I have heard that Costco has a great customer service. Well that is all bulshit on a corporate level. Bought two sheds want to store stuff, and the entertainment shed for corporate events that my business. Spent $ 600.00 to have somebody build the entertainment shed over the course of two days. The last portion of the build is the roof, come to find out that the framing is not lined up properly because the item is defected. I send photos, and spoke to the corporate office and they told me on the first call that what they can do is give me a slight refund, or give me a new one and, deconstruct the existing one that I have. I told him it would help if you guys build the new one as well because it cost me a lot of money just to find out that it's not exactly what I paid for. speaking to them a second time, they told me the first person should not have said that and they cannot fulfill what they have promised in my first phone call. I said well you did tell me you can do at least that, and your calls are recorded. So you are in the wrong here. I have a dispute ongoing with them and they are threatening to send me into collections even though I did everything I should have done. Having somebody take apart what I had to build already, and build a new one, combined with the cost of the first build will mean that I'm paying more for labor to build this entertainment shed then I did on the actual thing itself. They don't seem to understand the inconvenience of that on a financial level and on my time. Very disappointed in this Corporation. Is pretty apparent in the photos that were also sent to corporate that I have included that there's a pretty significant Gap there between the parts that need to be together and this is a result of the product being defected which was not found out until it was fully built

Poor customer service on December 23, 2025 @ 17:30–18:30. Total of 30 + 30 minutes wased. I spoke with three managers (Jose, someone else, and Andy). Neither of them willingly updated me on the D3+K2 product I was looking for. Website shows it is available, Jose tells me it is available but needs forklift operation to retrieve it, the second manager tells me they have everybody looking for it (after I had to confront him about it after a long wait), and Andy was laughing with coworkers albeit still doing his job. They all helped me immediately initially, but completely forgot about me afterwards. I confronted Andy after 30 additional minutes of waiting. He said he was looking for me (he wasn't, since I was always near his location, in front of him), and tells me everywhere has it but this location. I did not bother asking how long ago they realized there was none of the product, or why nobody confronted me to impart this information. I asked Andy if Same-Day Delivery was an option for me, he gives me a terse "Yes": no other information about whether they will have the product, whether it will actually be delivered, no time frame, no caveats. No apologies, no thanking me for my time waiting, no concern for my groceries that I bought that were just sitting in my cart and eventually my car. On top of all this, my back is at home with a fracture in his back, waiting for me to come home.

Google
Typical Costco with many products and great price values. This one is more optimized to Asian market, I’d say, as it carries more Asian products than other Costcos that I visited in the middle part of Bay Area, between San Francisco and San Jose. Of course, it also has many merchandise that are for general markets rather than the ones caters to ethnicity as well. The food court is as busy as always. The lines are super long. We waited for more than half an hour to get 2 hot dogs.

This review is for corporate because Costco corporate does not support complaint emails. Your store hours are listed incorrectly and you need to fix how you have them listed on Apple Maps. I showed up at 9am this morning and after I scanned my card and walked away with my headphones on I was chased down by an associate who told me that I had to leave and come back at 10 because I wasn’t an executive member. I had no CLUE what this person was rambling about and pulled up Apple Maps hours listed to show the associate that if this is really the case then the incorrect hours are listed and that needs to be changed. Mind you the only reason I even had this conversation is because I couldn’t help but notice that when I walked in that a large group of members throughout the store turned to spectate at the employee who was apparently yelling to get my attention and chase me down. I HAD VISIBLE NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES ON AND THIS MAN STILL THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO YELL ACROSS THE STORE AND CONTINUE TO DO SO WHEN IT VISIBLY WASNT WORKING. After I pointed out to the associate the hours were listed incorrectly I asked to speak to a manager and one appeared. He went on to explain that the store opened up an hour earlier for executive members and it was meant to be an incentive to purchase a higher level of membership. That’s just peachy but that would mean that the hours listed aren’t correct for regular members which most people are. He then said that emails were sent to members to explain this and I explained that struck me as kind of a dumb way to go about it considering the amount of junk emails we all get and how most members would inevitably just trash the email. While I can appreciate that the manager offered me the chance to continue shopping because he observed how poorly that was handled by the associate this whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just left. The somewhat shameless plug about potentially purchasing an executive membership so I could shop at that time was the absolute worst time to do it and somehow that still made its way into the conversation as well. Corporate, if I could offer a suggestion, change the hours listed so people don’t waste their time and come when they don’t actually have the opportunity to shop. I wasted time getting ready for nothing this morning and it sounds like I was not the only one. As I was walking out I heard the same associate telling another woman that she had to come back because of the same reason. The manager also made it clear that this was a hugely recurring problem after you changed the hours and you still left it like that. Which kind of just makes it sound like you don’t care about wasting peoples time and you’re just trying to get them to buy a membership upgrade they don’t actually need in the worst economy we’ve ever seen. 👎🏼

