Since we bought the Gold Star Executive membership, the annual cash back has already covered my membership fee. It's definitely worth it. Plus, you can buy great value freshly baked pizzas at Costco almost anywhere. My only complaint is that the staff at this store cut one slice less than usual, and two slices were particularly large and difficult to handle. Hopefully, they'll be more careful next time.

Costco has some of the best value in food items. From beef to poultry to fish, I've gotten great pieces to feed my family of 2 for at least 2 weeks. If you are looking for pastries they have some of the best as they are made right at the store all day. Appliances, home decor, tools, tvs they are at great prices but always double check outside prices. This costco has limited parking in the front, but it does have extra parking under. It seems to be full all the time but that is expected. You won't be stuck waiting for too long. They are great at keeping a decent pace. Overall I do like this cotsco, it has great prices and you could be there for hours. If you do don't forget your $1.25 hotdog combo

Wonderful visit day of that lil storm. No one around but happy employees. Normally it's "just another day in hell, im happy, how about you?!" Always a pleasure, they got the stuffs. You can normally just buy a hotdog for less than a sneeze and ppl watch. Its glorious for realz. Like 1/19th of a netflicks subscription. Real entertainment. 5 stars minus your anxiety if youre neurodivergent. But just take a breath and enjoy life at costco waltham😄

One hidden gem, you can find high score selections. I watched a previous buyer score gallons for hundreds. Pretty amazing. The red wine is mostly cab and blends but good to see stuff from other regions. Not going to get hundreds of different bottles, but the selector is buying volumes of decent stuff at very good deals. You get long finishes and great bouquets. Secret wine club almost.

After being what I believed was a loyal and valuable customer for over a decade, I am done with Costco. The customer service at the Waltham store today was extremely disrespectful. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but I did catch Jeffrey’s, and the interaction was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. It honestly felt like the situation might have been handled differently if I weren’t Black. This experience was upsetting and completely unacceptable.

Limited choices for clothes in larger sizes. This Costco location is generally fine, with a great selection of groceries. Like most Costcos, it can get crowded, but the checkout lines move quickly. We usually shop here for men's work clothes and have noticed a decent variety of XXL shirts. However, the pants selection is disappointing, as sizes seem to stop at 40 and there was nothing available in 42-44. We were able to get the shirts we needed, but left disappointed about the lack of pant options.
