3190 Is Serving Just Lasagna and Tiramisu in Miami

"Just around the corner from 3190, I noticed Cotoletta is a buzzy Italian spot built around a single signature dish and is often fully booked before noon." - Carrie Honaker

Food was, phenomenal. Portions for just the apps were significant. Onge did an incredible job despite how busy they were. Thank you guys for a wonderful meal and great service!

Google
It won't let me do halves so 4 it is instead of 3.5 stars. The atmosphere itself and the way you order is strange. They try for a more upscale feel but I can't help but compare it to Tom Wahls as you order before sitting. Decor fits the style. The mozzarella sticks were tasty HOWEVER $15 is quite outrageous for 2 of them. The pizzas were great size and good but the crust lacked some seasoning to give taste to the final few bites of each piece. Overall $70 for 2 people doesn't fit the food or the location. Wouldn't go out of my way to try again but for locals it's a change of pace. EDIT: The food has diminished in quality unfortunately, the pizza was a bit over done, sauces are different yet prices are same if not a bit higher. The change was not for the better sadly.

We went for lunch and it was great. I had the Alphonse with a Caesar Salad. The sandwich was amazing. My only complaint would be that the bread was cold but it almost didn't matter because the sandwich was really good.

Google
I called and ordered take out an hour before close. The person taking my order was great and when I walked in, the atmosphere felt very welcoming. The food however was subpar. I ate half before posting the picture but the cutlet was a bit overcooked and dry. The prosciutto was nice and crispy but the sandwich was just very dry. The breading on the cutlet didn't have much flavor and the bread was pretty hard. Overall, I don't think it was worth the money and I could make it better at home.

I usually avoid eating out at Italian restaurants. I grew up with Italian immigrant grandparents, and more often than not, I leave disappointed, especially when they don’t even salt the pasta water. That said, I had the Eh Paisano sandwich with cutlet, rapini, sharp provolone, roasted peppers, and cacio e pepe aioli, and it was spot on. This is a true Italian-American classic. Honestly, I’m not sure why the reviews aren’t higher, the menu is the real deal.

Google
Food is delicious. I love the mozzarella sticks and meatballs. 2 years later update: Saturday Eve and it wasn’t busy. Drinks and meatballs on point. I didn’t recognize any of the employees. We ordered the special, chicken French for $24 and sauce and breading were amazing but chicken was tough. I’m assuming overcooked or prepared in advance. I asked if we could exchange it for the mozzarella sticks which have always been a winner. They came out overcooked and without presto. Very inconsistent from what I’ve had in the past. Didn’t want to mention at that point. Used to be my go to restaurant.

Google
We got the veg-o-matic and the freaking Pauly subs! Da bomb!! But the real winner is those garlic fries!!! It's very busy in there, Food did take about 40 minutes to come to us, for 2 subs I thought that was a little long but whatever it was popping in there we get it.

First time checking this restaurant out tonight with 3 other adults and 2 toddlers. Great atmosphere for families. Loved the style of ordering at the counter then going to sit and having our food brought to us. Management came over to see how our food was, everyone was helpful and friendly. Drinks were great, food was AWESOME! Delicious bread... Sandwiches were next level!

Yelp
First time trying Cotoletta last night and had a good experience! The restaurant is tucked into the back of Elmridge plaza! We walked through the door, and you order and pay at the register before sitting. I don't mind this set up, butttt the register does ask you to tip. My husband wasn't sure how service would be, so he did 15%. A waitress did bring our drinks and food out to the patio! The patio was AWESOME! Nice and shady, umbrellas, light music playing. Great ambience and location! The wait was short, and definitely worth it! The food - amazing! Comically large plate of Italian Mac & Cheese made its way to me, and it was so good! Cheesy, crispy bread crumbs, cavatappi! Perfecto! My husband had the PLT sandwich, which was also huge, and so yummy! The pesto spread on the Prosciutto was amazing, fresh. Bread was crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. My pre-schooler rounded out our meals with an order of garlic fries, which were crispy and loaded with garlic and cheese. Loved it! Definitely have plans to return already! The only thing I would change is paying at the end. Waitress kept my drink filled, and was working hard. Weird to tip in the beginning.