I want to shout out the great customer service here! I went to go return my cart with my calzone bag in hand when it fell out from the bottom :( The Costco cart return worker saw the tragedy happen and told me to go back and ask for a new one. When I went in again, the door checkers asked me if I dropped it and communicated to the food court staff to give me a new one. I was worried I had to wait in line all over again but they were super fast to find me and hand me the calzone! Shout to all the kind and friendly workers at this Costco!

Google
I’ve been a regular at Costco Senter Rd, and overall, it's a solid experience. The store is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The variety of products is impressive, especially the fresh food section – the produce is consistently good, and the meat department offers great quality. The staff is usually friendly and efficient, although the checkout lines can sometimes be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Parking can be tricky, but there’s usually plenty of space if you’re willing to walk a bit further. The prices are competitive, and the membership definitely pays off in the long run. Definitely recommend it if you're looking to stock up on essentials and enjoy good deals, but be prepared for the occasional crowd.

Google
This Costco busy but I like this location lots of stuff here the line went very fast all the customers for helping each other get the apples and bananas a couple ladies very helpful I lifted the box and she grabbed the apples from there and told me thank you this location close to my boyfriend house very nice stuff

Google
Average experience at this Costco. The variety and quality of products isn’t as good compared to other Costco locations in the Bay Area. Especially disappointing is that I never find organic pasture-raised eggs here, which are mostly available at other branches. The selection of fresh produce also feels limited at times, and some items often seem out of stock. While it’s okay for basic shopping, this location could really improve its product variety and consistency.

Yelp
This is a pretty standard Costco and one of the four in San Jose. The parking is always a nightmare and it's tough to maneuver with the crowds. Sometimes we just park far to avoid the chaos, especially around the gas station. There's a wide selection of Asian inspired cuisine and desserts. We usually head this way if we're looking to see the different things available at this Costco.

Yelp
Love the scanners & IT aspect. BAKERY STAFF WAS GREAT! Thank you Saray (bakery attendant). However, entrance staff at 12:45 pm made it hard on my daughter to pick up her sister's cake. She was not permitted to shop. As parents & grocery/general store, we need to come together even if we need to clarify shopping intention, to facilitate learning how to shop & be contributing members of society. Side note I did purchase alcohol & the cashier was doing her due diligence multi-tasking.

Yelp
Cost in Your Eyes This is probably the oldest Costco in the South Bay, as I recall coming here many, many years ago with my parents back when this was a "Price Club." Obviously, a lot has changed in that time, but the Business model essentially stayed the same, and this is now one of seven--soon to be eight--Costcos in the South Bay. This also just happens to be the worst one of them all. The Good: *Food court but be prepared to wait at least 20min in line to get your glizzy. *Gas station *Non-shared parking lot, as well as street parking. *Tire center *Optometry *Pharmacy The Meh: *As mentioned above, food court is a shit-show *I really don't like the way the tire centers are run, because somehow, being able to schedule an appointment made it worse. *This place is always busy AF The Ugly: *Parking lot and surrounding street traffic can be a nightmare during certain times and has been known to backup to Tully Rd on occasion. Conclusion: Terrible location, but it's only about a mile from my office, so I'll continue to use the gas station out of pure convenience. Pro Tip: Get here early for zero lines for gas. They open early at 0600!

