Great store, been here for years, but one employee has such a bad attitude. This is the time she's been rude that I've noticed — Devi or Devy. I overheard her make a remark towards a fellow employee who had seemed to make a mistake say," Is this your first time working?" I scoffed. But I paid no mind as it has nothing to do with me.
This was 2 years ago. Today, I went to the return area and was not met with a greeting. I came with my mother and apparently she was a few seconds too slow while scrounging around to find the Costco App to have her phone scanned. Yes, I understand that it would probably make her life a little easier, but a few seconds? Devy shook her head in front of us. That is no way to treat a customer, very rude. She kept saying ma'am the app, I need to scan your card multiple times as if saying it once was enough and it was already known considering we have returned other times before so it was not new to us. She kept rushing us, there was not even a big line behind us, 3 customers behind.
She needs customer service re-evaluation. We did not feel welcomed.