Yelp
This place is great! With an extensive menu, daily specials, and quality ingredients - you truly can't go wrong. Ive tried their sandwiches, salads, apps and pasta and nlw their chicken and - Yum - absolutely delicious. Their portions are large and their food is heavy so prepare to be full. Will be back for sure

Yelp
Another visit to this great little location.... Grabbed a seat at the counter and enjoyed hanging out with the girls working. I finally got a chance to try the pizza and it did not disappoint. But we started with these amazing mozzarella sticks..... clearly homemade!!! We also got a regular bowl of fries.... Sooooo crispy and full of flavor. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Decent spot. Pretty out of the way for me, but I was running errands on the west side so I decided to check it out. I arrived for lunch when they opened at 11 am and the restaurant was empty. A little discouraging, but nevertheless I took a seat at the bar. Gradually more people came in. Large menu with many salads, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas. I opted to do the pick 2: 1/2 Caesar salad 1/2 Alphonse sandwich which consisted of cutlet, sliced meatballs, mozzarella and marinara. Portions are HUGE. Like comically big... Not complaining, but I think they can definitely cut down their lunch portions and still charge the same price. So for the amount of food you get, it's a great deal. Even with half-portions, I couldn't finish (which is not often). Taste-wise, everything was good but not exceptional. The sandwich bread was a bit hard and chewy. Better bread would have made a big difference. The Caesar salad was also pretty average. The parmesan fries were nice and crispy. Service-wise everyone was attentive and friendly. May have helped that I sat at the bar. Overall a good experience, I just wasn't blown away by the food itself. I would return to try their pizza and other menu items.

Yelp
I came for meatballs, so I got the Italian Smash Burger. Two Patties with Melted Mozzarella, Caramelized Onions, Marinara Sauce, and the crustier bread ever. Absolutely delicious. San Pellegrino Limonata. Cannoli for dessert. Italian songs were in the background. The decor heavy on the green. I will come back to sample their Square Pizzas & Daily Specials

Rachel H.

Yelp
Just eh. We got two sandwiches and a kids pasta for $55. Everything is a la carte so even though it's a $22 sandwich you don't get any chips, fries or other side. We got a kids pasta and it was good. But we asked for a slice of bread with it and they charged us $3 for a roll. My husband said his sandwich tasted like a hot cup of water....aka nothing. And I agree. I got the Italian PLT and it had no flavor. Prob won't be back. :(

Mary S.

Yelp
Ordered the special with greens and beans with chicken cutlet. It was well seasoned and the chicken tender. The white pizza was delicious. My pickup was ready when they said it would be. Will order again.

E R.

Yelp
There was a 25 minute wait for a couple of sandwich orders. The Jerry Callo came with extra dark and crispy cutlet and eggplant along with very cold cheeses and cappocolla. Dry. I asked for it to be warmed up so the cheese was melting. Fifteen minute wait and out came a brand new sandwich just like the first. The smash burger was not a double beef patty as described on the menu. It was a giant meatball blend made into a burger. No good. The garlic parm fries had so much garlic powder on them that we ate a few and quit. We had to brush our teeth and use mouthwash and that didn't get the taste out. Inedible. What happened to service? These waitstaff clearly did not understand that I asked for the sandwich to be heated. The miscommunication was passed to the line cook who made it a second time. Who runs a business successfully doing that? What a disappointment. No more.