Yelp
This has got to be the worst Costco I've been to. I came because Google analytics said this location has more Asian food compared to others in the Bay Area and I can honestly report that this is NOT TRUE. There are definitely more Vietnamese and Indian due to the demographics in the area but I didn't see products that reflect this. I went in without a cart and that was probably the best thing I could've done -- the traffic inside is worse than the situation outside. People do not queue in line around here. They create congestion around sample stations and there's an overall disregard for others in close proximity. I'm writing this review so that I can remind myself to never come to this location again!

Yelp
Not all Costco is the same. Costco customers service in this location is poor. The lady name Van does not allow return unopened salad and cucumbers. We over bought the item. We went to other Costco and return at no issue. Bad service in this location.

Yelp
I had a 1 week old $375 tire that had a nail close to the sidewall that was un-patchable due to the location of the nail.. Costco replaced it with a brand new tire for just $25... They have an amazing warranty for road hazards up to 5 years on most tires. The shop had the tire in stock and replaced it quickly... Thank you Tire Center crew and Costco for always being a great company!

Yelp
I always arrange the goods in my cart with the bar code facing up so it's easy to scan for the cashier. Thinking I would save them some time and their backs. When I went thru the checkout, Hector is just super rude and demanded that the goods be placed on the conveyor belt, so I did. Then he just throws the goods into the cart without arranging properly or taking care the goods won't be damaged. And he basically ruined our day. Will do our best to avoid him or this branch altogether. I trust Costco will do better.

Yelp
It was my first time visiting this location. Came on a Saturday around 1pm. First went to get gas and was surprised there was no wait. Then when I entered the main warehouse I was surprised again that it seemed empty up until I got to the food aisles where everyone was gathering. For the samples. There must have been over 15 samples all down this section all within a few feet of each other. Is this how it is every Saturday? Mind boggling. Even though it was a bit chaotic, it was very quiet. Noise was kept to a minimum. Also this warehouse is huge compared to the San Francisco location that I frequent.

Yelp
I shop here frequently enough. Recent experiences have been off. I can't hate on the business model, but San Jose customers be wildin lol. Lines like it doesn't even make sense. Hence. Good bye Pete Wenz.

Yelp
This is the first time I've felt a bit disappointed. I've been a loyal Costco customer for a long time, but this is the first time I've experienced being treated rudely by a pharmacist. I approached her to ask for help about my itchy skin and what I could buy for it. I also asked what might be causing the itch, but she replied, "I'm not a doctor, so I don't know. You should ask your doctor." Her name was Felisha. And she just pointed to area 302, telling me to look for the cream there. But when I went to that section, I couldn't even find the cream she was referring to, so I just left. It was such poor service -- there weren't even many customers in the pharmacy area, so she could've at least taken the time to talk to me properly and guide me.

Yelp
First of all the staff here at Senter Costco is the best! I had this crazy idea to do my engagement photos here and the team went above and beyond to make this happen. Huge thanks to Abe for coordinating his team and to Zeek and Michelle for making this all happen! This Costco is special to us because we do date night shopping here every Friday and what better than to have this opportunity. Thank you so much!

Yelp
Our youth group called in to order 2 pizzas for an event for pick up at 11:30AM for their lunch at 12:00 PM. Upon arriving at 11:20, we proceeded to the food court line and were told to wait in the pick up line even though we clearly stated we ordered over the phone. Upon reaching the front of the line at 12:00, we again told the workers that we had pizzas scheduled for 11:30. We were told that we had to wait despite being there initially 10 minutes early. After waiting for 10 minutes and clarifying again that we have been waiting for a phone order scheduled at 11:30, they finally brought the pizzas out at 12:10, which made us late by 40 minutes to the youth event, leaving the kids hungry and unhappy. 5 other patrons received whole pizzas before us without apparent issue. Although the pizzas were cheap, the price cannot justify the headache, stress, and unhappy kids.

