Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions. Even the checkout process, which can get hectic at times, was smooth and efficient thanks to their hardworking team. Parking is abundant, and the gas station is another huge perk with consistently low prices. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is, from the aisles to the restrooms. Costco Savannah is truly a one-stop shop that delivers on quality, value, and service every time. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area—you’ll leave happy and with a cart full of amazing finds!

Always on point, samples were tasty, plenty of staff and easy to get in and out with registers open to keep it flowing

I have always experienced excellent member service and this time was no exception. I returned something - no problem. And I had to get a flat to purchase a large, heavy item. The supervisor in the electronics department told me I could move my car to the loading area to load my purchase -- and at the register just to ask for assistance to my car. Everyone was exceedingly helpful and courteous.

Best Costco that I have been to yet. Brand new and is very clean. Not as busy as other Costco's will get in the nation. There's this one lady that works like a machine in the kitchen too. She's an absolute unit, literally the goat. You will know when you see her.

Costco had such a great selection of food and goods; excellent bakery, great produce, and awesome selection of frozen food. Always clean and the staff is very kind and helpful even when the store is very busy. My only gripe would be that they take very few methods of payment, making it difficult to buy anything if you can have access to Visa or the Costco card. But overall, a great experience!

Great selection. So fun to go to another Costco than we normally go to and find shorts so late in the season with a fantastic assortment. Costco still has the best quality meats of any of the clubs

Arriving around 915am is a nice perk. Able to enter before general membership. Not crowded. Atmosphere relaxing.

I've been to Costco two times now and both times have been disappointing. This last time tonight when I was there I thought they closed at 10. Im walking around looking and noticed I was being watched. Every isle I went down two employees just watching not saying anything. Finally one came to me and was like you need to make your way to the front we closed at 830. It was 840. I was like ok I thought you closed at 10. Started making my way to the front. My boyfriend had went to the bathroom so I called him to tell him they were closed and I was going to the check out. As he answers the phone they are telling him they're closed and won't even let him go to find me. Instead of harassing customers making them feel uneasy is unacceptable! They could have politely let us know instead of following us making us feel like we were shoplifting or something. I won't be renewing this membership..