Yelp
The tone of the restaurant is pretentious and bready! Upon entrance be prepared to be confused. Apparently you need to order immediately at the register and then find a table with your assigned table number. I gotta say, I'm I'm not a fan of having to pre-tip on my debit card when I don't know how my service is going to be. But since I mentioned it... service is just okay. Basically it's a Bunch of young girls in tight leggings and tops and they aren't attentive to any tables..... they just kinda exist. I prefer a server who anticipates my needs, like a refill on my water or soda. Nothing I hate more then flagging someone down. Or when I ask for extra napkins and you bring 2 for the whole table. What is that about?!?! That actually happened. Anyway,, for the price they're charging and the amount of bread that you receive, I'd like a little more meat to bread ratio and certainly better service. I've come here twice. Here are the items we ordered. NashVegas- The name is confusing. The sandwich is tasty with the added cole slaw but if you have ever been to Nashville, the "Nashville hot chicken" is a dry heat.... There isn't any type of red hot Buffalo sauce on it. Sooo.... The bread is overwhelming and the chicken piece is much smaller to the amount of bread. Overall, pretentious, bready. JERRY CALLO- Disappointing sized chicken cutlet on a giant piece of bread. The provolone tasted great. The Caesar dressing is delightful and lemony but very sparse. I had to ask for a side of it to keep up with the amount of bread. Overall, pretentious, bready. 9th street market- sandwich looks amazing..... but disappoints in flavor for sure. I literally came back to try this sandwich after I saw another customer receive it on my first outing here. Total bummer.... Couldn't taste the provolone at all. I assume is the same cheese as on the Jerry callo so it makes no sense why I can't taste it. Rapini makes the sandwich super bitter. The "golden garlic sauce" doesn't have much flavor. Better off putting the Caesar dressing on their instead. Overall, pretentious, bready. Fried Mozz- tasted good but I'm not a fan of my crunchy fried mozz sitting in a pile of sauce so they get soft and lose that nice crunch. I'm a sauce on the side kinda girl!!!! I'd say, give this place a shot and decide for yourself..... but be ready for alllll that dry dry bread! ***The tone of the restaurant is pretentious and bready! ****

Yelp
Bread is heaven on earth. Had some plain bread before I got my sandwiches. Let me say it was not only delicious it was baked to perfection. I've been to multiple restaurants in Italy, this bread simply competes. Then I got my sandwhich and the cutlet was amazing. If I had access to the bread for sandwiches and just to pick at all day I'd put on a lot pounds.

Yelp
We ordered delivery of a few sandwiches. All of them were good! I liked the eggplant parm sandwich. It was a very generous portion. The marinara was tasty. The breading on the eggplant was crispy. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken parm sandwich. He had no complaints.

Marianne A.

Yelp
Ambiance-basically self serve at full service prices! How can you be out of entrees and soda at 5pm on a Saturday night!!!! Never again ..poorly managed! Food-great Atmosphere -terrible-loud and cheap decor!
google avatar

Brenda O.

Yelp
Love the Italian colors and the painting on the wall is hilarious. The service was good. The ladies were very friendly. I got a chicken Caesar salad. Lots of romaine and a good amount of dressing. The chicken was good. There was hardly any bacon on it. Would have been nice to have bigger pieces of bacon on it especially for the price they charge ($17)
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
I wish portions were smaller so I don't have to take home leftovers I k is I won't eat. Also, it seems like everything including a meatball sandwich comes with a breaded chicken cutlet on it!

Yelp
So glad to see the Elmridge plaza come back to life. Even better, now I don't have to go downtown to enjoy the food from Tony D's that I love. I had to try Cotoletta when visiting home, and it didn't disappoint. I ordered my favorite the greens and beans with a chicken cutlet. Same delicious taste. They have a bar as well and I tried the Cotoletta Spritz. You can expect a casual but upscale vibe- think old school Italian. The manager is great and friendly service throughout. They may even be adding some outdoor music and entertainment come the summer. I will definitely be back and recommending to others!

Janet B.

Yelp
This place is getting better with time. The ordering process is awkward and service still needs help, but the food makes up for it! The Calabrian Chicken Wings are amazing!!! Garlicy and spicy... perfect!! The Shrooms, Man! Pizza had a wonderful creamy sauce with prosciutto, mushrooms, smoked Gouda and a delicious garlic truffle aioli!! Wow!!

JaNeen T.

Yelp
The food is very good every time we go to Cotoletta. Today, the food tasted just as good only cold. The service was not as good as usual. My sandwich came out first, follwed by me asking for the drink I ordered. My drink was then brought a few minutes later. Then my sisters water after that. A few minutes later came my sisters soup, salad and sandwich. A few minutes later I called the waitress over to ask about the fried mozzarella we ordered. A couple min later came that. The soup was warm, not hot and the fried motz was def sitting awhile. Never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks. The worst was an older couple coming in for lunch at 3:39pm and told we close at 4pm. They were served but, I found that rude. I am sure the owner J would not aprove. Any other time I would have given 5 stars!

Yelp
Everything is absolutely delicious! Service is super good . Always clean. Best fish fry in Rochester NY . Chicken wings and sandwiches really good .

Fay S.