Yelp
This Costco sucksss majorly except for 1 stellar employee named Victoria she tried helping for 30 mins to locate the item. Before coming here, I had called multiple times to ask them if they have dried sweet potatoes. I specifically asked for dried ones that are in bags. The girl on the phone asked me organic dried sweet potato? and I said yes! I definitely made sure she understood that I'll be driving 30 mins just for this 1 item so make sure they have it. Of course I showed up there and they didn't have any at all! Victoria , one of the cashiers, helped me go look for it on the floor and searched in the computer. It turns out whoever I talked to on the phone said there were 117 bags of sweet potatoes, but Victoria said they were raw , not dried. FML. Seriously. What a waste of my time and gas!! Besides that, Senter Costco is sketch and limes are crazy even on a weekday. I'm glad it's not my local Costco!

Yelp
We ordered a pizza at 3 PM and waited over 40 minutes with my 3 year old getting more and more impatient because she was exhausted. Every time we asked, they kept saying "wait 10 more minutes" until it added up to 40. At the end I could clearly see our pizza sitting there, and when I asked about it, they said they couldn't give it to me because "it wasn't their job." They were the person that boxed the pizza or whatever. If it's not your job to hand me the food I paid for, then whose is it? And why did they not hand it out to me but the people who paid after me all got theirs already!!

Yelp
This Costco is one of the worst in San Jose! I have had problems every time I come here, with the unorganized parking lot driving and loading situation as well as the attitude coming from the employees at this location. The lines are getting longer no matter what time or day you go. I started to dread going to this specific location and started to go to the Costco Business Center instead due to the long lines and attitude from the employees on Senter Rd. The food court from the last previous times I've gotten the food court's food and it has been alright but not worth the 20-30 min wait. The tire shop here is okay but definitely short on staff at times and going in person my be your best option but be prepared to wait due to only 1 maybe if you're lucky 2 workers at the desk shuffling calls, appointments and walk-ins. All of this new technology but, what is the point in all of it? I get in line to check out and it's a long line everywhere and someone comes up with an ipad asking to scan my membership and items, this had me thinking oh wow they finally did smt to get these lines moving and us out of here faster but no it's for no reason. I still have to wait in line for my turn and they still need to rescan my items at the cashier so I can pay. This just seems like they're doing too much now and it's doesn't feel like a good experience to shop at this specific location. Speaking on the attitude from the workers there, I have gotten dirty stares and attitudes for no apparent reason for just shopping or even at the check out lines and I don't even know any of these workers personally, I'm just here to shop and go home. Even asking for help they're not aware of the customers, they're always chit chatting with each other.

Yelp
Avoid speaking to any employee, over the phone or in person. Everyone is a sleepy head here.
google avatar

Yelp
The selection and value are excellent. It has a wide selection of many different items. The staff is very helpful when trying to locate an item.
google avatar

Matt V.

Yelp
This is the best Costco in San Jose because it has the most Asian items from Asian snacks to Asian foods. It's got you covered. My essentials every time I go to Costco: Croissants Pesto Food court hotdog Sometimes I come here just for those, despite my diet, which I seldom follow when it comes to these items. Going to Costco for gas? Stop in and get a hotdog. They also have cool things for gifts, so definitely come here during the holidays. I literally got all my Christmas gifts from Costco.
google avatar

Maggie G.

Yelp
This location is never disappointing! It has an abundance of Asian food and snacks available. Each time I visited, I found new Asian products. They even has big bottles of beef pho broth seasoning! (Which I forgot to take a picture of). In addition, there's quite a few Asian seasonings available. As it gets to to the holidays and Lunar new year, lots of snack and alcohol available bottles zodiacs characters and dragon containers. There's quite a bite of clearance items as well. More so than the NSJ location where I normally shop. However, there gas station is a mess. It look a bit smaller than others and very congested which parking is backed up from the entrance... hope they will renovate that one day.
google avatar

Daniel B.

