As a Marriott Platinum member, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The room itself was large and clean, with a king-sized bed and a couch—comfortable enough, but very standard. There was nothing particularly special or elevated about it. The lighting in the main room was quite dim, though the bathroom had good lighting, and all the expected Marriott amenities were provided.||The property is large and has plenty of facilities—pool, gym, spa, several restaurants, and a big gift shop. But the hotel overall feels dated and a bit worn. It didn’t have the refreshed, polished feel I’ve experienced at other properties in this price range.||I stayed on the executive lounge floor, and unfortunately, that was one of the most disappointing aspects. Afternoon snacks were minimal—some cookies, muffins, peanuts, coffee, and water. The evening offering was equally basic: chicken, rice, and salad, with no included alcohol (which is unusual compared to other executive lounges I’ve used). You could order wine or beer, but it came at an additional cost.||For the nightly rate, I just didn’t feel there was enough value—especially with how limited the executive lounge offerings were and how dated the overall property felt. It may appeal to golfers, as the course is a major feature, but for a general leisure or short business stay, I found it underwhelming and wouldn’t recommend it at the current price point.
