I recently bought an ice maker after my previous one suddenly stopped working. I found one that was cheaper than the price of my old one, but I didn’t realize that the price on the shelf was not the price for that item and was charged at checkout a different price. I thought I could speak with someone at the customer service desk to resolve this, but I was completely surprised by the reaction I received. Henry, the manager, refused to even let me explain and shouted at me, accusing me of switching the price. He staunchly refused to honor the listed price, even when I pointed out the sign on the shelf. This experience was disappointing—it's not how you should treat your customers. Costco should emphasize proper training for management on how to handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism.

Best returns service available! Super friendly staff , will take care of your every need with a smile. Food and clothing is affordable some really below expected prices. Costco never disappoints! The pizza is absolutely delicious and honestly addicting — huge slices, cheesy, fresh, and perfect every time. It’s one of the best values for a quick bite, whether you’re grabbing a whole pie for the family or just a slice while shopping. On top of that, Costco Gas in the San Fernando Valley is unbeatable. Always some of the lowest prices in the area, with the same high-quality fuel as the big-name stations. It’s worth the short wait in line because the savings really add up. Between the great food court pizza and the consistently best gas deals, Costco is hands down one of the smartest places to stop in the SFV!

I stopped by this Costco on a Sunday evening because I had reservations at a restrauant in the Village. The Village is basically connected to Costco since they are right next to each other. My wife was shopping for dresses at the Village so I told her I'll go to Costco to get a soda. I went inside first to see if they had the skull Halloween candy bowl but they didn't. They like the Disney pirate ship and some decorations but not the bowl. I walked around the warehouse just if they had it elsewhere but they didn't. Costco was still busy and hour before they officially close so I just went outside to get my soda since that's where the food court is. I just got 1 cup so I can refill it and the price is unbeatable. The only issue is waiting in line with other people getting food. I was able to get my Pepsi and go back to my wife at the Village. Since she spent time going to different stores, I just keep going back to Costco to refill my cup. There a lot of parking at the parking structure here and it's free for the first hour or so.

This Costco can get really busy but if you go early in the morning , I find that it is much more pleasant as the isles are clear and items are properly stacked. Which means lines are shorter too. However, I do notice this Costco is a little darker than the other Costco. Maybe they are trying to conserve energy, which is ok.

Costco Woodland Hills is one of the best locations I've been to. They offer an excellent selection of kosher meat, which is always fresh and well-stocked. I’m consistently impressed by the trendy clothing options at very affordable prices—great finds for the whole family. There’s also a huge variety of snacks, from healthy choices to guilty pleasures, and their beauty product section is full of top brands for less. The staff is friendly and helpful, and parking is always easy, which makes shopping here even better. Highly recommend this location—5 stars all the way!

At the sample station, an elderly woman named Anne is rude and pushy toward people who try the samples. She points toward the product and says, “We are here to sell,” as if forcing them to buy it. Some people simply walk away after sampling, while others leave because they genuinely don’t like the taste. She does it to every people who sample. Regardless of whether they buy the sampled product or not, she should not treat Costco members that way—especially when we all pay an annual membership fee. I’ve never encountered anyone like her before.

From all costco locations in the area I would recommend most the woodland hills location. Clean, organized, good amount of staff and extra parking garage but you would need to use elevator which can only fit 2-3 carts at a time or the escalator on left side. Employees are pretty friendly here. Reason I am give a 4 star is because instacart shoppers are no longer allowed in self check out so even if you have just a few items they make you wait in the regular lines which can take quite some time. TIPS Avoid coming here on sunday it could take a while to find parking and very long lines. RETURNS best times I found to do returns are Friday between 10am to 12 noon and Tuesday 1-3 pm.