Yelp
It gets a little packed but overall good experience employees are attentive and very helpful and place is very clean

Yelp
One of the OG Costco's in San Jose! I have fond memories of coming here as a kid. My parents would also buy me a hot dog or a slice of cheese pizza at the Food Court when we were done. Due to the neighborhood and customer demographics, they have a ton of Asian goodies here. Especially around Lunar New Year (the amount of cognac, money trees, and fruits is absurd!!!). However, the store itself is a bit smaller and doesn't carry as many things as other newer locations. Being one of the original spots, it was one of the the first Costco gas stations in the area too. And because of that, the entrance on Tully/Senter is always PACKED and there's a lot of unnecessary traffic. If you go at opening, it's not so bad...but this location is definitely one of the busier ones! Final piece of Donovan Life Advice? Become familiar with the side streets for a quick and easy trip. Burke St. leads onto 10th/7th street/Monterey Rd. and you can get in and out of the area pretty fast :)
google avatar

Wendy H.

Yelp
This is a very busy Costco. Parking lot is a mess. Luckily someone was leaving while we drove by so we found a spot right away. This location is packed with people. Sort of hard to navigate. They carry the same merchandise as the others so I'm not going to comment on that. Food court lines were long! We waited pretty much 15 minutes for strawberry sundaes. The clerk cheaper out on the strawberry so it's basically vanilla ice cream.

Hpone M O.

Yelp
This review is for Optical Department. An Asian guy refused us to adjust glasses. I was told that he could not able to do it because it was not purchased at Costco. We have been doing adjustment on glasses purchased anywhere at other Costco locations. We did not encounter any issue at all. Does only this particular location not offer services??

Yelp
I have been going to this Costco for years, and I've always felt welcomed and comfortable here. The staffs are great, esp today. Today, I went with my sister and my nephew. When we got to the register, my sister had an "episode". In a quick moment, 3 staffs came and assisted us right away. They were very compassionate, very sincere, very helpful. I wasn't able to get their names, but I can say that I would love to say thank you to management for putting together such awesome teams. They stood by us and kept making sure my sister is ok, and that's what a lot of us customers need. Once again, thank you..

Miriam L.

Yelp
This is specifically for their food court service. I am not sure what is going on but these past weeks the food court service has gone downhill. This gentleman working there along with the manager were rude to my husband to the point they walked away from him, when my husband was just telling them they needed to be honest with him about the time our pizza would be ready. We ordered a pizza and were told it would take 30 minutes and were fine with it. Now they told us we have to wait another 15 minutes. It looks like they are not short staffed either but they could have been honest and say the wait was going to be longer than 30. We had issues with this same food court worker earlier this week; he said they do not accept phone call orders anymore and when told we do it all they time, he switched it up and said it was gonna be a long wait. They need to do something about the staff/organization there; not looking too good.

Yelp
I never been to such a bad Costco than this one it was too busy in there and the worst part was the annoying line for PIZZA PICKUP it went past the drink machines! and we ordered are Pizza 2 HOURS early and it still was not ready
google avatar

Yelp
Yes, that's right this is another Costco, it's pretty much everything and this particular Costco is less busy and crowded than most Costcos. They have some wholesale, grocery store items that seem to rotate from season-to-season. That's sorta the fun part about shopping here- you don't know what awesome and we'll priced things you're going to come across. But one of the MAIN reasons why I come to Costco, is to buy their Kirkland ready-to-drink strawberry margarita bottle. It's very rare and HARD TO FIND, but when I see it, I grab one. Overall; Costco is one of my favorite businesses to shop at, thank you and keep up the great work!
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Staff are rude at this location. If you lose your card you need to be escorted by a staff to membership. The lines are also long and not really any help at membership either. The Sunnyvale location is a lot nicer. I would not recommend this location or ever shop at it again.

PJ ..

Yelp
The layout at this Costco is confusing. Not that big of a store and everything seems cramped. The parking lot is a hot mess! The influx of customers is never ending. Only 3 self checkout machines lol
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
I absolutely love Costco because of the variety of items and the sales. My only gripe is how long the lines are, but I understand that they can't really do much about that and everybody wants to come here. other than that there's not really much to say.
google avatar

Michael T.

