Stunning location with everything you could need. Closely located to all the sights and activities, hammocks included for the balcony made for a perfect afternoon retreat. Full kitchen to utilize and there was even coffee ready to brew! Seni was incredibly helpful and kind, provided recommendations! This was exactly what I was looking for and I will absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic experience. Great location. We loved room 6, which has an ocean view and kitchenette. Seni is great to work with. This is our 4th time staying here, and we'll be back for sure. Thank You, Seni!!

Beautiful location - so close to the Split! Love the shop next door where u can pick up beers and head to the rooftop of the hotel! The rooms are spacious and have a/c! Staff is exceptional especially Seni! A must stay!

Beautiful rooftop area with hammocks and chairs! Different but a cultural experience! Not what we were expecting, and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who is looking for really luxurious and fancy. If I went again I would probably pay the extra 30 bucks or so to get a suite, because our room was a little on the small and shabby side. But the AC works great and when you’re in Belize that’s pretty important! 😊

I stayed here for a week in January 2018. The room I had on Floor 3 was huge and comfortable. The view was spectacular and since this hotel is the tallest building on the island I spent a few sunsets on the roof and hammock, where the vantage point of the whole island (and the north island) is spectacular. Take a beer to the roof and enjoy life! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food options are all over the place (try the lady's beach bbq just steps from the office). There's a store just next door for snacks and drinks. Caye Caulker is so cool and this hotel was a great place to stay. It's a perfect location and real quiet. I will be back.

Disappointing. Large rooms with fan and air con. Room was not very clean (filthy carpets and bath mat). Beach covered in litter and seaweed whereas neighbouring properties had cleared their waterfront. No hammocks on roof although view was good. Reception closes at 5pm. Very weak Wi-Fi, insufficient for checking in for flights.

We stayed there for 2 weeks with a baby and it was perfect. We can see the ocean from the cabana and a private deck is available to go swim or just chill. The roof top is really nice too to see the sunset! I would go back there!

Not only did we love Caye Caulker, but this hotel and it's management really added to our experience. They were flexible and helpful. We had an ocean view for a very reasonable price with AC!! They have the highest rooftop patio with hammocks on the island. We also loved the peer and free kayak and canoe and bikes!! Would stay here again without a doubt!!!
