I like the deals. I like the big parking lots. And I like the ice cream reward after I survived shopping. It's always busy. People seem to be stressed in there all the time. The cash line up could also be better organised. Cashier was super nice.

A busiest location in the heart of Mississauga, with a gas station, optician, optometrist, hearing aid center, food court, garden center, and so much more. Have never had trouble finding, picking, buying, or returning anything. Return lines are usually very long. Parking is free and huge, but always busy.

I tell my friends that Costco’s clever layout because it makes me pass by all the tempting aisles and the clothing section first… and somehow my cart is full before I even reach the chicken! 😂 Clothing-wise, I’m loyal to Tuff Athletics. Their shirts and jackets are comfy, durable, and honestly, a steal for the price. I’ve picked up some great pieces here over the years. Now when it comes to gadgets and tech stuff, Costco is where I usually get my external drives, power banks, and random electronics. It’s convenient, and the return policy gives me peace of mind. I also never leave without restocking paper towels and toilet paper. Bulk is the way to go, and Costco does it well. Service is usually smooth and quick. Most staff are pleasant and efficient—I even get the occasional smile. In over 10 years, I’ve only had one less-than-great experience with a cranky staff member, which is honestly not bad. And of course, the food court—that’s part of the Costco experience! The hotdog and pop combo is unbeatable. The pepperoni pizza is cheesy goodness, and the sundaes? Love them. Even the washroom deserves a shoutout—it’s always clean, has multiple toilet paper rolls on a single bar for easy grabbing (why don’t more places do this?), and there’s a bag hook which I appreciate. Parking can get intense, especially on weekends. But with a bit of patience, it’s manageable. This Costco has some of the worst inventory management I’ve seen. I rarely find everything I come for. On top of that, the sampling stations often cause blockages and slow down foot traffic. Then there are safety issues due to movement of goods in the daytime.

I had a great experience at Costco thanks to an incredibly helpful employee, Eileen, who went above and beyond. I had forgotten my wallet and was feeling stuck at checkout, unsure of how to pay. Just when I thought I was out of options, Eileen kindly pointed out that I could use a bank app gift voucher and Apple Pay. This simple yet thoughtful suggestion saved me from what had already been a 20+ minute dilemma. I truly appreciate her kindness and quick thinking—thank you, Eileen, for the outstanding service!

Location is good but inside is a bit of a messy zoo. Line management is non-existent and it's a free-for-all with people cutting in lines and making up their own because of this. Too bad because this used to be a pretty good location. Parking is pretty crowded and the gas station line is pretty horrible too. The saddest part is that we pay a membership fee for this experience.

This is a great location. They cater to a large population and do a great job. This location is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Got beautiful roses for Mother’s Day here

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my wife and I had at Costco. We were simply trying to exit the store without making a purchase, and the only clear path was through the cart area. There were no signs or alternate exits available. An attendant named Omer aggressively attempted to block my wife from walking through—going as far as physically pushing her back. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone in a customer-facing position. There was absolutely no reason for that kind of conduct, and it left both of us shocked and upset. This incident needs to be addressed immediately. I’m asking that someone from Costco management contact us regarding this situation. This level of disrespect and aggression toward a customer should never be tolerated.