Yelp
This is my go to Costco. It's only about 4 minutes from my house so I'm here about every week. This location can get really busy so i recommend that you come early if you are coming on a weekend. Love Costco because the have a lot of great deals and often have sales. They have a great selection of anything you could need. The customer service counter is friendly and helpful when needing to do a return or cash out your Costco cash back.

Kim N.

Yelp
I have shopped at costco for years and visited many locations. This brand is always my most favorite one whenever I want to purchase groceries or household items and more. Prices are so much more affordable here. Try to plan to buy your items when they're on sale so that you can get the best price possible. Their return service is one of the best available; Especially when you need to shop for big items such as a mattress or couch, you dont have to worry about what if it's not the right one for you and deal with the return by yourself - they take care of it professionally. Not to mention that all the stores are always clean and spacious. When I am not so busy, I love to go around the store to find something new or interesting to try. More asian products have been added such as fish sauce and dried guava and many more.

Yelp
This is not really for Costco but for Instacart. This corona virus scare has caused people to act like the world is going to end. This panic has ruined it for the rest that are just looking to complete their weekly or biweekly shopping. I called yesterday and the poor gentleman at the Costco off of Fair Oaks told me that lines are wrapped around the store and it's kind of crazy so I opted for delivery to avoid the idiocy. Yes, you pay a little more for items (similar up-charge like DoorDash) but the delivery fee was free and I got pretty much everything I wanted except for the bread. Instacart was supposed to have my things delivered w/in 2hrs but it was more like 4hrs because of the lines, crowds, parking, etc. The gal texted me through and said if I to pick another brand of bread or receive a refund. I didn't want wheat so I opted for the refund. It was done w/in seconds. She kept in contact w/ me throughout the entire time and even waited for me to get back home (like nearly 10 minutes) . Though I had asked the gate to be opened but I wanted to meet her, thank her, and tipped her. I guess you can say I paid nearly $40 more for the same items but at the cost of my time, it was purely worth it. If your order is under $90, they will put a $90 hold on your card and will be charged for the items you receive. The receipt was given to me, I spent $49.93 - waiting for the transaction to complete w/ the total I am charged then I might update this review. Per Patricia, the lovely Instacarter told me the customers were rude and have no manners. At a time like this you'd think people would know how to behave and w/ love but sadly we preach it and demand it but we don't practice it. Thank you, Instacart. You saved me.

Yelp
Attempted to make a return with the customer service and the gal attending me was extremely unhelpful on 10/11/2024 after 5pm ! First off, apparently the policy had gotten ALOT strict with returns which I can't imagine how this holiday seasons going to go when people purchase gifts for loved ones. But she gave me a hard time because "I wasn't the member" who purchased the items. I was trying to make a return for god sake not buy nothing! I told her I was trying to figure out what membership it was whether mine or my partner and she never bothered to ask any questions to attempt to help me. Just said yea if the card member is not here can't do nothing and proceeded to tell me "I'm not a member" . I drove to the Southside location and told them the same thing and guess what! They helped me out no problem! They even helped me retrieve the digital version of the card through my app because like I mentioned to the gal attending the Senter location, I PURCHASED THE ITEMS WITH MY CARD. They asked me the correct questions and they were able to pull up the online purchase AND confirmed I purchased it because they verified the card it was bought on. I should have known better than to go to this location. It was not even busy at the return counter! Shame on her and the service at this location. I will not be returning to this location!

Yelp
This is my usual Costco location because it is close to where I live and it has most things that I need in bulk for a good deal. I really like their floral section, I bought Valentine's Day roses here for $16.99 which is a steal Service: Good! No issues at checkout and the cashiers are nice and friendly. Usually very organized and typically easy to find things. Has pharmacy, optometry, food court and nearby costco gasoline station. Parking: ample amount of parking, but I recommend avoid weekends if you can because it can get busy. I prefer to go in the morning if I can Costco gasoline: make sure to have good music or something to do while you wait, there is typically a line. There are 3 pumps per lane but this is a high busy location.

