Yelp
The Costa Pacifica is the class of Baler. It's in a beautiful setting and the pool looks cool at night too. The food in the restaurant is above average and didn't disapoint. However the service just needs a little wotk. They're youngsters serving and I had to ask twice on 2 occasions for my beer. But overall , I'd bring my out of town guests here.

Yelp
Baler is a nice respite that mix fun and adventure. The drive was long but Costa Pacifica provides a welcoming place for relaxation. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The check-in process was easy. We did arrive a little early that our room was not yet ready. But they did offer us some welcome drinks to quench our thirst after the long drive. The restaurant was just a few steps from the front desk that we opted to just stay there and have a meal while waiting. The restaurant has a good view of the pool and the beach, which was very inviting. You can feel a breeze through the open glass doors. We booked studio type room that was overlooking the pool. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The same with the bathroom. We didn't get to swim in the pool as we opted for the beach. The beach has a very long coastline making it perfect to learn how to surf. Should you decide to learn how to surf, there is a company within the resort that you can use or you can just go down to the beach and contract with any of the local surfers. It can be relatively cheap if you know how to bargain. But I guess, they have a standard fee to make it fair for everybody. After some surfing, one can either go back into the resort and enjoy some appetizers and cocktails prior to having dinner. Or one can explore outside the property. There are several inns around the area that have their own restaurants or cafe. There is also a surf shop just across the road from the resort. For the tired muscles, one can avail of a body massage for a reasonable price. The reservation comes with a buffet breakfast with a good selection of traditional filipino fare. It really is a plus, especially for those who are still trying to wake up in the morning, not to have to go out of the property for a meal. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Since it is the only one legitimate resort in the area, I suggest you book way in advance.

Yelp
Beautiful resort with epic views. This was a great experience from the quality of the room to the quality service. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The drinks at the bar were delicious and they career to how strong you want your drink. Our server asked multiple times if the drink was strong enough, and yes it was. For non alcoholic option habe their fresh coconut juice served in the coconut of course. Their food was also delicious. Breakfast buffet was delicious with all the different Filipino staples, but make sure you save some room for the sticky rice dessert that you dipped in coconut jam or peanut butter. For activities, you can be taught to surf or borrow a kayak. For the beach bums though just feel free to lay out at the beach or the pool. Just a wonderful atmosphere. The only thing that prevented this resort from a 5 star was the abundance of stray cats wandering around. 2 or 3 cats lingering around would not have bugged me, but there were at least 8 cats around, which just seemed odd. All in all, I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

Yelp
This is my second time here and it did not disappoint as usual. The view of the beach, Sabang Beach, is great at the walkway along their beach front. The waves are great for surfing! The resort has a modern beachy type decor that is open and airy. Very relaxing atmosphere! The staff are very helpful, the rooms are very nice and clean and after a tiring day surfing at the beach you will love their soft comfy beds for a good nights' sleep. Food at their restaurant, The Beach House, are delicious despite the limited choices. If you like to learn to surf, there is a Charlie Does surfing school right next to them. But if you walk along the beach there are a lot of surf instructors that you can hire directly for P300 an hour (at the time of this review). And if you are an avid Pokemon Go player, there is a Pokemon stop right at their lobby! You can either sit there or at their restaurant and wait for pokemons. Happy catching and good luck!

Yelp
Looking for a surfing location in Luzon? This town is popular among surfers. And Costa Pacifica is considered five star resort in Baler. Staff are attentive. This is the only place in this town that looks modern. The restaurant is awesome. We had a refreshing halo halo and delicious dinner. I love their Baler pancit it's so yummylicious. They have a buffet breakfast but we didn't do it this trip. The resort is clean and bright as well as the restaurant. I'd love to go back again.

Yelp
This is my first time here in this resort. Great ocean front property... I noticed that not enough staff that maintain and serve the guest in the property. This is a fairly new property but the rooms seems lacking cleanliness. For the price I expect a well maintained, clean rooms and amenities. If you want to attract foreign guest to up your business you need to improve your resort...I travel a lot and I have high expectations. Mexico resorts are awesome and competitive.
