This hostel is very efficient. Rooms are large with comfy beds equipped with lights and plugs, as well as tents.
Only downside: if you are a light sleeper, there is a train that passes almost all times included at night honking and it’s impossible not to hear it.
The bathrooms are clean and have hot water. They are regularly checked and there are multiples on different levels.
It’s 5 min walking from the national museum and the avenida central.
The hostel is connected to the backpacker one so you can access their bar and restaurant too.
However do keep in mind that the prices in the hostel are crazy inflated. A bottle of water that outside costs 300 colones, at the hostel costs 1800, food goes the same.
I would definitely recommend it just be aware of these elements and you will enjoy your stay