Yelp
Costco is my go-to spot for groceries, clothes, essentials, gas, and car needs. I love how we can get everything in bulk for a good price, what a steal. Especially when you live in a bigger family, Costco is the way to go :D I always like to get snacks, protein drinks, and meats here. Costco salmon is my favorite. Costco is also a good place to get gifts for a loved one. The Sanrio squishmellos are so adorable hehe. Also, love their blankets and clothes it is quite good quality! They have a self-checkout section now which saves a lot of time since Costco is always crowded. Food court items are a staple, I grew up eating their food every time I go to Costco. They have a self-ordering machine now wooo. Minus .5 star for getting rid of the combo pizza tho, bring that back PLSSSSSSSS I also always go to Costco for my car needs. I get my tires done here and pump my air pressure here too which FYI is free for Costco members. Gas prices here are better than in other places and last pretty long. Another .5 star for gas lines and parking though. I know it's crowded but I think Costco can do smt to help drivers get in line safely? or help control the traffic. There are so many potential accidents in the plaza ppl suck at driving here grrr

Yelp
Honestly, this is the worst Costco Wholesale place I have been to. The parking sucks. I do not know why people are taking their sweet merry time to put in either the things they bought in Costco or get gas. If someone does that to them, they don't like it. But people still do that. It is super hard to get gas in this Costco. As I said people take their time to get gas when someone is waiting in line to get gas. The inside is okay like any other Costco. It is just parking and getting gas is why this place is horrible. The number one reason and probably an only reason (at the moment) this Costco sucks. However, it is the only Costco near me that has a gas station.

Yelp
The cashier overcharged our item, which was about $50. Fortunately we were looking at the receipt while waiting at the food court. We went and explained this to the one who was in charge. She was unfriendly and did not seem to care. When I asked if this situation is always happening. She was hesitated before telling me "uhm.. not always .. everyone makes mistake you know" Please be careful with your items. To all of the Costco's cashiers, please be kind to us and don't overcharge our items. I understand that everyone makes mistake, but such mistakes can never be happening the second time. Not all of your customers are wealthy. We also work with our sweat and tears. Thank you !

Yelp
This isn't my go-to Costco. I was specifically trying to find shelf liners and unfortunately this place was the only place that had it. But I guess the only plus was that when we went, the shelf liners were on sale. So I guess that's the plus side. The layout of this Costco is quite a bit different than other Costcos so it took a while to find what I needed and it was of course no where near where I thought the shelf liners were. Other than that, it was fine. Normal Costco. We were pretty much in and out after I got my liners. I guess we did Costco wrong this time...or maybe it was right? Only getting exactly what we needed and ran right out before we spent more money! Huzzah!

Yelp
Have to say my local Costco isn't as well run then all other Costcos I've been to elsewhere. First saw the person tending the entrance let two separate people in without seeing their membership cards. Second, saw some frustrated worker stacking things forcefully and there were hazardous uncleaned wet area by the meat section too. Hope they fix these concerns soon!!!

Yelp
Love going to Costco but the only problem with the Senter rd location is that I can never find a Mobility scooter I did ask the staff for one but she said was some one was using it. I never have this problem in Gilriy or the store of Cottle Rd I can always find one at these locations. Senter road location please order more Mobility scooters to accommodate your handicap customers.

Yelp
Hey management, Suggestions for self scan lines. You guys have employees standing there with a scanner gun. Why not have them help customers scan the items directly from the cart if the barcodes are all up? Yes, I understand for carts with a few items they could just scan and place on the tray. But I bet you a dollar that it is more efficient in time and service if they would help out by scanning a big organized cart instead of scanning water, then watch customers scan each item, place them on the tray, then watch them put everything back into their carts... Yeah. Really efficient there folks. Do better. You didn't pay them to stand their with a scanner to watch customers.

