First time in Costco. I wandered around for 3 hours, spent too much money, and ate a slice of pizza. Overall decided it's worth the 40 min drive and cost of membership to use this store. I beleive costco has a better variety of things compared to Sam's club.

Limited selection of decent products in large quantities and good prices. Generous return policy. Membership is worth it if you buy about $2K/year. There are fairly good deals for items not in bulk including clothing, computer equipment, auto accessories, household goods and tires. Energetic staff are usually nice but sometimes seem to have the attitude, “Don’t bother me, I’m busy doing my job and chatting with my coworkers.”

Love, love, love Costco. This one can get crazy busy but in general isn’t as busy at the one in Brentwood. I’ve gone here for years. The fact that so many employees have been here for as long as I can remember speaks well to this store. Cashier Geoffrey is the best. Always positive, smiling and friendly. Sometimes I get in his line even if it’s longer.

Easily the worst Costco I've been to in the entire state of Tennessee. Small isles making for congestion, pizza sauce has no taste, only 2 food court ordering stations and not enough tables, no paper towels in the men's restroom with trash all over the floor. When I mentioned the condition of the bathroom to the employee that could task someone with doing something about it, she was very rude.... Won't be coming back to this location.

Employee "Ty" at the Customer Service desk is Awesome! I was in there today needing help with a business account. He promptly resolved my issue and gave me pertinent information without me having to drag it out of him. I love going to Costco anyway but Ty took my customer experience level over the top today. Thank you Ty! 😊

I ran into an associate recently in the store, I believe her name is Te'Aira. Let me just say, her efforts in her department are unmatched. Her work ethic matches the quality that she delivers. Thanks to Te'Aira I'm a Costco customer for LIFE.
