This was our first time visiting this Costco. We happen to be in Augusta for a weekend get away. Like all of the other Costco's we have visited this store is well laid out and it is easy to find what you are looking for. OK, we go in for two to three items, but we end up going up and down every aisle in the store just to see what is available. We end up leaving with about two dozen more items than we came in for. I think we might be the average shopper. They do sell fuel here. It is located near the main store. There is a separate entrance for the filling stations, but you can leave from the pumps and head directly to the main store without having to get back onto the highway. Plenty of parking in their large parklot. Weekends are always busy and when we were there on Sunday it was very busy, but they had plenty of staff on hand and checkout was quick. Of course we had to stop for a hotdog and a Coke before leaving.

If y'all follow my grocery store and restaurant reviews as a Google Guide, you know I shop mainly for organic food stuff. I also shop for grass fed meats, grass fed cheese, yogurt, and milk, and I also keep my eye out for A2 milk, half & half, yogurt, and cheese. Fermented items are on my list, too, like sauerkraut. The Organic dried dates they carry are some of the best I've ever eaten. Costco has many of the basic grocery store items, but I am so delighted to report they carry enough of the good food stuff items, that I renewed my membership.

I've been going to this costco for 3 years now. It was ok but nothing compared to the multiple locations where I came from. It's consistently going downhill. The produce is always looking bad. They do get me when I see some looking good but very it home to see is over ripe. Their prices have gone up to the point its cheaper at a grocery store and you don't have to buy a ton. They rarely have more than two checkout lanes open and try to funnel people to the self checkout. People pay to shop here and you want us to ring up our own items. Constantly see employees just hanging around chatting and doing nothing productive yet the news talks about their raising pay for costco employees. It feels like they care more about their employees than their customers, without us shopping you'd have no employees. I suggest people check out other options for their shopping, us chef store is pretty nice and geared towards bulk shopping at cheaper prices. No membership either. After 2 decades of being a member I'm feeling like it's time to part ways. Hard to justify paying to shop and having higher prices than the grocery stores.

This was my first trip to any Costco. It was a pretty great experience. It's nice that they offer things that Sam's Club doesn't. The worst part about the trip was that it caught on fire as we were finishing checking out! My wife blamed it on me... Lol All in all, though customer service was great. The layout was great and actually seemed to have more room despite being a much smaller store than Sam's Club in Aiken.

Store 10/10 Prices 8/10 some things like Greek yogurt is actually more expensive than Kroger. Yes even in bulk it's more expensive here. Store cleanliness 10/10 Employee customer service and attitude 5/10 Although they aren't outright rude the cashier's give you an annoyed face if it isn't "pre scanned". They honestly seem annoyed to be there. On two different occasions they made comments to each other (cashier and bagger) that they were supposed to be done by now. Keep in mind this all isn't one experience it's my experience over the last 2 years of membership at this store. Altogether about an 8/10. Customer service in the US has dropped drastically in the last 7 years so this is unfortunately acceptable.

I got a flat tire near this Costco and pulled into the parking lot to put my spare on. I went to the air pump first, outside of the tire shop, but it wouldn’t fill my tire because it was too flat (safety mechanism) so I was out in the lot about to start twisting lug nuts with a stock spare kit for 3-5 business days when Morgan and Jose saw me and walked over to ask if they could put my car on the lift and do it for me - for free… Jose found a screw in my tire and while Jose and Morgan were doing the spare Benny looked up my membership account and rang me up to fix my tire and the price was so good I could barely believe it. Then another gentlemen (I didn’t get his name I think it started with “R” or something on his name tag) pulled my car up to the front for me. These guys are 100% the best and coolest team of people I’ve met at an establishment in years!

Excellent Costco. Not too many people even on Friday night. Wide paths between isles. Well organized checkout, both self and with cashiers. Selection of both packaged and fresh food is excellent. Nothing is really missing or sold out.

Costco's paper towels and toilet paper is a great value for your money is better than bounty. Viva, and any other paper towel? When I clean my mirrors with Costco's paper towel. It doesn't leave lit's. The perfect pop towel for cleaning windows and shining.