Yelp
The idea of buying bulk can have its benefits. You see, I left my TV on (noise background) when QVC Moms woke me up after falling asleep with my cell phone on my face (binging Netflix). I ended up watching their great ideas of buying bulk, separate, and save in wee hours of the morning. These super QVC Moms are amazing!! The benefits can save hundreds of dollars in the long run buying bulk like gigantic bags of coffee beans (Peet's Major Dickinson), boxes of Madeleine cookies, and huge slices of wild salmon. Their huge boxes of dog treats are also a bargain which I ended up purchasing. Interestingly, I've been a member of Costco for years but you will only find me shopping in their stores about twice a year. A waste of membership? Biggest turn off for me was the checkout line and parking. There's never a quick checkout, and parking is horrendous during peak time. However, since I've frequent Costco this year (three times so far and a record breaker for me), I've noticed Costco lines goes by quick. They have two people working the assembly line. The cashier, and the a staff that takes your cart, packs your purchase in the cart, and sends you off to your merry way!! Now that's something to Yelp about. Great genuine service, lots of bulk choices, cheap prices, good quality, what more can one ask for?? Cheers!

Yelp
Yep, I'm taking the time to review a Costco. This isn't something I would normally do, considering that, well, it's Costco...who wouldn't keep coming back for the bulk shopping value. But this review isn't really focusing on the products (which I am very excited about-a foldable picnic table set and a 7-piece patio furniture set). I want to acknowledge how impressed I was with the customer service. It started with Charli up front being very quick and responsive to find team members to help me load the set. She was very personable and didn't seem put-out at all by my asking if someone could help me. The 2nd thing I appreciated was the two employees that helped me with loading the 3 considerably heavy boxes onto a flatbed. Damian and Christian were very helpful and efficient with this, and Christian proceeded to help me through the line and wait outside for my husband and I to move our van, then getting more team members to help us load the boxes into the van. At a store where I've often felt a bit crowd-anxious from the hustle and bustle (and these were pre-COVID feelings), this location and the team members made it a truly positive experience. This was our first time shopping at this location, but we will definitely be back. Thanks!

Yelp
Standard Costco. Nothing stands out good or bad. Sometimes don't have interns that I see at other Costco and gas line is always long going off to the street.

Yelp
IMHO This is my go-to Costco for food and gas. When they expanded and added an extra gas pump to each line, it made a difference. If everyone used the long hoses, they'd get out of there much faster! Do yourself a favor and park aways from the entrance. If you come at peak times, it's a mad house if you try to park close and you'll start to lose your insanity going around in circles. There are plenty of spaces in the area near the tire shop. Better yet, come early and NEVER on a weekend! If you like snacking new product at the demo stations, then don't come early... What do I buy here? Always the roasted chicken ($4.99). Can't beat the price and it's delicious. Raspberries and blueberries, Doritos chips, packaged quinoa & brown rice (perfect for the lazy cook and yummy!), frozen mini won-tons, coffee, fruit juices, packaged broccoli salad or Chinese chicken salad, Japanese seaweed (!), butter, Craisins, jars of artichoke hearts, thermal underwear, roasted almonds, double fiber bread, vitamins, booze, etc. I try not to buy in bulk since it takes forever for two old people to use, and it takes up too much precious space in my pantry and freezers. I just buy what I need that comes in small quantities. The $1.50 hot dog and soft drink deal is pretty good. I think I need to try the chicken bake since everyone raves about it. If you remember, buy them at the regular cashier line where you purchase all of your goods, then you don't have to wait to pay in the long line at pick-up. There is a separate line for pre-paid food. Yes, it's worth it.

Yelp
A couple of weeks ago I went to this location to return some pillows that I decided weren't the right fit for me. I was met by an employee named NICK. He was so kind and we started talking about other pillows that could possibly work for me. He mentioned Beauty Rest Serta. He was curious if they had any in stock so he got on the computer to check for availability in any of the stores. They did not have them, but Nick said that in the fall/winter they bring them back at an excellent price. He also looked on Amazon to show me which ones he was talking about and showed me how much more they would cost if I were to purchase from Amazon. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge about their pillows, so I decided to wait until Costco brought the Beauty Rest back into stock. He was a very good salesman and I am so glad that I met him. Thx Costco for having Nick as an employee.