Yelp
If you're black.. DON'T GO HERE!! The customer service was horrible and the food was underwhelming (not seasoned and no flavor). The orange hostess was extremely rude when I inquired about our drinks ordered 25 minutes prior. The other server neglected to bring our beverages and sauces. Instead she continued to help and interact with the tables around ours. After a prolonged wait, our drinks and sauces were finally delivered (after asking for it twice more), but my beverage contained unsettling black particles. Overall, this place is NOT IT.. we need better people in this world of pure hate and negativity. Ambiance: - comfy seating - diner-ish vibes - playlist was not it - dirty tables
google avatar

Yelp
The food here is hands down, PHENOMENAL !!! It's a busy location with very friendly staff. I will definitely be revisiting again

Yelp
We loveeeee the new Cotoletta in Elmridge Plaza. The place is just so sweet. I like that it has a casual vibe and this will be our new place for lunch or dinner! The booths are comfortable AND the food is delightful! We both ordered sandwiches and shared a salad. Cutlets are one of my favorite foods so this menu feels made just for me! Portions are huge and everything was fresh, just delicious! The place was full, including at the bar/counter but we snagged a booth as we walked in another couple was leaving. It was a Thursday night around 8. I want to try lunch here next!

Yelp
Omg!! Absolutely awesome food! Been there multiple times with friends and everything on the menu is so tasty! The service is great, everyone that works there is so pleasant and happy! It's simply decorated but eye pleasing! I can't say enough good things about this place! I always look forward to going back! Highly recommended

Yelp
Amazing & Delicious. Beautiful interior and friendly service. 5/5 ..................:::::

Yelp
Welcome to Greece Cotoletta! We are glad you're here! I've ordered take-out 3 times since they opened and have been blown away each time! From their sangwiches to salads... you won't be disappointed. The food is delicious, and the portions are huge. The best part is their consistency. Each time I've ordered, the attention to quality is obvious. Although I haven't eaten in yet, when I place orders on the phone and pickup in the restaurant, the staff is super friendly and professional. Cotoletta is a much needed breath of fresh air to the west side dining scene!
google avatar

Yelp
So to start off this place is gorgeous. Felt like a upscale Italian cafe feel. Next is the food. The food was very good. It's a new spin on Italian food. The pizza was buttery but light. The meatballs huge which was a plus. My favorite thing though was the Penne Vodka deeeeellllliccious!!! This is a place that Greece really needed. Happy they are right around the corner from me.

Jason R.

Yelp
We have Been here multiple times.... We have ordered something different each time, salad, pizza, wings...all great!

Jacqueline A.

Yelp
Went in with high hopes but huge disappointment. The cutlets were way overcooked and so dry. Literally no taste to it. I didn't even bother eating it. The sandwiches you basically are just eating all bread. I honestly would never go back again. Nothing exciting to find here. Just overpriced food with lackluster
google avatar

Sarah Q.

Yelp
The Veg O Matic is amazing, the crispy eggplant is to die for. the girls in front are always so kind !!
google avatar

Nicole M.

Yelp
Not authentic Italian food. You pretty much service yourself you order at the register then seat yourself. The ambiance is not a vibe it's extremely loud. I wouldn't recommend and won't be going back. The food is Not worth the price.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
I love their bee sting pizza! It's my favorite pizza in Rochester! They have the best fried mozzarella sticks I've ever had! I highly recommend!

Yelp
1st time here. A group walked in with small terrier, no obvious disability and I know all about "emotional support animals" but you have to have proof of this in NYS to go in to restaurants and this did not happen. Food was good but I don't understand why you have to order at counter and they can't take your order at table but they bring you food. Restaurant is small and they seemed to have enough wait staff to handle. Will think about this before I return.
google avatar

Bill M.

Yelp
First and foremost, this place is awesome. From the greeting, to the staff, the food and the price, it's all excellent. This is casual Italian. You order and pay for your party at the counter. Wait staff delivers to your table. Drinks are ordered at the same counter but removed a bit from the food ordering. The bartender serves you, you pay separately there and take your drinks with you to your table. Now for the food and menu. Excellent, huge portions and very reasonably priced. The name Cotoletto means cutlet, and many of the sandwiches revolve around their premier chicken cutlets. Other offerings are great appetizers and huge selection of square pizzas As far as entrees, there are a couple regulars offered every day. Then, each day there is a daily entree offered that remains consistent based on the day of the week. No matter what you order, you will be bringing something home with you. Staff could not be any friendlier or efficient. You won't be sorry on any level unless you're looking for a fancy, sit down Italian restaurant.
google avatar

Roger B.

