the beach has a pool a a zillion people from up north and Miami.

Beautiful resort! We had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!

Normally we have a nice meal with excellent service. Tonight April 15 was completely different. Waited 40 minutes for dinner, handed wooden utensils, poor service by overworked waitresses, really bad. For the prices they charge, the management should have their act together.

Stop here for a cocktail and happytizer. Great place! Service was wonderful and friendly. Drinks were delicious and I had the octopus and chorizo appetizer. It was a large portion and almost a entree! Can wait to go back for a full dinner!!

Great resort and easily one of the best in Vero beach. It was clean and comfortable. The "modern" bed and room setup with everything low to the ground won't be for everyone but I enjoyed it.

So if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel, spotless, friendly, Oceanfront, this is your place. I loved that the rooms did not have carpet! It seems that all the rooms have balconies. I asked to upgrade to oceanfront when I arrived but they didn't have any available. My room didn't have a tub which is shown is some of the site photos but not a problem for me. The pool area was beautiful, great location. You can walk to great shopping and dining or dine at the hotel. It was very quiet, but busy if that makes sense. Room service is available, pets are welcome, small ones of course. The place was great. One add is bring a magnifying make up mirror if you need one, the hotel has everything else!

Really cute beach/boutique hotel. The place was very clean and had a lot of nice amenities and "extras." The live music by the pool was a bonus. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed the spa too. I thought the room service was overpriced but I would stay here again.

So really nice place but the food is always really bad. I don't understand why they don't get that together. It's always so disappointing and disgusting.

We are leaving today. here for a week and it was wonderful. Great staff, great vibe. Felt both boutique but also full service. We usually don't go back to the same place, but we can make exceptions.

WOW this hotel is E V E R Y T H I N G! From the moment I checked in til the moment i left. Everyone is so kind, employees say hi as you walk by, if they can get to the door before you, they open it. just amazing customer service. They give you a glass of champagne when you check in, they didnt have any when i checked in so i got a free drink ticket ( which i enjoyed since im not a champagne person). My room was AMAZING but the view TAKES THE CAKE! Get the ocean view.. you wont regret it. you can hear the ocean from your room, the views were just amazing! The pool was so nice and so clean! The pool bar/restaurant is open late and so is the pool and Jacuzzi. Oh and the pool is HEATED. The towel concierge is awesome and the little frozen grapes are a nice treat while your in the hot sun! The bar staff makes sure your drinks are full as often as youd like and are very attentive! Main restaurant pretty good too! Make sure to see Brittany at the bar and Eileen at the towel concierge, give them a hug for me! Headed across the street for breakfast, walking distance are shops and stuff. i cant wait to be back!

Best fish tacos I've ever had. Pricey but well worth it to eat on the ocean. Usually live music and not too crowded.

Great location on the ocean and right in the middle of the shopping and restaurant district in Vero Beach. Very attentive staff all over the facility. Quality food at the resort restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Very good value for the money.

Had dinner for the first time here last weekend. We had an amazing experience. Food and drinks were perfect. Mike was our server and he was honestly the best server I've ever had! He was so nice, very knowledgeable of the menu and made some great recommendations. We will definitely be returning customers!

THE VIEW IS EXCEPTIONAL BUT.. Very disappointed in how we were treated by an unprofessional manager of the property! Zac should not be a manger and definitely needs training in customer service! He overcharged us on our stay, didn't apply the appropriate credits, was very confrontational when trying to explain our check in and what we were suppose to receive and what we understood!! When I asked for someone else to help he said to bad I'm stuck with him he is the only available manager. I didn't ask him when the next manager would be coming in he specifically stated oh at 3 o'clock and your checkout is at 11 o'clock so if you'd like he could sit on the couch until 3 o'clock or anywhere on the property until another manager comes in-WHAT!!?? None of the staff were on the same page, everyone told us something different, this is very uncomfortable! The hotel over charged us! We had a package that came with 2 breakfasts every morning, they would only give us one breakfast option even though two breakfasts were included! The remote didn't work all evening so we sat looking at a blank wall for hours and hours, we asked Leaka multiple times to please fix the tv and remote as we were in for the evening and wanted to watch TV or a movie, and she said she had no one to help or get us a new remote! ? We stayed 4 days with 2 separate rooms, you would think for over 2 grand we would of had the best time with exceptional customer service!!

