Just when I thought Costco couldn’t get any better, I discovered the Costco Business Center! This place is a game-changer for anyone who buys in bulk., especially meal preppers. I regularly come here for large cuts of untrimmed meat, particularly the 12–15 lb NY Strip and Ribeye. They also carry bulk quantities of cheese, produce, and other essentials that are not found at regular Costco locations. There are some notable differences from a standard Costco: no self-checkout, no food court, and fewer luxury or consumer items like electronics, jewelry, or furniture. Instead, the Business Center focuses on high volume, commercial grade products, including restaurant quality kitchen tools and supplies, which I find incredibly useful. The parking lot can be a bit of a hassle to navigate during busy hours—but that’s to be expected with a place this popular. Highly recommend if you’re into bulk shopping or prepping meals ahead of time!

We shop here weekly for personal and business purposes. The walk-in cooler is massive and full of a variety of commercial items. Clean and organized aisles. Commercial carts are always available and checkouts are always quick and efficient in my opinion. Cashiers and front entrance greeters are friendly and helpful. A great place to shop commercially.

TRUCK DRIVERS Appointment at 0800. Checked in at 0500. Unloaded by 0700. Overnight parking after store hours. Be sure to position yourself out of the way. Easy in and out!

Google
I thought this was going to be mostly office supplies but to my surprise it's more of a smaller Costco. They did have some deals I've never seen in the stores but nothing too serious to run here for. I'd go back but I wouldn't go out of my way to get there.

Google
Great prices and an amazing selection of Mission and Guerrero tortillas! The consistent pricing helps me keep my taco truck business running smoothly, and the store is always well-stocked — which is absolutely key for me. Thank you for keeping prices affordable! On top of that, my membership gives me great discounts on fuel ⛽️, which makes an even bigger difference for my business. Truly appreciate it!.

Google
Nice Great people genuine and cooperative. In my case they were prompt on appts and quick to unload even though it was blizzard conditions outside. They allow us to use clean restrooms if needed. No bad apples there at all. I would give them 5 stars but no real parking and they 4got to put my loadlocks back on my trailer. Overall they were good

Google
3/10/25. 4th time here! Much less busier here than Maple Grove & St Louis Park. They have 4cars @ a time - gas pumps too, which were sooo dead, so we filled up a half tank of gas too. I took a lot of pictures! I did like that there is a gas price sign as you walk out, there are about 6 accessible parking spots. The aisles are sooo wide and there are over 16 aisles of JUST SNACKS! That isn't the case with a regular Costco. MY BEST DEAL: $14.99 for a big box of single serving Cheeze-It's. (see picture) and they are nice & salty! I LOVE this deal here! They didn't have my husbands 2 fav items, so he called Costco when we got home, and they tried to help him find the chili shrimp elsewhere! (head's up, we can't find it anywhere, so if you love a new food, buy 2 of them!)

Google
Different selection than a regular Costco and the usual good prices. The website doesn't list everything you'll find in-store so it's worth the slog to get there. Huge assortment of quirky snacks and candies. It can get busy but they try to move folks through the checkout lines.

Yelp
Update: I somehow managed to miss that there was a gas station my first time here. I'm so glad I found out about it before my second visit! The gas prices are the best in town. As I said in my last review, this place is truly amazing. While clearly geared towards small businesses and restaurants, there's truly something for everyone. Whether you have a several-cans-a-day energy drink habit, a large team, or a couple of teens to feed, they'll have you covered. When it comes to single-serve food and beverage items in particular, this store is king--the selection and value will knock your socks off (yep, the snack and beverage selection way more extensive than what you'll find at your regular Costco). Even better? Maybe it's just when I was there, but even though I was there on weekend days, I didn't have to wait in line at all--no crowds! It's 100% worth the extra time in the car.

Yelp
First time in a Costco business center (2/19/24) I been to other Costco wholesales before! It has different selection than the regular Costco's it is geared more towards the business in mind. There is no Deli no Bakery no food court no clothes. But you can still go in there with your $60 membership or $120 membership like you can in a regular Costco. Great customer service in the store as well! It's also less busy than a regular Costco too so it's easy to go in there and look around!! Also their hours are different from regular Costco They open as early as 7:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 8:00 a.m. on Sunday.