Yelp
If you can finish one of their awesome sandwiches you'd be my hero. The pizzas are great too.

Frank C.

Yelp
Really really good Italian food! The ziti is cooked perfectly, the sauce is really flavorful and delicious, and the pizza is all very unique and delicious and well balanced in flavors. They took a bit to get us our food so gave us a free dessert to apologize! Amazing good, highly recommend
google avatar

Yelp
food - husbands sangwich had slimy cold cuts - didn't eat it & no compensation pizza - cheese was tasty otherwise deep dish school pizza we love to frequent local small business but there's too many others that we'll be going to

Kim G.

Yelp
Stopped by for the first time on a rainy day last week. Sat at the bar for lunch. Waitresses were friendly and proficient. Ordered the meatballs 3 large in sauce a little spice in the meatballs or sauce I couldn't tell, but they were very good. I ordered the wedge salad with olives and a prosciutto blue cheese vinaigrette. My partner ordered the cutlet with meatballs (we couldn't find them), but he enjoyed everything else so he didn't say anything. My only issue ( same at Tony D's) is that there is no choice of a side. Not bread, or salad or even chips. Two lunch entrees and two sodas and the bill was $52.00. Ouch! We did enjoy the food but a little too pricey for me.
google avatar

Bob S.

Yelp
Staff was very pleasant & bubbly! We got 2 sandwiches & a pizza. The Paisano was best out of the 3. Tasty chicken cutlet with a generous portion. The Freakin Pauli was also tasty & generous portion but not worth $19. The cold cuts all still had the stringy casing on them. I know its edible but was a nuisance. The basic pizza was way too doughy for my taste. Pizza comes in all varieties & some may like this but we do not. We like thin crust. Maybe we did order the wrong thing here but I suspect all the pizzas are very thick crust. Overall, the acid test is will I go back- don't think so but I wish them the best of luck & applaud the rejuvenation of Elmridge plaza.
google avatar

Maryann M.

Yelp
Greens and beans are great and also the pizzas. So happy to have a new restaurant in Greece. The only thing I would recommend is a change in the seating situation. People come in and are very confused about the fact that you need to order first, then find a place to sit. Very chaotic. Would love to see waitresses instead.
google avatar

Sue B.

Yelp
This is not your everyday Italian food. When you walk in you might be a little surprised because it looks like a fast food place. Don't let it deter you! AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! You order your food at the counter like fast food and then sit down and your food comes out when ready. Love this place! Authentic and delicious! Do yourself a favor and go!
google avatar

Mickey B.

Yelp
Well Jay Speranza has done it again! Cotoletta is a true Italian Bistro, Unique menu, unique Decor! Food is fantastic and service just as good. Will definitely be a regular! Highly recommend but watch your times going in, very very busy!!!

Justin B.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was quick. The server was courteous and respectful I came and got the baked ziti and the food came out hot. The atmosphere was great looked like a true Italian restaurant I would 100% recommend coming!

Maggie R.

Yelp
We drove across town because I was craving the vegomatic sandwich. They were "rationing" the eggplant and refused to make it. 1/2 the sandwiches on the menu have eggplant. It is a Saturday night 2 hours before closing - maybe plan better or go buy more eggplant. I can promise you, you lost customers for life as my husband had never been there and won't go back.
google avatar

Robin L.

Yelp
Sonia is the hostess with the mostest. She greeted us, and made sure our visit was remarkable. The food was delicious and the portions more than ample. Highly recommend!!
google avatar

Garry M.

Yelp
We stopped by on a whim... Anyway best Pizza crust I have ever had.. I know the business.. The greens and beans are Incredible!!! We will be back

S C.

Yelp
Tony D's chef has done it again! Great food, quality ingredients. Sandwiches are too big for one person to finish! Reminded me of a good Philly Italian Deli grinderPizza had a bit of a great consistency but still had good flavor. Meatballs we spot on!

Todd A.