Vacationing at one of my favorite hotels, Costa d'Este. Beautiful place with beautiful views. The staff here are so friendly, especially our beautiful bartender Nicole. She was so informative about Vero Beach and made our visit so enjoyable. If your looking for a beautiful hotel with top service and ambiance look no further than Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa. Also, I would be remised if I didn't mention Saul and Lori at the pool bar who also make not only our stay fabulous but every guest wonderful as well. They always make every day a fun full day with their great personality. These people that I mentioned are always with big smiles and a welcome. This is what makes a place so special that you want to come back to it. My very special thanks for making my birthday such a special day. I can not wait to return.

Probably the best review a hotel could ever get is that we didn't want to leave!! Top notch service, the hotel staff to a person was wonderful, a beautiful room and an ideal location. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again!!

This place is amazing and definitely feels like a resort. I was really impressed with the facility and would go back in a instant if I'm in the area. The rooms are great, it does look a lot better than the average hotel room and has that resort feel to it. Simply put, your getting what you pay for. The bathrooms are very nice as well. The pool and beach are gorgeous, it's one of those places you'll have to take plenty of photos day and night. It's all around beautiful here. The city of Vero Beach is a hidden gem, I loved it there and want to return one day. This is a must visit if you're in the area. They did an excellent job with this property!

1st of all, the hotel and the grounds are beautiful!!! perfect location!!! but that is about it. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!! This hotel does not know how to do weddings and the event coordinator and the staff are incompetent!! I recently did a wedding at this venue and had to get on the employees to do their job!! no one knew what they were supposed to do and when. Also, there were a lot of issues with the functionality at the hotel. Electrical outlets no located near the cocktail area. had to run 50 ft of extension cord to the bar for power for cocktail set up. the lights in the ballroom do not dim because they were broken. Did not find out until asked to dim for introductions and important dances. Giving the bride and groom a hard time about serving coffee when cake was served stating that it had not been included in the package that was paid for and it was. Uncooperative event coordinator for the wedding with regard to changing the placement of my dj set up to the stage behind the bride and groom table after was agreed that I would be in a different location so as to not be in every picture that was taken of the bride and groom during the wedding. Arguing with me about the cake table placement being on the stage right where my speaker and light set up is instead of being in the center of the dance floor where all other venues do it. I have been Djing for 40 yrs and have played at a number of different locations for a variety of parties and have never had this many issues at a venue. This is in the top 5 of worst venues I have played at. In chicago, where I am from, if any of these issues had happened the event coordinator would have been fired and the couple would have been given a refund of at least half the money that they paid to make up for this. This hotel seemed to be very indifferent to all of these incidents happening. I am glad that my 40 yrs of DJing experience allowed me to make the bride and groom's day special for them with an outstanding performance on my part; but, I should not have to tell their employees what to do and how to do their jobs and all aspects of the hotel and ballroom should be fully functional for these type of events. Should not find out about all of these problems the day of the event and during the event.

We stayed there 5yrs ago for my Birthday and it was excellent but I can't give it 5 stars this past time, July 16-18th because it was not the same service as last time, did not receive a Birthday amenitie this time, but that's ok, but room did not get serviced the whole stay and we had dinner reservations one evening, the hostess was very nice, seated us right away, bus boy gave us ice water and bread basket soon after, but then we just sat there for 35 minutes until a server finally asked us if we have been helped, it was not busy either, we finally got drink order and appetizer. She took our entree order, then we waited another half hour, she came to us and asked us what our order was again, told her again, and then we finally got our dinner another half hour later, food was good, but I just felt as if we were invisible. Pool and beach service was excellent.

Gorgeous, clean hotel, modern decor with walking distance to restaurants and shops. Currently taking extra precautions during Covid...hand sanitizer at desk and various stations throughout, plexi-shield at reception, dinner by reservation with social distancing capacity, etc. I stayed in an ocean front room, unobstructed view, with the most beautiful sunrise, ever! Definitely planning another trip here, soon.

This place is beautiful!!! The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds. My favorite spot is the pool and hot tub! I will say though, for a high end place the hot tub was very dirty with dirt, sand, and bugs. The bar food is yummy and the drinks are good & expensive but I will say they aren't stingy on the alcohol!