Yelp
Never have I ever: waited more than 3 minutes in line for gas at Costco Biz Center. I mean...what other location can you say that about?!? It's the perfect detour off of 35 in NE, the gas station has an entrance closer to it or you can go in the regular Costco entrance. The place does what it says: its products cater to businesses. So if you're like me and shopping for a household of 2, you may hit up a regular Costco. But their meat cooler is a fun walk through but OH SO COLD. Great place, plenty of options, it's like the adult version of a concession stand. Did I mention their gas line? And their recent gas prices?! You can't beat that.

Yelp
Omg, love this place. Best gas prices across all Costco's and so much less crowded than a non business Costco. You won't find a bakery, samples, or clothing here. Definitely no food court, rotisserie chickens or deli items. But you will find a huuuge walk in freezer of meats, cheeses, produce and the like, in business sized portions.

Yelp
I like coming to the CBCW, because it's not the same crowd at regular locations. There's no frenetic energy or people trying to shove you out of the way so that they can get food samples. They have things that businesses and restaurants would use, so things aren't regular-shopper friendly. There is a gigantic meat section (wear your winter gear!) where you can get just about anything you might want. We're considering coming back for the beef ribs, because the price is quite reasonable. Even though I'd be doing the work to cook them, I still think that it's a cost-effective solution to our desire to have these tasty delights. There's a place in town where you will pay the same price for a rack but get a couple bones. I have ordered all kinds of things for my previous job and always got what I needed delivered on time. Because this location has things that other locations don't we return here to grab and go. The lines are shorter and I've yet to encounter screaming kids.

Yelp
The Costco Business Center Warehouse is perfect if you just need basic grocery items or gas. Doesn't have clothing, furniture, alcohol, or a lot of the specialty grocery items. But it is definitely not as insane as a full service Costco - that is the biggest bonus. I just wish they were open on Sunday!

Yelp
If I could give zero stars I would. ROCHELLE B, was rude and discriminatory towards me and my sister. I'm the owner of the membership but was shopping for my own goods. My sister came along to help me shop and as a nice gesture she wanted to pay for my groceries. When we went to go checkout I was met with hostility from the cashier: Rochelle B. She refused to let my sister pay for my groceries and the man loading the groceries into the cart also reprimanded my sister in a rude manner. IF there was a misunderstanding there's a better way to talk to your customer(s), but there wasn't one. This is not the first time I've been met with such bitterness, about 5 months ago my daughter went to go by my groceries for me since I was ill at the time. Keep in my mind my daughter lives with me, and was just trying to help me. When she went go checkout she was refused service and was forced to come back home empty handed. My daughter has gotten my groceries for me countless of times with and without me. If this is how you treat loyal customers you have no hope. Do better, and for that matter I don't feel comfortable keeping your membership

Yelp
We love this Costco because of their halal meat options. This is one of the only Costco locations with halal meat in the twin cities.

Yelp
This Costco is nice and big, spacious! We also found a lot of things we couldn't find at a regular Costco, we will be back for sure!

Yelp
Costco is the best for quality and price, Im in here at least once a week, sometimes more. Return policy is solid and they go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied

Yelp
I needed gas. Badly. I always try my best to wait to get gas until I'm near a Costco, but unfortunately my gas tank couldn't handle a venture out to the burbs. Luckily there was a Costco business center nearby- who knew they had gas?? Not a lot of people apparently, because there was NO LINE. No line for costco gas is a literal miracle. I was so happy. I also had to check out the building and found lots of great deals and items that the normal Costco doesn't have!! Fancy printers, amazing snack aisles, a really great candy aisle too!! The coolest thing was the giant coolers. They have a huge dairy and produce section in a massive walk around cooler along with a variety of produce like spinach, peppers, lettuce, and apples. I was really surprised and pleased to see many of the items that I usually pick up at the normal Costco here, with plenty of new items as well. Check out the pictures to see some of the deals I found!

Yelp
Costco is conveniently located within a great area to consume marketable needs 7 consecutive days with reasonable shopping hours available.