Yelp
It is very confusing when you walk in. You have to order your food and pay for it at the counter like a hospital cafeteria. Then the cashier gives you a number and tells you to go find a table. We found the cleanest booth we could but the floor was filthy. It Looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in weeks. We ordered appetizers, Beans and Greens and a Caesar Salad. Our Entrees were a Pizza and The Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce. We waited forever, we finally got our Pepsi, it was flat. Then we finally got served and the appetizers and entrees came out to the table at the same time. I tried to eat some Caesar Salad quick. But in a matter of seconds my Rigatoni was Ice cold. I can't help but wonder if it was the cheap, gaudy, melamine plates all our food was served on. The silverware we were given to eat with was lesser quality than that of the dollar tree. I had better china and silverware at Strong memorial Hospital Cafeteria. The Caesar salad was romaine tossed in Caesar dressing and topped with a few bacon bits. It lacked croutons, cheese, classic ingredients. The Rigatoni was cold and not real good. The Pizza was served on a small sheet pan. The pizza was very thick and doughy , the center of the crust was not cooked. The server, I don't know her name because she didn't introduce herself, seemed quite concerned that the entire experience was a complete debacle. She wanted to make sure we knew it was a new restaurant, and they were still learning. She said she was going to "talk to the chef" all I saw were a bunch of kids in t-shirts and shorts. I read the Cotoletta web site before going to try it. Nowhere on the website was any information about pre-ordering! hence the confusion. a young couple came in with their baby and sat down while we were there expecting to be waited on. Instead they were rudely told they must get up and go order at the counter. On the back of the pamphlet we used to order from was "home of the Che's kiss guarantee" if you don't like your meal you probably should of ordered something else" Well actually our meal's sucked ! so I guess it should read you should probably eat somewhere else and we plan to next time. 1 star is the lowest review you can give, But it was way to high for the sub par food and awful dining experience we had . I would not recommend Cotoletta to anyone. The web sites states experienced restaurateurs own this place, If they really are they might want to take a moment to train and educate the staff, at least teach them how to make a Caesar salad and a pizza!

Jim C.

Yelp
My wife and I have always enjoyed the food at Cotoletta since it opened. Sometimes it's a pain to wait for a table when it's really busy. So we decided this past Friday afternoon at about 4:30 pm to order take out....gave them a call and was told they couldn't have it ready until 6:15pm ....like and 1 hour and 45 minutes. Made the mistake of agreeing and ordered. Got there at 6:10 to pick up. The front desk told me it wasn't ready yet but was being worked on. I was asked if I wanted to pay now to clear the ticket and save time later. Sounded like a good idea so I did.....mistake. So I began waiting and waiting. I was told by the desk and overhead the staff talking about how backed up the take out was. So I check at the desk again at 6:30pm and was told that they have my order and will be working on it. Wait again .... now it's 6:50 and still no order. I thought about leaving but couldn't because I already paid the check. So continue waiting. Check again and was told not yet ......so I mentioned that I ordered over 2 hours ago and was told it wasn't her fault and she couldn't do anything about it. That's the wrong answer....Then right around 7:00 another employee calls me over and tells me she's really sorry and knows I've been waiting way too long and she'll be comping part of the bill as a thank you for waiting patiently. She does and gives me the credit receipt. I believe she was being genuine and well intentioned. Shortly after that I get my order and leave. Check my bank card on line and sure enough there is a credit on my account for $16.20 (about 1/3 of the total bill). Thought ....good, they care about the customer. THEN, this morning I get a notification from my credit card company that Coteletta is reversing the credit and it wouldn't be showing on my account. What a cheap trick by management.... Appease the angry customer with a comp then just pull it the next day.....ABSOLUTELY NO CLASS. Will not be returning to Cotoletta ever and will be telling everyone I know what happened and how you can't trust this place. So it's absolutely not about the money, it's about how Cotoletta underhandedly went about appeasing the irate customer .....they can go to hell. I wonder what else they do to try to screw the customer.

Brittani G.

Yelp
Food is great! And we've had great service when we ate in. The portions a a great size too. Love the vintage Italian decor and the names of the dishes.

Nikki P.

Yelp
Tried ordering 3 different times. The first time they were out of all sandwhiches & pizza. Second time we called for pick up they took our order then decided to call back 10 minutes later to tell us they cancelled because they aren't taking to go orders (after the order was already placed which was odd). Then the last & final time they were out of the fried mozzarella & baked ziti. Basically it's a gamble on getting what you actually want there.
