We were not warned until about a fortnight before our arrival that an additional floor was being added. We were asked to be forgiving and that disruption would be attempted to be kept to a minimum. The external two/three tower cranes were not a problem. The work on the roof created noise and vibration at intervals. Internally the story was different where work was also being carried out to ceilings in public areas occasionally making making access difficult and on a few occasions downright dangerous. We had booked our eight hotel holiday in January, therefore we had too little notice to change anything.|| Access is tricky but a sat-nav copes well. Plenty of parking, four disabled bays by the main entrance, EV charging bays available.||Our large, carpeted bedroom with an excellent sea and Lake Tanchet view was very comfortable. It contained 2 x 900 mm (3') beds, 42" flat-screen TV (not Smart), small refrigerator, table 2 tub chairs, 2 wardrobes, drawers and shelves. Coffee and tea making facilities. The air conditioning only produced cold air, even on cool days.||The Bathroom was a good size with walk in shower.||The breakfasts are excellent, oysters and sparkling wine give a clue to the overall standard with an amazing range of breads and 'sprinkles'.||The indoors pool is heated to a good temperature with water jets and nick-nacks. Dedicated swimmers have a floated off area. The outdoors pool is excellent for a warm, preferably sunny, day with plenty of sunloungers available.||The staff are pleasant and willing. We recognise some same faces each year.||We love this hotel. We love Les Sables. We do feel that we were let down this year

We had a lovely stay with the family. The amenities are very nice however I was slightly disappointed by the fact that I wasn’t recognized as a gold member. At arrival, we asked if we could get a room earlier, which only happened because I came back earlier than planned. Nobody called us to tell us that the room was ready. I’m also the one who asked for an upgrade of the room otherwise, this wooden have been taken care of.

Lovely first stop on our holiday, out of the city a little but still walkable. Room with a balcony had plenty of room. Breakfast was great.||We indulged in the spa and the treatment was first class from the saltwater rain to the massage - very relaxing.||Restaurant was good, the sole was heavenly

I feel like this hotel has 4 stars just because of the thalasso, which is very nice btw. The food quality is also great and the staff was kind enough. On the negative side though, it's too expensive for the quality of the rooms (they are big but design wise is more like a 3 star hotel). Also, who checks in at 4 pm?

Outside the city but not too far from city center, hotel has a superb view on the sea. Very nice small private artificial beach. Fully equipped with gym room, sauna, hammam, hot steam, etc Service is excellent people are very cary. Only reason why I put 7 and not 8 or 9 is because there are some constructions going to add another floor and we had a flood in the corridor right in front of our bedroom which was immediately fixed.

I spend 150-225 nights annually in hotels. This spot was such an unexpected surprise and treat for myself and my entire team. |The hotel staff, restaurant, location were a delight. Checkin was easy, rooms were clean, and location was perfect

This was our second time visiting this hotel in August and our second time was better than the first! ||Special mention to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. We were having such a great time we decided to extend our stay for an extra night and the reception team sorted it straight away and also kept us in our same room which was greatly appreciated! ||We ate in the restaurant on the second night and absolutely love the views from the terrace. Great food in a great setting, the same with breakfast!! We were just sad we didn’t have time for breakfast on our last morning. ||Thank you to the whole team for making our 3 nights there really wonderful! We will be back!

Classy hotel (with construction works going on right now...) with nicely designed rooms, wonderful surroundings, very courteous staff and rather tasty food.
