I tried the Coto Makassar Daging here, and the taste was truly authentic. The portion might seem small since it’s served in a small bowl, but trust me, it’s packed with generous slices of beef. Personally, I prefer Buras over Ketupat because it enhances the flavor of the coto.
Don’t forget to add sliced lime, salt, and sambal to suit your taste! If you’re interested in trying their Palu Butung or Pisang Ijo, I recommend coming in the morning or afternoon, as they’re often sold out by evening.
The place isn’t the most comfortable for lingering, but it’s not meant for that—just come, enjoy your meal, and go.