Yelp
I had not been to a Costco Business Center before. I found it interesting what they had and didn't have in the warehouse. I had not seen a side of goat before in another Costco. The nice thing is the packaging of snacks that would be useful for the home as well.

Yelp
First time in a Costco Business store and I enjoyed it. This business is perfect if you have a restaurant or catering business or need to set up a concession stand. There is a ton of candy choices. I found some Red Vines and Twizzler licorice. I roamed around to take it all in and also bought beef ribs and pork butt for doing on my Traeger. They do carry the same stuff as a regular Costco too. I went there before noon on a Wednesday and it was not busy. There is a large variety of meat, frozen foods, office supplies, restaurant supplies. I found a pair of oven mitts for $4 and change. The large olive oil drum peaked my interest and I took a photo. No clothes for sale here. Well aprons if that counts. I'll probably return when in Northeast Minneapolis again. Ooo they also have bam bam shrimp.

Yelp
I'm giving this Costco 5 Stars for what it is- a business center Costco. Not a regular Costco. As I was heading home one day and on Broadway, my eye spotted the Costco sign in the distance and I may have slammed on my breaks a little too hard with my excitement of not knowing here was a Costco in the area. Pulling into the parking lot, I noticed it said Business Center on the building. I felt a wave of confusion. Did that mean like...corporate offices?? I hoped on Yelp and thankfully there was a 2 other reviews stating that like the other Costco's- it still has a lot of all the coveted foods that I shop at Costco's in the first place. I was up for a membership renewal so I started at the customer service desk. Awesome was the dude that assisted me! He answered my questions about what exactly is this Costco- and what it isn't. He also asked if I was utilizing the travel and car service that Costco offered. Uhm...what?? Apparently my mind is so on food when I go that I never really considered looking at all the other things offered with my annual membership! I'm up for a car least in 2019, I'm definitely going to throw in Costco now as one more avenue to check out to see if I end up with an even better deal! The guy (I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to Your name sir) basically summed it up as "think of it as a Costco for small/big business, restaurants and vendors. We don't have the samples, the gas station, the books, clothes, bakery or holiday/seasonal stuff. We carry about 75% of what a regular Costco carries plus some things they don't". (Sad for me, they also do not have the flowers.) Off into the store area I strolled. The first thing I noticed was that they had restaurant style kitchen appliances. I went with the intention of just seeing if they have organic beef so I could make chili this weekend. Yes, yes they did have it. Along with pretty much everything else I usually go for on my staple grocery items (organic fruits, veggies- fresh AND frozen, half n half, nommy freezer foods that please the kids). They also had halal goat carcass and roasting pigs!!!!! (Hey- they were separated and in different freezer areas.) I always wondered where people managed to purchase a roasting pig- now I know! I also found some yummy and unusual food items that I don't recall seeing st Costco's. Like the other review- I'm going to state that they had the largest selection of beverages I've ever seen in a store- Costco or otherwise. So this would definitely be the place to come for stocking up if you are hosting a party! (Opps- they also do not have the alcohol here but hey, it's NE- go support the local distilleries!). All in all, I left with way more than what I came in for in the first place and still immensely pleased that we have a Costco in the area!

Yelp
Talk about late for the game. My first time in this store. I let the lady at the door know and she told me how it's different. Basically it's just food. No books, clothes, etc. which is great. As I walk in I spot some bombs on the right. I was about to grab one when I realized it was chocolate. That would have been a big surprise in the tub. The thing that impressed me the most was the cooler. Everything is in one area. I got my lettuce, baby spinach, tofu, milk, and eggs in one spot. I even picked up a new item for me which is individual grapefruit slices cups in light syrup. And they are delicious. I picked up cubed kleenix which isn't always easy to find. I love this part of Mpls. They have aisles of snacks and candy. You have no idea how hard it was to not buy a case of Reese's peanut butter cups. I'm happy that they finally installed gas pumps, which kept me from here before. I didn't comb each aisle, but I will.

