Costco Wholesale

Drove all the way from Louisville to Costco at 5020 Norton Healthcare Blvd #634c with high hopes of getting the Indian sweets that had recently gone viral during the religious holiday season. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, they had already sold out almost immediately. When I spoke to the employees, they mentioned that they wouldn’t be bringing them back again, which was a little disappointing—especially since the Bardstown Costco location didn’t have them either. It felt like a missed opportunity, given how popular and culturally significant those sweets were for many customers celebrating. That being said, since we were already there, we decided to do our usual shopping. Costco never fails when it comes to its wide variety of fresh produce, bakery items, and household essentials. The store was clean, well-organized, and the aisles felt spacious enough even though it was busy. Their staff members were approachable and kind when asked for help finding items. The checkout process was also smooth and fairly quick, which is always appreciated. While I wish they would consider restocking more diverse holiday treats, overall, this Costco remains a reliable place for grocery shopping and bulk savings.

The longest lines I've ever seen in any Costco. This place is definitely packed during the weekends; don't come here if you don't have to on a weekend. Overall, the staff is nice; most of them know where things have been moved to. There's lots of different options to choose from in the store, and it's a very large Costco.

I frequently visit Costco for groceries and various other items. It’s an excellent shopping destination, offering competitive prices, ample parking, and a wide range of products. However, I must mention that the store tends to get quite crowded during weekends, which can be a bit overwhelming. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at Costco remains quite satisfactory.

Prices on glasses were good but after order service was bad. Got 2 pair of glasses and was told I would get 2 text msgs when complete. One for each pair. Got the first msg on first pair and when I picked that pair up they told me that other pair had shipped and would be there the next day. No msg, I called 6 days later and was told they shipped and would be there in a day or 2 lol. I questioned that a let them know they told me that last week. They looked and they were sitting on the shelf. SMH somebody hadn't checked them in. So I ended up picking them up Dec 23 amongst the extreme chaos of holiday shopping!

Nice, clean store but the executive member’s lounge is a bit small and the windows aren’t tinted for privacy so the gold members can all see us.

First time at this location. Store is clean and lines were fast, however the staff was not friendly. I encountered 7 employees while I was there and nobody returned a smile or seemed warm. Nobody was rude it was just much different than the other location.

I've been a member for 3 years, always leave happy. $5 rotisserie chicken always good, haven't bought uncooked chicken since. As long as you can store in bulk it's fabulous, and seasonal items are good deals. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Beware if purchasing gifts for others. The Louisivlle store would only return back on to purchaser's card. Who wants to call and ask for the money returned to the gifted when something doesnt fit. Conflicting answers at customer service. Best not tonuse for gifts.