Honestly wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. The ambiance of this place is amazing. Rooms are decorated in modern lines with warm wood accents with large granite tiles. The bathrooms are huge with plenty of space where you won't be on top of one another. The hotel grounds are immaculate with a beautiful pool area and beach zone that has chairs and umbrellas (for rent). Service was wonderful and polite. Huge shout out to our beach attendants and beach/pool waiters. They were busting their butts and made sure everything got to us quickly and prepared correctly. Plus they always checked with us when they saw our glasses near empty (whether alcoholic or just water). Overall, an amazing experience that was worth every penny. Definitely can find some reasonable rates here and can't wait to make our next trip back.

Most amazing place to propose. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. They made everything wonderful and amazing. They set up a table for us on the beach and video taped the whole proposal for us. The food was amazing and everyone was so nice. They also did a Rose Pedal turn over for us in the shape of a heart and gave us an amazing room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The entire weekend everyone was so nice and some how all the staff knew we had just gotten engaged and were so sweet and made every moment whether by the pool, on the beach, or in the amazing restaurant so special. Honestly couldn't have asked for a more amazing and perfect weekend! The staff are amazing, the hotel is beautiful! We'll have to come back for anniversaries often. A special shout out to Megan Karatini and Walter for helping me set up the perfect engagement and weekend!

The hotel and pool itself is GORGEOUS. First a few cons..Yes, it is pet friendly which I LOVE, however there is only one pet waste disposal station in the front parking lot, it would be nice to see one in the back of the resort too. One day at the pool there was a guy literally harassing guests & he wasn't even staying at the resort, he would leave crushed up beer cans lying on the side of the pool and try to yell to get my attention if I walked by. I complained, but he was still there all day, he should've been told to leave..made the pool day uncomfortable trying to dodge him. It felt impossible to get drink service at the beach, but the chairs and umbrellas were nice. Pros, really unique room with a killer shower, lovely heated pool and hot tub. They even bring cold towels and frozen grapes by at the pool, nice touch. Stunning views from the rooms, friendly staff, pool is open late and the breakfast was delicious. We want to return another time in the future.

Not worth the amount of money it cost per night, The room was small no siting area just a table with 2 chairs, we were expecting a beautiful room with a nice view instead a parking lot, the bed was in a wooden platform which you could see. Just saying when you are paying $720.00 per night one expects a bit more .

This is one of my favorite places to go for rest and relaxation. Such a perfect winter getaway right in the beach. The rooms are fantastic. Having a room with a private patio is worth it. Eating breakfast on the patio while listening to the sounds of the ocean is so relaxing. The spa is wonderful. Thank you Linda!I have had several massages here over the years and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately this year the sauna was under construction. I look forward to going back.

Don't dare leave anything in your room. I left behind a brand new pair of expensive workout tights and called right away when I got home and realized I didn't have them. The tights were nowhere to be found and the "service folks" acted as though there was no way I left them. Someone in housekeeping is walking around with my tights. The staff seemed annoyed when I called. Very disappointing and frustrating experience for a boutique hotel.

Gorgeous room on the water- we had the ocean front king and loved the balcony. Maid service isn't happening due to covid but they offered a $10 credit per day or 2 free drink (beer wine or regular mojito) per day. The room service was overpriced and not worth it- better to do Uber eats or walk to something nearby. The pool was gorgeous and the attendants were amazing. My only complaint was the rooms and hallways are very heavily scented- the lobby constantly has incense going and the halls are very heavy lemon scent. 2 people have scent allergies in my family so this was a problem and there was no way to escape it.

Don't let the bad reviews turn you away. We stayed here for 3 days. Everything was great. The staff was wonderful the place was clean the food was great. We had plans on going out for meals but it was hard to get away from the restaurant on site as it was very delicious. Beach service was great, ordered drinks and food to be delivered to our area on the beach. Bartenders were friendly, servers were on top of it. I'd stay here again if I was in vero again.

This was the worst dining experience I ever had! The service was terrible. We waited at least 30 minutes after we were seated for our drinks, the waitress took orders from 4 tables at once which delayed our order even more. When our food arrived an hour after we got there my entree was cold.... Need I go on? It was horrible!

Google I want to thank Costa' Este Resort & Spa your coordinator Ashlie Tibbetts help me coordinate my 50th Anniversary Party everything went beautifully, the waitress Jackie was outstanding and couldn't please us enough. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I must say the food was absolutely delicious especially the paella. The next day breakfast was so delicious and they give you some much food. We all stay 3 days and we will definitely be back to this beautiful resort. We shhad an awesome time and the resort is very clean.

Great wagyu burger!! The pickle is so amazing!! And the truffle fries are GREATTTT!!!!