Yelp
I love the Costco Business Center. It's like a fun little secret for Costco fans who love the treasure hunt aspect of the store. So first, yes, if you are a normal Costco member, you can shop here! No one knows that! But your card gets you in just like it does at normal Costco. Second, it's nowhere NEAR as crowded as regular Costco, which makes it kind of awesome. Third, there aren't things like the food counter, the pharmacy and the free samples are not here. Fourth, it is not open Sundays. So how is it different? This is basically a Costco for people who own businesses - restaurants, small shops, etc. There are a lot of items that you find at regular Costco, but there are a whole lot of items that you won't ever see at normal Costco. I have tremendous fun wandering around looking at all the cool stuff. When you walk in, you will know it's different immediately because you'll be in an area full of stainless steel equipment for commercial kitchens. I LOVE looking around at all the cool machines. And if you happen to need a restaurant-grade deep fryer, now you know where to go. They have more office supplies than a normal Costco, and they have an extended offering of things like to-go containers, plastic bags, etc. One thing to be sure to see is the refrigerated/freezer area. At the Business Costco, this is a MASSIVE room - way bigger than at a normal Costco and with way more stuff. It's totally fun to walk around. Also, there are fleece-lined bright orange jackets hanging on hooks near the entrances to this room. It's so cold they give you a jacket to wear! We also find things here that kind of just blow our minds. Like, we like the Pampelmousse flavor of La Croix, and the Business Costco has a double case pack of just Pampelmousse flavor! We have never seen that anywhere. They also have a ton of candy and gum packages that are like what you'd see in a convenience store. If you needed to bulk buy candy or gum, this would be a great place.

Yelp
It's very convenient and the grocery section is perfect for us. The refrigerated section is large with the variety of produce we've come to expect At Costco. I'm am delighted to see they are building a filling station. I still go to a regular warehouse store for many items but this store carries most of the ordinary food items.
google avatar

Angela R.

Yelp
No lines at the pump is a wonderful thing when you're paying for premium gas at a great price
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
Literally a mile from where I live this Costco has all the "essentials" you could want... Milk, Bread, diapers, GIANT CHIP BAGS... you know what I mean. Granted they do not have some things a normal Costco has, but they replace that with big selections of business items since this is obviously meant to be a place for small shops to go shopping. Need a bunch of candy bars? This is the place! Need deli meats, silverware, plates... look no further. And with earlier hours I can go here before work starts and not run into any crowds.

Yelp
Gas Station Open. Automatic 5 stars! So convenient for me! (This location is pretty great either way.)

Yelp
I was hoping that this would be something like a SUPER COSTCO , but it's not too amazing , it lack some stuffs other Costco warehouse has , plus NO gas station , at lest not yet . They do have some big products . Again construction is still being done on the main road so it's just dirt road . And it has a smaller parking lot . Price at the grand opening wasn't much of amazing , just typical Costco price . My wife did note that their meat price was a tad bit lower .

Alemap T.

Yelp
If you want to fight to get a spot at the loading parking spots, go ahead. It is filled with people that just park there and go shopping. Costco does not give a crap. They can see when people come in where they parked. The loading area is needed because this costco has even more large wholesale items. Come on Cost-co, get with it and stop people from parking there to shop and only let them park there to load AFTER they are done shopping. IF I EVER return I will be looking up the times certain people worship as they are the majority taking the privilege of parking close, and the one I talked to quickly became verbally abusive simply because I told him/her that it is only for loading, not for shopping.
google avatar

Coral D.

Yelp
My preferred Costco! Quiet. Has everything you would get at a typical Costco and more. For the most part, the sizes of the products are the same, if not larger. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There are a couple spots on the side of the east side of building where you can load groceries into your car.

Paul E.

Yelp
Awesome Costco. This is a very different Costco and worth your time to check it out. It has a lot of what other Costcos have and much, much more. If you have a small business, you owe it to yourself to see what the differences are. Wider aisles, no food sampling, no gas and so forth. On the other hand it has the largest non-alcohol beverage layout I've seen in a long time. BTW, all the refrigerated goods are in one unit, so bring a coat just in case they run out In response to the first reviewer of 6/27/18. It is obvious to you that you had no idea of what this place would be like; so why give it a poor review?

Mo S.

Yelp
Oh joy! I love that this opened near me. They have everything I usually buy at regular Costco without the horde of people clamoring for free samples. I noticed an issue with bread freshness, but they just opened and there is construction on Broadway making it harder to get there. I will be going back often.
