Ok so I've avoided this Costco location for the last eight years due to the parking lot alone, but recently I found myself in the area and decided to give it a try, afterall I LOVE Costco, and I figured how bad can it be?
Well, the answer is not horrible, I mean... it IS a Costco, but it's also not great. So, first of all the parking lot is still awful, and when I say awful, I mean awful by even Costco/ big box store standards. Just to get to it is horrible, and if you need to turn left to get back out, forget about it. I'd still be waiting. The actual Costco is great. No notes. Awesome options, great deals, overall it's a pretty standard Costco. The reason it's three stars is because I had a really bad experience at this location with their staff. To make a long story short, I had incorrectly charged something on the self checkout and wanted to take care of it before I left instead of taking it up with my credit card, which just seemed silly. At first someone told me to wait in the returns line, which after waiting nearly 30 minutes, another person came by and told me I was in the wrong line, which was a bummer, but eventually they were able to help me faster. Now it got really crazy because the person who helped me was working really fast to get off the clock and between the two of us there was a miscommunication that messed everything up even more. Overall it took two more people to help, and it was a massive mess. Everyone was nice, but it was such chaos, and there are so many other Costcos in the area, I'll likely not return unless it's the only or more convenient option.
