Costco Wholesale Lake Macquarie

Our first Costco experience. The pizza was very delicious. We really liked the meat-fish section and the vegetable section. The products were both high quality and affordable. Since we were new members, we were given a shopping bag as a gift at the entrance.

They have a good range of products and I don’t ever really have any issues when shopping. Very good value and great for families and events. Their cooked food on exit is great and also good value. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is whenever I pre order platters I always wait ridiculous amounts of time for someone to notice the people waiting and bring out their orders because there never seems to be someone serving customers in the deli area- just prepping all the food.

Not just bulk foods but review the unit pricing and understand the type of pricing on the cards before placing an item into the trolley. Fuel pricing is extremely competitive which will cover your annual membership fee. You cannot access the business without purchasing a membership and this will enable you to bring two people with you though you just make the purchase for them on behalf of themselves. You’d be doing bank balance a favour if you ate prior to entering or visit the “cafeteria” for a quick meal though I’ll warn you, there is not brains or sense of urgency behind the counter of the cafeteria; no one is managing it.

The pizza is well-priced and the presentation is very good. I always like Costco and would like to be a regular customer.

What a massive variety. Huge amount of space to move around, very clean and well organised. Lots of sampling and very helpful staff. We also had something to eat from the cafeteria. Looked average but it was delicious with free refills of the soft drink. I went as a guest to check it out. I’ll be going back to pay the membership next time. It would be easy to get carried away by impulse purchases. It’s best get in and out like your on a mission or your going to overspend that’s for sure!!

Great, it was crazy busy on a Sunday morning but worth the trip. Had to restrain myself from going too crazy but picked up a few essential items that I needed.

This is a fantastic store. We bought a very beautiful and high-quality Christmas tree at an affordable price. The store staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Very friendly staff. A lot of product and big variations. All in big portions, good choice for big family or less frequent shoppers like me. The kitchen is normally busy with long queue, very popular. Membership is mandatory entering door and buying product. The fuel price is amazingly cheaper than all other fuel stations. 98 petrol price here sometimes is cheaper than 91 at other places.
